Job Description

● Performance and reliability of the company's online platforms;
● Availability management, latency, efficiency, change management,

Qualifications

● Worked with AWS supporting a production micro services environment - AWS
services: ECC, ECS, Elastic, RDS, S3, SQS, EC2 (ECR), CloudFront, Virtual Private
Cloud, CloudWatch etc.
● In depth, hands-on experience with Linux;
● Strong experience with Docker;
● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab and Jenkins);
● Strong Nginx setup and configuration;
● MySQL experience (Amazon RDS);
● Search/Cache platforms (one of: ElasticSearch(we are currently using), Solr,
memcached, Redis);
● Cloudflare experience is required, including its use for DNS, CDN, WAF, and
DDoS protection to enhance security and performance of web applications;
● Observability/APM Platforms (CloudWatch, Better Uptime, etc);
● Bash shell scripting;
● Infrastructure as Code (Terraform & Pulumi – both of them are being used);
● Experience of infrastructure automation tooling (e.g. Puppet);
● PHP / Java / Go Lang (currently using for automated pipelines) / Perl /
Python;
● Working within an Agile environment using both Kanban and Scrum

Our Quality Assurance & Oversight team is key to implementing new clients, testing claims within their respective lines of business and ensuring all claims are paying out correctly. The Quality Assurance team ensures test cases and scripts are developed on the requirements clientshasspecified and while designing quality review processes with other departments. Along with them, the Product Quality team leverages these skills and functions by focusing on all Abarca related products and software services by collaborating with Product Teams.            

As ourSeniorProduct QualityAnalystyou will partner with the Product Team to ensure that business requirements originating from them are developed accurately and configured into our claims adjudication platform, while the Quality Assurance Analysts and Software Testers support the development and testing. You will execute all business functional testing activities to ensure the quality of each client’s pharmacy benefit design and that all new logic integrates with other plans’ programs. As such, understanding those requirements, designing, and defining testing scenarios, executingthemand documenting them will be an important aspect of your role. Due to the hands-onlevelyou will take on in this role, the team will support your developing knowledge of both technical and operational sides of the business as you make recommendations on corrective actions and process improvement for testing and monitoring. 

The fundamentals for the job… 

  • Optimize testing and monitoring activities to ensure the quality of the systems and processes supporting the company’s operation. 
  • Develop into a subject matter expert (SME) on certain lines of business and adjudication logic whilestaycurrent with regulatory guidelines. 
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, and test cases and scripts based on business functional requirements (independent of Software Test Engineer test plan).

About the Role

The Program Manager will coordinate business, product and engineering leaders to ensure alignment across projects and initiatives, so that SonderMind teams can iterate quickly against our product roadmap, delighting our customers, and ensuring our executive team can communicate progress and value efficiently to our Board of Directors and investors.

About the Role

In this role, you will: 

  • Manage, design, configure, test, deploy, and support in Customer Support ecosystem comprise of Zendesk, Twilio, Assembled, AgentConnect and many other technologies

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 4+ years of Zendesk experience as an administrator of the system
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Strong experience and understanding of Zendesk and out of the box features and capabilities
  • Previous hands-on experience developing mid-tier API systems merging different third-party systems together. Experience with the Zendesk API suite is a huge plus
  • Ability to write technical specifications, define business solutions, convey ideas to business users in a meaningful yet insightful manner is extremely important
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision

Ces personnes interagissent directement avec les clients pour mieux comprendre l'industrie, les points de blocage et la façon dont le produit peut résoudre leurs problèmes ou attentes.  

Les Product Manager Senior peuvent ou non exercer des responsabilités managériales, mais ils servent d'exemple de ce qu'incarne une livraison de produit exceptionnelle et favorisent le développement de leurs pairs. Ce rôle est le poste le plus senior axé sur la livraison de produit, sans responsabilités à l'échelle de la marque. 

Responsabilités du poste : 

  • Être responsable de la planification, de la vision et de la mise en œuvre des fonctionnalités dans un ou plusieurs domaines produits  

  • Fournir régulièrement des contributions sur la stratégie produit globale et sur la manière dont les initiatives de l'équipe s'alignent avec la stratégie produit globale  

  • Développer une compréhension fine de l'industrie, y compris les tendances émergentes, les nouvelles technologies disponibles et les marchés adressables  

  • Impliquer les clients actuels et potentiels pour comprendre et analyser leurs besoins, leurs pratiques commerciales et leurs projets futurs  

  • Établir et aligner la roadmap produit avec la stratégie produit globale et trouver un équilibre entre les investissements à long terme, les victoires à court terme et la dette technologique  

  • Mentorer et/ou gérer des collègues produits et favoriser le développement de leurs compétences clés  

  • Identifier les domaines d'amélioration et les nouvelles opportunités pour adresser les besoins du marché  

  • Impliquer les équipes internes et soutenir le discours public pour le lancement de fonctionnalités.  

  • Fournir une expression de besoin et des spécifications produit claires et complètes pour guider l'équipe de développement  

  • Échanger avec les équipes de développement pour challenger les besoins et adapter la réponse si le besoin s’en fait sentir. 

  • Responsable de la gestion et de l’élaboration d'un backlog produit, en veillant à ce que les tickets soient prêts à être intégrés aux prochains sprints.  

  • Impliquer les ventes, le marketing et le support client pour recueillir les retours des clients et assurer une livraison rapide et sans heurts  

  • Participer au processus Agile Scrum - Feature Team et être impliqué à chaque étape de celui-ci (présentation, échange, tests et livraison)  

  • Identifier les principaux indicateurs de succès pour les évolutions et lier ces indicateurs aux indicateurs commerciaux globaux  

  • Se concentrer sur la valeur client et identifier des solutions MVP qui répondent à cette valeur avec le moins de temps, d'efforts et de risques possibles  

  • Identifier et signaler les opportunités et les risques à ses responsables 

  • Contribuer aux démonstrations destinées aux clients et aux initiatives de ventes et de marketing grâce à sa connaissance approfondie du produit  

  • Interagir avec la conception, la recherche et le développement pour articuler clairement les points de blocage des clients et élaborer un processus de résolution de problèmes efficace  

Qualifications

Qualifications : 

  • 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle minimum dans la gestion de produits logiciels de la conception au lancement et au cycle de vie 

  • Bilingue en espagnol 

  • Capacité à articuler et à piloter les besoins en matière de recherche et de conception pour soutenir les décisions relatives au produit 

  • Aptitude avérée à mener à bien des initiatives dans le respect des délais et du budget 

  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement Agile Scrum – Feature Team 

  • Empathique : avoir un talent pour comprendre ce que nos clients essaient de réaliser et pourquoi ils essaient de le faire 

  • Analytique : savoir repérer les points communs dans des demandes client apparemment différentes et identifier les opportunités de les traiter avec une solution unique 

  • Innovant : avoir un penchant pour les idées audacieuses qui peuvent potentiellement offrir des avantages concurrentiels 

  • Stratégique : être capable découper de gros projets en MVP pragmatiques qui maximisent la valeur client avec le moins de temps, d'efforts et de risques possibles 

  • Collaboratif : partager le fait qu'une équipe fonctionne mieux lorsque chacun communique quotidiennement sur la façon dont la contribution de chacun s'inscrit dans la vision commune
