Job Description

This Business Analyst position is focused on Anaplan, the core tool used for sales compensation, commissions, and territory management. This role will define business requirements to ensure our Anaplan instance is continuously meeting the needs of the business and develop back-end and front-end features in Anaplan following best practices.

In this role as a Business Analyst, you will:

Develop a deep understanding of the business and identify/quantify levers that impact the business

Maintain existing Anaplan forecast models and ensure that the data is accurate, complete, and available in a timely manner

Identify forecasting feature gaps or planning process inefficiencies within the sales organization and translate those needs into model enhancements or new Anaplan model implementations

Regularly gather input from end users and other teams to develop, prioritize, and execute business requirements

Understand existing databases and warehouse structures in order best determine how to consolidate, aggregate, and utilize data in an efficient and scalable manner

Audit model calculations and provide support to end users

Qualifications

For this role as a Business Analyst you should have:

2+ years of relevant experience as an Anaplan model developer.
5+ years of relevant experience as a business analyst, gathering data requirements, developing metrics and reports, using data insights to support business cases, planning, and decisions.
Experience with sales compensation models and/or administration.
Experience with an end-to-end Anaplan system implementation (requirements gathering, design, build/test, deploy, support).
L1, L2, and L3 Anaplan Model Building Certified.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics or other business/analytical disciplines or equivalent experience.
Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solutions Architect Certification.
Experience in BI design and development, UI/UX best practices.
Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools and developing dashboards.
Experience writing and debugging SQL queries with large-scale, complex data sets in a business setting.

What you'll do

As a Senior Systems engineer in the WARP team you will join a team that works on the backend system that allows our customers to manage their devices via our Zero Trust Network solution.

● Research fraud and user behavior to contribute to machine learning models, rules and other detection systems.
● Collaborate with analysts, operations specialists, data scientists and engineering to improve our fraud prevention mechanisms, processes and tools.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year of experience in investigating and resolving fraud incidents
Experienced in analyzing data and comfortable making impactful decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, experience with various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, proficient knowledge in data storage solutions, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.

Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Strong understanding of data storage solutions including relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience working with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to

translate complex data into actionable insights.

Position Overview

For this role you should be a leading Technical Support Engineer, experienced in technical support of complex technologies in challenging global environments. Job Description

You ideally have experience in developing large-scale software solutions, excellent communication skills, as well as a rigorous and analytical mindset with a data-driven problem-solving approach.

Main Responsibilities

Architectural Strategy: Develop and execute the architectural strategy for our software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Set high standards for code quality, maintainability, and best practices.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and implement effective testing strategies.
System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement complex software systems and components that form the core architecture of our products. Ensure adherence to architectural principles, industry standards, and coding conventions.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams. Communicate architectural decisions, technical concepts, and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and system issues. Implement effective solutions to ensure optimal system functionality, performance, and reliability.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, design specifications, and guidelines for developers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Contribute to our team with your strengths:

College or university diploma in the field of software development or any other related field of expertise.
More than 7 years of experience in the architecture and deployment of systems (cloud computing environments is an asset).
In-depth knowledge of high-performance .NET application architecture and C # programming.
Experience in test automation (unit, integration, front-end), with CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
Experience with a front-end framework (ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, etc.) as well as with SQL Server, SQL programming and performance analysis / optimization.
Advanced skills in JavaScript or Typescript programming.
Knowledge of best security practices.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate fluently in French and in English.

Assets

Experience in the health and medical IT field.
Advanced knowledge of software architecture and infrastructure within the Microsoft Azure framework.

You have Data flows and Data analytics design experience.
You have managed audits of complex multi-platform processes and large datasets.
You have successfully led cross-functional projects.
You are an expert in: SQL, google apps scripts and excel macros.
You are able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
You are a manager of one
You write and speak fluent English
You have additional BI tools experience (nice to have)
You have startup experience (nice to have)
It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus (nice to have)

Key Responsibilities

Review, document and improve data flows between systems used for benefits data management.
Design and conduct audits of large datasets and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools as required to support reporting business needs.
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Work closely and effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure scalability, accuracy and data integrity.
Lead on cross-functional collaboration projects to minimize quality issues.
Increase process effectiveness and provide greater value to Remote’s customers and employees.
Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up and get things done

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $32,800 to $46,150. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
