We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead to drive the development of world-class software for our learning experience platform (LXP). This role involves leading UI/UX designers and implementing user interfaces that are clean, intuitive, on brand and easy to use. You will work closely with the CTO and coordinate with engineers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to create a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement UI/UX Needs: Work with the CTO to understand the company's UI/UX requirements for the LXP, and implement the necessary designs.
  • Determine UI/UX Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of our product, customer base, and competitor products to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
  • Lead UI/UX Designers: Provide initial requirements and feedback to UI/UX designers, ensuring their work aligns with company goals and standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with engineers, QA, DevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth integration of UI/UX designs into the LXP.
  • Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure a cohesive design and user experience throughout the development process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with experience working on development teams involving engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in UI/UX design and design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to UI/UX designers.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the UI/UX team.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and maintain a consistent design approach across various product elements.

The Opportunity

Be a hero to our engineering teams! Main responsibilities include:

The Skills

Individuals who ideally fit this role will meet the following qualifications:

  • · At least five (5) years of practical experience working in a DevOps or SRE role alongside software development teams in a fast paced, highly collaborative, Agile environment
  • · Proven experience maintaining and deploying highly available, fault-tolerant, systems at scale in a cost effective manner
  • · Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements
  • · Deep understanding of AWS products (IAM, VPC, Route53, S3, RDS, NoSQL data stores, Lambda, auto-scaling, EC2, EKS and containerization/clustering)
  • · Experience with configuration management and infrastructure as code with Terraform, Pulumi, or comparable technology

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the Hims & Hers customer journey. Input and prioritization should consider practice workflows, clinical utility, value creation levers common to Clover’s business lines, as well as those especially important to Medicare Advantage. 
  • Be responsible for detailed user experience and clinical data review to power CA feature development (e.g. around use of labs, medications, HCPCS procedure codes, DME, Part B drugs, etc, to trigger diagnosis tasks and serve as supporting evidence). 
  • Help define and document pre-launch QA standards/processes and post-launch QC processes for new CA tasks; participating in post-launch and ongoing QC. 
  • Support the piloting and sequencing of CA expansion to new user types (e.g., specialist providers), including collaboration on appropriate timing and feature sets. 
  • Provide internal/external communications related to CA where a clinician voice is appropriate (e.g. with physicians, clinical organizations, CMS/funding organizations, investor communities, media). This will include championing the clinical benefits of CA in alignment with Clover’s mission.

  • Improved early diagnosis and care management capabilities within the Clover Assistant.

    Responsibilities

    • Performs regular QA checks for agents on Customer and Merchant Experience, Tier 2, and Disputes teams
    • Works with team leads to help identify any areas of improvement for team members and develop coaching strategies
    • Upon an escalated ticket, audits and identifies any shortcomings or opportunities to improve feedback in reports
    • Helps to identify opportunities for Support to increase efficiency and quality of the level of service provided
    • Assists to constantly improve training programs to ensure agents are properly equipped with the tools and knowledge to meet and exceed departmental standards
    • Assists support agents with questions about tickets as they pertain to QA metrics and expectations
    • Assists with the Shopper Support ticket queue based on the needs of the department and at the direction of the Director of Support Enablement

    Якими будуть твої основні задачі:

    • Тестування існуючого та нового функціоналу;
    • Тестування API та інтеграцій продукту (Solid, Sendios, etc);
    • Займатися написанням тестової документації, тест кейсів, чек листів, баг репортів тощо;
    • Вирішення технічних кейсів з командою розробки;
    • Аналізувати вимоги до розробки та брати участь у їх обговоренні на ранніх етапах.

    Що потрібно, щоб до нас приєднатися:

    • Від 1 року корпоративного досвіду на позиції Manual QA;
    • Досвід тестування нативних iOS додатків, Web, API;
    • Досвід із Postman, Swagger, DevTools та будь-якою proxy tools (Charles);
    • Досвід роботи з Test Case management Software (TestRail, Qase тощо);
    • Добре розуміння client-server архітектури;
    • Здатність визначати та оцінювати обсяг тестування.

    Буде плюсом:

    • Досвід використання інструментів: Sentry, Instana, Grafana, FireBase, Amplitude, DynamoDB;

    Project – the aim you’ll have

    If you like QA and enjoy building scripts that make things click - we might have a spot for you. One of our projects is looking for a QA Automation Engineer with a focus on API Automation. You'll be expected to know your way around the service layer of an application, have an idea of how automation works in theory and code, as well as know the QA principles that are needed to be able to contribute to an ever-growing automation test suite for business-level applications. In return, we'll provide the perfect technical playground in which you can enhance your skills and knowledge, so together we can bring really interesting projects to life.

    Position - how you'll contribute

    • Participate in daily Agile team meetings.
    • Maintain and expand existing automated test scenarios.
    • Review and analyze results from nightly test runs.
    • Investigate and resolve failures in test runs, report defects as necessary.
    • Develop automated tests for new features.
    • Engage in code reviews, coverage assessments, and peer review sessions.
    • Analyze requirements for new features to fully understand expected behavior and interactions.
    • When possible, refactor and enhance the quality of existing automation frameworks.
    • Define test coverage by decomposing complex business features into testable automation scenarios.

    Qualifications

    Expectations - the experience you need

    • Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Automation testing, preferably focused on API Automation using REST Assured.
    • Proven programming knowledge, adhering to coding best practices, with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Scala, Python, or a similar programming language.
    • Strong understanding of automation best practices and the role of automation in Quality Assurance, as well as CI and CD principles.
    • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in testing REST APIs, preferably with practical experience in testing APIs in previous projects.
    • Familiarity with POSTMAN or other similar tools for API interaction;
    • Experience working with version control tools, particularly GIT.
    • Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL and/or NoSQL.

    Additional skills - the edge you have

    • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
    • Familiarity with UI Automation.
    • Experience working with Microservice architecture in conjunction with a message queue (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at various levels and empathize with their perspectives.
    • Analytical and logical thinking skills, with a natural curiosity to explore the bigger picture. Ability to ask insightful questions to understand problems and assess the strengths and weaknesses of systems.
