About the role:

Join the EMEA Marketing team and help Samsara expand its presence in EMEA. In this role, you will: 

  • Build relationships across the EMEA Chief of Staff, Planning, Sales and Marketing teams and with other key internal stakeholders to improve efficiency of market capture.
  • Work with the pan EMEA and Corporate teams to help build and deliver operational marketing plans
  • Use data to gain actionable insights, solve problems and plan strategies and make recommendations.
    • You will drive ROI by monitoring and measuring campaign statistics and be responsible for providing full analytics.
  • Manage marketing technology systems including; attribution, lead management, ABM and similar platforms
    • In-depth understanding between the relationship of Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Activities and Opportunity objects
  • Optimization and management of marketing data,
    • You know that a clean database with an emphasis on data integrity and best practices is the key to effective marketing. You'll understand the best ways to segment and leverage the marketing database for efficient and effective campaign targeting.
  • Analysis of outbound and online marketing activity and pipeline contribution
  • Identify new trends in marketing operations, evaluate and recommend new technologies and/or processes for implementation
  • Control and manage the EMEA marketing program and HC budget
  • Work on ad-hoc projects, supporting the delivery of marketing across EMEA
  • High level of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, ability to listen with empathy and enable people to act by inspiring
  • Ability to facilitate, catalyze and lead change, drawing on organisation change management principles

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Consulting, Growth or similar role with analytical rigor
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, a curious nature and entrepreneurialism
  • Experience building an outbound B2B market and creatively sourcing hard to find data points
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with sales and marketing teams; familiar with sales funnels, conversion metrics, etc.
  • Experience in market research and data triangulation.
  • Hands on experience building financial and planning models
  • Fluent in English

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, Tableau, BigQuery.
  • Experience in either tech or logistics industries is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm to partner cross-functionally to identify and solve major business problems
  • Experience writing scripts, SQL, python, etc. a big plus

The Opportunity

In your role as Marketing Operations Specialist, you play a crucial part in our dynamic marketing team. What we're looking for

What you should have:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on Marketo (or related platforms) experience

As the Manager of Application Integrations, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our integration strategy to connect core internal systems such as Marketo (MAP), Salesforce (CRM), and NetSuite (ERP).   • Vendor Management:

  • Risk Assessment: 
    • Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities related to integration efforts, providing recommendations for strategic decision-making.
    • Develop reliability measures for each integration point, and monitor / assess where improvements are needed. 
  • Process Improvement: 
    • Continuously analyze current workflows to identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency, creating functional requirements templates to guide the

The Opportunity

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with multiple teams to support our go-to-market strategy and execute campaigns to create and accelerate the sales pipeline.You will be responsible for managing a comprehensive field marketing program by running full scale event programs (thought leadership, panels, roundtables, virtual and in-person experiences, high-touch executive and C-suite events, lunch and learns, activations, etc) for our North America segments.   • Plan and host live and virtual events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities, and deepen our existing customer relationships. 
  • Partner closely with revenue leaders, field sales reps, and SDRs on pre-event and post-event strategies to maximize pipeline generation and/or attendance.
  • Travel to and manage onsite logistics and run-of-show for field events (signage and branding, swag/gifting, registration/check-in, F&B, content/speaker set-up, on-site production/AV, activation and vendor management, breakdown). 
  • Work on growing our Exec-level events and meetings program, creating exclusive experiences for Executives at our largest accounts. 
  • Communicate and prepare our leadership and internal team for events they’re attending, speaking at, hosting; ensure everything is polished and the team is aligned ahead of the event. 
  • Maintain event and campaign documents—calendars, sales enablement tools and toolkits, checklists, briefing documents, run-of-shows, etc. 
  • Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting budgets and deadlines. 
  • Develop content, assets, event topics, and manage speaker preparations. 
  • Achieve benchmarked ROI metrics by working with the Marketing Operations team, managing and analyzing campaign data in Salesforce and Tableau.

Signifyd is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to help identify, nurture, and amplify the voices and experiences of our most passionate clients. 

In this role, you will design, launch and optimize strategic customer programs, while also building systems to grow and activate our customer community. You will develop long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers so they become enthusiastic participants in Signifyd’s advocacy program. You will understand each customer’s unique priorities and goals to match them with the most relevant and rewarding opportunities. You’ll be a key partner to multiple internal teams, working in lockstep with them to source key customers that can support reference calls, case studies, blog posts, speaking opportunities, and more. 

