About This Role

As the Staff Quality Systems Engineer - CAPA you will be responsible for maintaining a robust global CAPA process across iRhythm. You will serve as an advocate for cross functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and compliance, with the responsibility of driving excellent quality system CAPA process performance globally. This role will work closely with cross-functional CAPA owners to provide training, guidance, and review of CAPA investigations and phases. In this role you will have the opportunity to impact product and process quality and regulatory compliance at iRhythm.

This role supports various U.S. and UK iRhythm sites and may require 15% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the CAPA system is compliant with U.S. and applicable international standards/regulations, including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and EU MDR requirements.
• Chair CAPA Board meetings, drive decision making and follow through on outcomes
• Work alongside CAPA owners and stakeholders on assessing issue descriptions and ensuring containment, root cause analysis, correction, corrective and preventive actions, and effectiveness checks are appropriate, of high quality, and timely.
•  Train and mentor CAPA owners in all required elements and best practices of CAPA, including use of the CAPA tool.
• Represent CAPA program, system and individual CAPA records during regulatory and internal audits.
• Maintain the quality and compliance of CAPA system records to ensure audit-readiness for internal and external quality system audits.
• Produce, analyze, and present trend metrics and reports and establish further actions as needed.
•  Engage in continuous improvement of the CAPA program by identifying opportunities and recommending actions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent quality/regulatory experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Quality or Regulatory related role.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Corrective Action and Preventative Action activities, within a medical device or equivalent healthcare company.
• Must have a deep understanding of the CAPA system and associated regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience in a medical device with working knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, European Union MDD/MDR
• Minimum of 2 years of experience participating in regulatory audits in the front room and back room.
• Strong investigational and problem-solving skills
• Must build rapport across functional teams within the organization and have the ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization
•  Attention to detail and timeliness are critical
•  Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required
• Basic statistical methods including trend analysis

• Strong knowledge of industry best practices (e.g. Shipley and APMP) such as kickoffs, color reviews, compliance, win themes, schedule, resumes, past performances, etc.
• Ability to work to time constraints while maintaining a high level of attention to detail; prioritizing tasks and setting expectations accordingly, especially under pressure
• Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling proposals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Must thrive on the excitement and challenge of being on a lean and busy team
• Experience with the content management and automation capabilities of RFP software like RFPIO, Loopio, or similar

You’ll be part of a distributed team across the US and Europe and responsible for making sure Celonis developers and customers have a performant and stable database foundation. You will own database operations such as upgrades, vacuum tuning, database migrations with minimum downtime - Celonis is a 24x7 business. You will work closely with Java application engineers to optimize and debug SQL queries and schema. • Engage directly with ISPs and consumers to thoroughly understand their connectivity challenges and tailor solutions to address these issues effectively.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and position our products strategically.
• Define a clear and ambitious product vision and roadmap, focusing on innovation, usability, and impact in network performance monitoring.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring alignment with the product goals and adherence to development timelines.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to craft compelling narratives and tools that resonate with our target audiences, driving successful product adoption and market penetration.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on network performance software and ISP services.
• Experience in enterprise/SaaS software products
• Prior experience in a startup or dynamic technology environment, particularly involving network monitoring or management software solutions.
• Deep knowledge of network performance metrics, diagnostic tools, and software applications relevant to ISP infrastructure and home networking.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into consumer-friendly solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Tax Analyst to join our dynamic International tax and Permanent Establishment (PE) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international taxation, a deep understanding of permanent establishment, digital services tax (DTS), and excellent analytical skills.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting or a related field. LL.M. in international taxation or other postgraduate studies in taxation is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax analysis and international taxation.
• Experience with PE and DTS is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• In-depth knowledge of digital service tax regulations and their application in different jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with tax software and financial reporting systems.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of global tax regulations and ensure the Group's compliance with relevant laws and requirements.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on Remote's tax position.
• Analyze DTAs and/or local tax laws and financial information to assess the tax implications of corporate restructurings and cross-border transactions on Remote's tax position.
• Assist in implementing international tax strategies that align with Remote's objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments for permanent establishment and other tax risks on a country-by-country basis for clients.
• Stay informed about global tax reforms and contribute to discussions on new laws or regulations impacting Remote.
• Actively engage in building relationships with external tax advisors, consultants, and industry peers.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $33,350 - $112,850. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
