Responsibilities

  • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.

  • Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)

  • Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience and proven track record

  • Strong portfolio to be presented during the interview

  • Previous work experience with design related to B2B SaaS web applications

  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.

  • Experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

  • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript

About the Design Specialist position

The role of the Design Specialist is to utilize design experience to advance 350.org’s Public Engagement’ objectives and support regional and global visual content projects. The ideal candidate will be an experienced graphic designer with secure and swift design skills across a range of fields (web design, editorial design, branding, information design, digital & social media design). The Design Specialist supports the Senior Designer in producing design outputs either directly or through a network of practitioners.

Satisfying the role described above will require performing the following responsibilities:

  • Design strategy: 
    • Supports the Senior Designer in the development and implementation 350.org’s overarching design strategy
    • Support 350.org’s global visual identity and coordinate unique brand identities for global & regional projects. 
  • Design systems & process support: 
    • Collaborate with web developers to define and design websites, user flows, user interactions, UI elements, site pathways and navigation patterns to ensure user engagement, accessibility and inclusivity.

About the Role: 

As a MarComm Intern, you will play a critical support role with responsibility for preparing and executing key marketing campaigns. A core focus will be learning and managing email, push and app channels helping maximize KPIs. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing email and marketing performance reports, analyze data and make recommendations on optimizing future campaigns.
  • Assist with day-to-day email production flow including, but not limited to, email design, email creation, quality assurance, deployment, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience leveraging data inputs to create segments, design tests, execute reporting and provide insights.
  • Database marketing experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with email marketing is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Braze is preferred.

The role

Basic qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-time experience as a UX/CX Practitioner, including both research and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel).
  • A deep understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG).

The Role

As a Mid-Level Visual Designer on the European marketing team, you will play a central role in shaping the way Mozilla and its products, like Firefox, show up in the world – specifically in Germany, France and the UK – and how we communicate with our audiences.

You will work closely with our Head of Creative Studio in Europe to bring to life our brand across all our marketing touchpoints. Your design work will help establish and evolve a connected, compelling experience for our European audiences from getting their attention out in the world to bringing them into our brand and products. You will conceptualize, develop, design and complete our marketing campaigns including work on a variety of guidelines and narratives across digital and print surfaces. You will co-own our design vision to help scale our team's work and contribute to the healthy operations of the Studio Team. You will design consumer facing content and brainstorm creative ideas with the team, based on data points that will be regularly shared with you.

Your Professional Profile

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience in graphic design and leading external agencies and freelancers
  • Strong portfolio of visual design, including marketing campaign design
  • Experienced visual design skills: typography, composition, color, accessibility and design systems

About the Job

  • Own ongoing planning & execution around your Retailer marketing programs across channels such as: OTT, OLV, Streaming Audio, CRM, Direct Mail, SEM, Google PLA, Paid Social, Influencer, and others
  • Drive both Instacart and Retailer sales growth by hitting established business targets across both Instacart Marketplace and Retailer white label sites
  • Manage relationships across Business Development teams and serve as a liaison between them and our Brand and Marketing team
  • Identify, establish and nurture Retailer relationships, focused on top tier and seasonally relevant partners, ensuring positive engagement and Retailer loyalty

Minimum qualifications