This role will liaise heavily with the product marketing team / support the integration of customer voice into product collateral. You will forge and deepen strategic relationships with customers, leveraging these partnerships to create a rich pipeline of customer content. You are able to identify and articulate product benefits and create compelling customer-centric use cases (including framing customer stories and mapping them to needs, feature and benefit language) to demonstrate the value of our solutions. You are an excellent writer and presenter, with the marketing acumen to translate your expertise into compelling content across multiple channels.  

The Customer Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Customer Marketing at Signifyd.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:

  • Support customer marketing led hero programs – Such as Signifyd’s ‘Most Influential in Ecommerce’ awards, FLOW Summit, virtual community events, customer gifting programs, and more!
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to develop marketing and sales assets, including case studies, customer videos, testimonials, quotes and other customer-centric materials. 
  • Grow and maintain our customer reference program, ensuring support for new business deals 
  • Identify and match customer advocates for participation in case studies, testimonials, events, awards, analyst relation activities and campaigns
  • Drive brand reputation on 3rd party review sites such as G2 and the Shopify app store
  • Own and execute customer announcements and communications, including the monthly customer newsletter  
  • Track and communicate key performance metrics on customer advocacy initiatives and leverage performance metrics to optimize outcomes of each program.
  • Ability to grasp and distill complex technical concepts of B2B products and solutions

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, in a B2B setting; Customer marketing experience a plus
  • Experience writing customer success stories, case studies, and use case development – Strong writing skills are a requirement!
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in developing relationships with customers, product, CS, Sales and other cross-functional teams
  • Experience and comfort with using data analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of customer marketing activities is a plus
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can drive projects from start to finish
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Planhat, Orbiit (or similar tools) a plus.

Lattice’s Manager, Enterprise Applications provides leadership and expertise in systems architecture, business requirements analysis, application integration and initiatives development.

As a manager, you will lead a team of developers. You will be responsible for design, development, and implementation in order to present high-quality and timely solutions and services that continuously meet business needs. You will ensure integrity and validity of data in various integrated systems supporting the Lead to Cash process. You will set goals, assess employee performance, provide feedback, and nurture and hire talent.

 

What You Will Do:

  • You will establish foundational application development practices and procedures including technical standards, software-coding standards, tools, and platforms standards.
  • You will establish, continually improve and undertake any processes for development, testing, release management, code management, creating and maintaining technical specifications, and other key processes related to application development and integration.
  • You will create system documentation and participate as a reviewer and contributor in requirements, design, and code reviews.
  • You will provide leadership in developing and maintaining data integrity and validity for various applications. You will review and analyze existing applications programs and program change requests to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will lead consultations with users and stakeholders to identify requirements for enterprise applications in support of processes and business needs. You will supervise the development, testing, documentation, and implementation of those applications or other technical solutions as well as the maintenance of existing applications
  • You will study the interaction of several systems in order to simplify work and eliminate work duplication by functional resources. 
  • You will evaluate current tools and processes in order to constantly improve maintenance and systems availability and provide documentation. 
  • You will utilize in-depth technical knowledge and business requirements to design and implement secure solutions to meet customer / client needs while protecting company assets.
  • You will provide ongoing performance feedback, goal setting, and development plans for your team.
  • You will serve as a mentor to less experienced team members as needed.
  • You will maintain an ongoing list of current and upcoming project requests, working with key stakeholders to prioritize.
  • You will support contributors in execution and delivery of architecture tasks.
  • You will direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. 
  • You will collaborate with user departments and coordinate resources in order to complete projects.
  • You will provide timely and effective communications to the technical administration staff and foster communication with users of Business Systems.

What You Bring to the Table

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field.
  • You have 10 years of progressively responsible experience managing/directing software development projects and/or teams, including 5 years experience with Enterprise Applications like Salesforce CRM, Netsuite ERP etc.
  • Additional experience may be considered as a substitution for the education requirement.
  • You have experience working with Scrum or other Agile development processes.
  • You have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Go-to-Market tech stack like Marketo, Gainsight, LeanData, Gong etc
  • You have experience with Apex, LWC etc.
  • You have experience with one or more real-time communication (e.g. RESTful APIs, WebServices, WebHooks).
  • You have an understanding of data security and best practices for balancing availability with security.

 

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Source Code Control / Versioning (e.g. Git, SVN, TFS).
  • Experience with one or more unit-test frameworks / UI test automation (e.g. Selenium).
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills and ability to establish good working relationships with a wide range of people within an organization.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $99,500 - $155,750. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
