The ThemeBuilder is a SaSS web application that helps developers and designers style their Telerik and Kendo UI components to perfectly match their design requirements.

Please note this 6-month intern position offers flexible work hours once the university year starts and a hybrid work model (onsite and work from home). The internship program will start on July 1st.

Who are we looking for? 

  • Someone currently pursuing a bachelor's/ master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or a self-taught software engineering student
  • Programming knowledge in JavaScript and in some of the JavaScript frameworks or libraries – React, Angular, Vue, JQuery
  • Good knowledge of web technologies - HTML and CSS
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has essential customer care skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Attention to details
  • Experience with Git and GitHub is a plus
  • Previous experience in teamwork projects is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of .NET web technologies is a plus (Blazor, .NET Core, .NET MVC)
  • Previous technical internship, online courses, and/or holding certifications would be an advantage 
What will you do?
    
  • Takes ownership and handles support cases that come through various channels (support system, forums, feedback portal, blogs, sales team, etc.) with supervision
  • Runs support cases provided by customers to reproduce and diagnose support incidents.
  • Resolves designated customer implementation cases in the best possible ways
  • Handles technical tasks/issues of low complexity with supervision
  • Researches and understands the competitive landscape
  • Participates in documenting the ready software product
  • Participates in knowledge capturing (e.g. create new knowledge resources and/or update the existing ones - product demos, knowledge base and technical blog articles, code libraries)
  • Be part of a scrum team and take part in planning, review and retrospective sessions

    • This position is player/coach and we are targeting someone with 2+ years of experience managing a small team of developers. 
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalency in a computer science related field required

    • MVC Framework knowledge very beneficial

    Job Responsibilities

    • Work in an agile environment with a team of engineers to create new products and services and enhance existing solutions and workflows
