The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Tech & Ops expert to optimize our marketing infrastructure and drive data-driven insights for accelerated growth. You'll own our Marketo instance, collaborate across the organization, and transform campaign data into actionable strategies that power our revenue engine. This is a chance to leave your mark on a scaling company on a path to profitability/IPO by refining our execution, reporting, and overall marketing operations efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate within the Demand Gen team to build and launch seamless marketing programs across email, webinars, events, videos, website chat, Pathfactory, and paid media
  • Own Marketo: Maintain our instance, identify improvements, and ensure optimal performance to support a robust campaign calendar
  • Drive Data-Backed Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, tying results directly to business objectives
  • Optimize Lead Flow: Maintain our attribution model, enhance our ABM account scoring/routing, and help boost pipeline conversion rates
  • Report on Impact: Deliver regular KPI reports and translate marketing data into insights for decision-makers
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with RevOps, Sales, Partnerships, and Analytics to streamline processes, identify growth opportunities, and complete system integrations
  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills:There are many ways to approach a problem, and we’ll expect you to choose the one that’s most likely to get a favorable outcome

Who You Are

  • Marketo & SaaS Expert: 3+ years in enterprise/SaaS marketing, with at least 2+ years of hands-on Marketo/Hubspot experience; must have performed as a Marketo system owner within an organization
  • Systems Thinker: Salesforce expert, comfortable with SFDC integrations and analyzing data across the MarTech stack to define metrics
  • Process-Driven Optimizer: Passionate about operational excellence, change management, and building best-in-class frameworks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience creating integrated ABM marketing programs that utilize an omnichannel structure to drive results a plus
  • Experience running B2B social lead gen campaigns, content syndication, publisher programs, programmatic media, email nurture, virtual events, webinars, communities
  • Prior experience using ABM platforms like Demandbase and 6Sense is a big plus.

  • Organized, structured and detail-oriented

Your impact

Sr. Manager, Federal Marketing is a key leader who will be responsible for coordinating and managing a comprehensive marketing approach for the US public sector, primarily field & account-based marketing, but also strategic thought leadership, content, social media, and more.

Your role

  • Own the development and execution of the field marketing strategy for the federal market, including civilian, defense and intelligence sectors

  • Work closely with the federal sales team and leadership to understand specific market priorities and inform and shape customer and prospect-facing programs contributing to pipeline and opportunity creation

  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities within the federal market landscape.

Your experience

  • Experience running hosted and 3rd party virtual events & webinars for different personas 

  • Deep understanding of federal personas and the federal purchasing and procurement process 

  • Dependable with strong project management and organization skills with an ability to develop and deliver marketing programs within an ever-evolving environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ideal candidate has great interpersonal skills and finds it easy to communicate with team members at all levels of the organization

Compensation range

In this role, you will:

Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy:Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles.  For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually. 

We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market positioning.

About the Role

Process-oriented Campaign Manager and leader responsible for driving strategy, development, and execution for the Cloudflare Marketing Programs team. Specific experience in working with XDR’s (business development representatives or inside sales representatives) and Account Executives.

The Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, execution, reporting and optimization of marketing programs - working with internal stakeholders including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Business Development as well as external agencies and third-party appointment setting vendors.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time, have a proven track record executing integrated lead generation campaigns from ideation through launch that acquire new leads and expand awareness around Cloudflare products, services and solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Reduce prospecting cycle for high-priority accounts with additional insight on pain points and solution interest. Enable and work alongside Mid Market, Enterprise, Public Sector and Strategic sales teams.
  • Develop appointment setting program messaging, call scripts and targeted account lists. Manage several appointment setting campaigns and vendors at one time. Collect feedback from programs, monitor meeting count, warm lead handoff process and updated account lists across various sales regions and segments. 
  • Execute campaigns utilizing a variety of channels including email, direct mail, content syndication, executive events, display, LinkedIn advertising and webinars.
  • Use internal tools to stand up campaign components including email nurture and audience targeting in Marketo, Salesforce to create target account lists (TAL’s) for sales teams, SalesLoft cadence creation, Contentful and Folloze for landing page development.
  • Define campaign objectives, tactics, assets and channels; identify target prospects in Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 enterprise segments.
  • Develop messaging appropriate for targeted personas.
  • Manage campaign launch and timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization.
  • Measure and achieve MQL and pipeline targets leveraging Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau reporting.
  • Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders in the sales and marketing organization.
  • Manage budget and suggest where budget should be allocated  across various marketing channels based on pipeline generation and ROI.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing (enterprise software, SaaS, Security, etc.).
  • Must be comfortable with reporting and communicating marketing impact across the organization.

In this role, you will: 

  • Use creative and innovative approaches to solve programme and organisational challenges

Qualifications:

Your skill-set: 

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with at least two years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g., delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
  • 3+ years experience marketing solutions and developing winning go-to-market strategies in the security, authentication, voice, or cloud contact center markets

  • Understand what’s been products are being developed and begin to strategize plans for 2024
  • Take ownership over 1-2 products – Assess the effectiveness of current marketing programs (that support your products). Start to develop positioning / messaging for to-be-launched products that will resonate with our target buyer personas
  • Within 90 days you’ll 
    • Make recommendations to leaders on how to improve our product positioning and go-to-market strategies– Share your winning strategies and GTM plans with the executive team and begin putting them into action.
    • Work closely with your marketing colleagues todevelop marketing plans for the products you support
    • Work with your manager to establish clear and attainable OKRs for product marketing

    • Experience with Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot or Marketo a plus), and familiar with Salesforce

      The Role

      The Customer Operations Manager is a highly visible role across Modern Health’s go to market teams. You will play a key role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our Customer Success (CS) team including development of strategy & processes and proactively managing the performance of the post-sales business. The role acts as an advisor to the CS leadership team and is responsible for driving performance, forecasting, retention and other high impact activities. This is a unique role where you will both shape leaderships’ thinking around business performance and create the operational frameworks to support Modern Health’s growth.

      This position offers a candidate with experience in Consulting, CS/Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Planning an exciting and high-profile opportunity to influence the trajectory of the business, interact with Modern Health’s most senior CS and executive business leaders, and become an impactful operator within Modern Health. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, CS Strategy and Operations.

      This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

      What You’ll Do

      Data

      • Develop deep understanding of the metrics that drive Customer Success and manage Client Success data with the goal of driving insights to actions

      Who You Are

      • 3+ years in management consulting, Customer Success or Business Operations
      • Knowledge and experience with typical CS SaaS tech stack such as SFDC, Gainsight, Marketo, Looker, and Gong with specific expertise in Salesforce and Gainsight
      • Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with Salesforce, Looker or other relevant business intelligence tools
      • Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
