Qualifications

• 1-2 year experience with .NET / Spring / Laravel / Rails / NodeJS. (Fresh graduates with exceptional internship experience are welcome to apply!)
• Familiarity with Javascript and standard JavaScript asynchronous patterns (Promise, async / await, callback, closures).
• Strong CS fundamentals and OOP Knowledge.
• Experience in Unit Testing or TDD.
• Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful API.
• Familiarity with SOA / Microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Knows how to work in an agile environment.

Job Description

As a content writer, you’ll be working under the Marketing team and collaborating with teams from across divisions to create valuable content to educate our customers and promote our products to prospective customers. This position requires you to write and develop various marketing materials, including (but not limited to) design briefs, blog posts, social media captions, posters, website copy, brochures, video or voice-over script, and so on. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop, write, and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, social media, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.

Job Description

• Translating business requirements into conversation media
• Work closely with a bot builder to implement your conversation design
• Prepare copywriting of chatbot
• On bot design improvement: Optimizing existing features and/or recommending new features in the chatbot, pay attention to the outcome (e.g. engagement rate, average session/user)
• On NL improvement: Optimizing existing NL set, dictionary, the vocabulary of the chatbot. Outcome: confidence rate and performance of the chatbot (e.g. minimize monthly fallback/'dunno' intents)
• Mastering Conversation Design & Persona Design, you may need to present your recommendation to the internal Kata team, or clients as well

Qualifications

• Experienced in copywriting, dialogue design, conversation design, scriptwriting, or similar role
• Skills required in content creation, scriptwriting, blogging, product design, and/or UX
• Excellence in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a big plus) in formal and casual manner and generally strong at oral and written communication
• A clear understanding of user-centric design and communication principles
• A creative mind with a capacity and willingness to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the current uses of conversational bots in general (locally or globally)
• Experience in client-facing roles in creative/marketing/advertising agency is a plus

Job Description

• Research and identify solutions to software issues related to Kata Platform, Whatsapp Business API, and Kata Omnichat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and configuration
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Track computer system issues to resolution, within agreed SLA
• Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, chat, or conference call, until they’ve solved a technical issue
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers, infra engineers)
