Vous participerez à la conception et à l’optimisation des projets pour les phases de Faisabilité, Montage du Permis de Construire et DCE. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les services Programme, Achats et Travaux de Kaufman & Broad.

L’objectif est de monter des projets qui soient optimisés techniquement, conformes réglementairement, et qui respectent les standards Kaufman & Broad afin de proposer le meilleur produit Client possible.

Pour ce faire, les missions sont les suivantes :

  • En phase Faisabilité :
    • Proposer des optimisations sur la volumétrie du projet et l’implantation des bâtiments pour obtenir les coûts de construction les plus optimisés, en tenant compte des contraintes du site et des règles d’urbanisme.
  • En phase de montage du Permis de Construire :
    • Participer aux réunions d’avancement du projet et s’assurer du respect du cahier des charges Kaufman & Broad pour la bonne conception de nos logements.
    • Désigner les bureaux d’études et lancer les missions nécessaires au bon déroulement du projet. S’assurer que leurs études soient optimisées et prises en compte par l’Architecte dans le cadre du projet.
    • S’assurer que le projet respecte les coûts préalablement définis, proposer des optimisations le cas échéant et alerter sa hiérarchie en interne.
  • En phase DCE :
    • Se positionner comme pilote de l’opération vis-à-vis des bureaux d’études et de l’Architecte de l’opération afin de respecter les dates jalons de lancement commercial et de lancement d’appel d’offres.
    • Pour le lancement commercial de l’opération : établir la notice descriptive du projet et s’assurer que les plans de vente de chaque appartement intègrent les études faites par les BET, qu’ils soient conforme réglementairement et qu’ils respectent les critères de qualité Kaufman & Broad.
    • Pour la phase PRO/DCE : se positionner en chef d’orchestre du projet pour que tous les partenaires puissent se mobiliser, et que leur travail puisse correctement s’articuler et être pris en compte par l’ensemble de l’équipe projet. L’objectif étant d’aboutir à un dossier de consultation afin de lancer l’appel d’offres du projet en vue du démarrage travaux.
  • De manière transverse :
    • Récolter des data sur les projets en cours afin d’extrapoler des ratios de constructibilité
    • Exploiter les devis travaux pour affiner les ratios de coûts de construction

Qualifications

Vous êtes en cours de formation ingénieur du bâtiment ou Architecture.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Search on the Search & Monitoring Team, you’ll work closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers, to ensure that the content available to our customers meets their expectations.  You’ll work on major technical projects with large data volumes, lead the building of new user facing features, and help shape our engineering culture and processes. Our tech stack includes Python, Django, Celery, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Vue, and Webpack. Our technology team is focused on scale, quality, delivery, and thoughtful customer experience. To be set up for success in this role, you’ll need to have:

  • 5+ years total professional experience as a software engineer
  • Proficiency with Django or a similar framework
  • Proficiency with Vue.js or a similar framework
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Salary

The starting salary for this role is between $140,000 - $170,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres analystes QA afin de partager les meilleures pratiques, les connaissances et les points de vue; Le tout en favorisant une culture d'apprentissage et d'amélioration continue.
  • Tester les API : Effectuer des tests d'API et valider l'intégrité des données pour s'assurer que nos applications communiquent efficacement.
  • Reporting et communication: Documenter et communiquer clairement les résultats des tests, les problèmes et les observations à l'équipe de développement, afin de permettre une résolution rapide.
  • Optimisation des processus : Contribuer de manière proactive à l'amélioration de nos processus, méthodes et outils d'assurance qualité, dans le but d'accroître nos compétences de test à l'échelle globale.

  • Vous avez une expérience en tests manuels dans un environnement de développement agile.

We do this by closely collaborating with other Safety teams, including ML & AI engineering, to ingest sensor and media based data, detect risky behaviors, and implement workflows to score, report, and coach fleet drivers. As a full-stack Software Engineer on this team, you will work closely with Design and Product to enhance and expand our products, refine triage workflows based on customer input, and improve overall fleet safety for our diverse customer base.

    In this role, you will: 

    • Solve complex problems as you architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack products.
    • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and support teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.
    • Build upon skills and knowledge across a range of technologies such as Golang, GraphQL, Typescript, React, and MySQL. Previous experience with these technologies is not required.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • 2+ years of professional software development experience.
    • Strong programming/coding fundamentals in a language such as Java, Python, or Golang.
    • Knowledge of designing, architecting, developing, and monitoring full-stack applications at scale.
    • Experience using data to investigate issues and make the right call to resolve them.
    • An ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver on project milestones with your team.

    An ideal candidate also has:

    • Experience with web application development using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Svelte.

    Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy:Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles.  For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually. 

    We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market positioning.

    Sous la responsabilité de la gestionnaire  du Service de la Paie, le ou la  titulaire doit traiter la paie de tous les employés de Vidéotron et de certaines filiales de QMI.

    Principales responsabilités :

    • Effectuer la saisie de données relatives aux déductions (les avances salaires, les avances CSST, les déductions du personnels); 
    • Valider les feuilles de temps électroniques transférées au système de paie et faire les suivis appropriés auprès des gestionnaires en vue de s'assurer des corrections nécessaires au besoin; 
    • Répondre aux gestionnaires pour toutes questions relatives à la paie de des employés et s’assurer que les corrections nécessaires soient apportées le cas échéant; 
    •  Préparer toutes les corrections à faire pour les paies hors cycle; 
    • Faire le calcul de la paie pour le personnel qui reçoit une indemnisation de la CNESST, tenir un registre des comptes à recevoir pour le suivi des paiements reçus de la CNESST, communiquer avec les agents de la CNESST et tenir à jour les dossiers afin de s'assurer que les membres du personnel qui sont  indemnisées soient correctement rémunérés; 
    • Préparer mensuellement les analyses de comptes de Grand Livre concernant les DAS (déductions à la source); 
    • Exécuter les instructions des employé.·es pour les transferts des soldes de leurs banques de congés maladie; 
    • Préparer les avances de vacances et les relevés d’emploi; 
    • S’assurer que les relevés T4 et les Relevés 1 balancent; 
    • Préparer certains rapports, tels : cotisations syndicales, cotisations au régime de retraite, avantages imposables, etc.;
