• Experience in multi-clock domains, RTL within Verilog, VHDL and/or SystemVerilog
• Test bench structuring and design
• RTL design knowledge, Scripting skills
• Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry
• English - Proficient communication skills, orally and in writing

Arhs Digital is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the national health insurance landscape.

Context

Today, we are reaching the limits of our current financial system. This jeopardizes our continuity (core processes and interaction with our members) and prevents the implementation of new functionalities and audit recommendations.

The project will take the details of the transactions and the customizations outside the financial system (development of a finance hub) and ensure that only centralization items remain in the financial system.

Responsibilities :

We are looking for a senior functional analyst who will prepare and develop the epics and stories together with our business experts. You analyze the financial business processes and model them in functionalities and technical specifications. You are critically critical in evaluating and remodeling the existing functionalities.

You ensure that the developers can work with your output.

When our developers have delivered the stories, you are ready to test and monitor the quality.

In short: you are a driving force in this dynamic scrum team.

• You have a master's degree and convince us with your in-depth knowledge of financial processes.
• You speak the language of both developers and business specialists.
• You have extensive experience in analysis methods (UML, BPMN,.. ) and can work out an analysis both functionally and technically, in order to arrive at clear jira tickets for the developers.
• You are someone who likes to deliver added value to the team as quickly as possible.
• In your analyses, you take into account the business requirements, but also GDPR compliance, cost-efficiency, scalability, reliability, performance, maintainability,....

ARHS Digital is looking for a Functional Analyst – Scrum Master for the Web team of one of its clients, a key player in the Belgian health insurance domain.

• The Web team works on all projects that are directly and indirectly linked to the website and relevant platforms (Web & Mobile App). Within this team, we are looking for a functional analyst who also has organizational skills and knows how to motivate and manage the team members. In addition to the position of Functional Analyst, you will also take on the role of Scrum Masterwithin the team.
• Close collaboration between business and ICT in an Agile project mode.
• Support from an Agile coach and Service Delivery Manager
• Daily standup to explain the status of the tasks to the team.
• Organize demos and animate with business to be able to set up short feedback loops.
• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility are extremely important.

Role & Responsibilities

• As Analyst: analyzing user stories regarding the services of the Web&App applications, considering the requested functionalities of the business. This analysis is both functional (based on business requirements) and technical, to arrive at clear DevReady Jira tickets for the development team.
• As Scrum master: organizing and leading all Agile ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, demos, story-mapping, ...) and managing the team with a view to qualitative and timely delivery of the project within the agreements and budgets made. People management skills and "management by objectives" are indispensable here.
• Ancillary tasks:
  • Assisting the tester in performing functional tests to validate the developed software.
  • Assisting the developers in the development of the software.
