You will be part of the Sitefinity Cloud Engineering Team, having the ability to further grow your engineering skills and directly contribute to the components that make up the Sitefinity Cloud product - .NET (Core) microservices, Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, Azure DevOps React SPA extensions, Terraform based Infrastructure-as-Code.
As a Cloud Solutions Engineer for Sitefinity Cloud, you will drive the adoption of the product with customers and act as their champion inside of Progress. You will be responsible for the technical customer on-boarding and work with other members of the account team to define and execute account strategy. You will work with support in resolving cases and participate in first-level availability and security incident management. 

What you will do: 
  • Ensure successful technical customer on-boarding by aiding customers in overcoming technical blockers, within product capabilities.  
  • Work in close cooperation with Tech Support Engineers and customers to analyze problems and to deliver solutions. This may include, but is not limited to support tickets, remote sessions, on-site visits, etc. Assists Tech Support Engineers in creating product documentation, demos, and other support resources.  
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of customer setup automation. 
  • With the help and guidance of senior Cloud Solutions Engineers, own the technical relationship with a portfolio of accounts, and partners with the other members of the account team to define and execute account strategy.  
  • Act as the customers’ champion inside of Progress, advocating for them with Support, Product, Engineering, and other groups.  
  • Participate in first-level 24/7/365 on-call team for resolving incidents and providing root cause analysis to customers.  
  • Continuously get acquainted and remain updated of the product inner workings: architecture, components, API, features, documentation
Your profile:
  • Professional experience as Cloud Solutions Engineer, or experience in DevOps / Software Engineering / Technical Support  
  • Experience with agile processes (scrum or others)  
  • Some experience with IT Audit and Compliance process and tools  
  • Demonstrably superb communication and presentation skills  
  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills 
  • Good understanding of CI/CD tools and principles 
  • Familiarity with cloud native design patterns, microservices, and modern web scale architectures 
  • Ongoing interest in new technologies and techniques that can improve our products

What you will do:
 
Report into and serve as a co-pilot to a PBP Director to:
 
  • Identify proactively the manager's or team's needs based on a combination of conversations, business meetings, and data, and demonstrate the ability to connect the dots to diagnose issues, create aligned action plans, and influence long-term solutions and outcomes. 
  • Be a trusted partner to senior leaders (can include senior managers, directors, and above) to strengthen their leadership style, create highly effective leadership teams within each function, and develop current and future leaders in their teams. 
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute best practices that promote employee engagement, foster high-performing teams, create interventions, and advise on organizational changes supporting their team strategy and optimization needs (ex., Leadership team health assessment, succession planning, and development).
  • Partner with senior leaders on compensation planning and other headcount planning needs and assessments.
  • Work on Director and Sr. Director promotions and support the hiring of Director and above, including creating onboarding plans for Director and Sr. Director.
  • Own administrative processes that include but are not limited to Praise, Jobvite, and Workday approvals for the functions this role supports. 
  • Work with the PBP Director and Legal on Reduction in Force (RIF), organizational design changes, and building business justifications.
  • Contribute to establishing strategic people metrics, reports, and dashboards to foster analysis of complex situations for the organizations you support and recommend appropriate plans to optimize talent, structure, and culture.

This is a hybrid role so you'll be splitting your time between working in our Burlington MA headquarters and your home office.

The OpenEdge Database is the core of the Progress OpenEdge product line, providing a high-performing, scalable and cost-effective platform allowing customers to build powerful business applications on premise and in the cloud.

This position will involve working as a Software Development Engineer in Test to test the OpenEdge Database and its various clients and utilities. The projects this person will be working on will require them to use the OpenEdge Advanced Business Language (ABL) and SQL clients in testing new Database functionality. The OpenEdge Database is the core of the Progress OpenEdge product line, providing a high-performing, scalable and cost-effective platform that allows our customers to build powerful transactional business applications deployed both on-premise and in the cloud.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Attend and actively participate in regular Test and Development team meetings
  • Assist Senior Engineers in writing and implementing test plans, create test cases and automate test cases for the verification of new product functionality
  • Track and report status against assigned tasks
  • Perform product regression testing of software prior to product releases
  • Work closely with developers to facilitate the tracking of bugs and enhancements
  • Work closely with the development team to review product requirements and design

A IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

  • Applicable experience as a Test Engineer
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field of study
  • Have a working understanding of Database technologies
  • Knowledge of software quality assurance and validation methodologies
  • Have knowledge and experience of high-level programming languages (Java, C/C++), and be comfortable working on both UNIX and Windows operating systems
  • Ability to learn new technologies independently
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact with peers

About the role:
 
Аs a Software Engineer focusing on Sitefinity Cloud, you will work on some components that make up the Sitefinity Cloud product, like .NET (Core) microservices and Azure DevOps React-based SPA extensions.   • Take responsibility for building new functionalities, enhancement, and maintenance of existing ones

The Senior Manager of Field & Channel Marketing for North America will report directly to the Global Sr. Director, Field & Channel Marketing. Sales and global campaigns teams will be important partners as you drive net-new growth, customer expansion and cross-sell, and installed base retention through a variety of segment-focused marketing campaigns and tactics. The Manager of field Marketing is a conduit for the revenue organization to the marketing team.
 

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • In collaboration with the regional Sales Directors across the Americas region, create an integrated marketing activity plan that includes local execution of the global go-to-market initiatives and aligns to the regional sales strategies
  • Manage a high-performing and diverse field marketing team. Management duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Working with your team in evaluating and prioritizing various programs to ensure budget and results are achieved 
    • Reporting on results of specific tactics as well as the breadth of the field marketing programs in your region that align and contribute to sales goal achievement
    • Coach, mentor and support development among team members
  • Develop plans needed to: 
    • Amplify, localize and create demand generation and pipeline acceleration campaigns
    • Build local presence and credibility through events, speaking opportunities, web presence, content syndication and PR
    • Support key verticals, ABM and personalized tactics
  • Support the region to retain existing customers, expand within the base, upsell and cross-sell as well as new customer recruitment
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing functions to ensure red thread messaging of “brand to demand” in your plans
  • Responsible for initiation, execution, management and measurement of local marketing activities. Including, but not limited to email campaigns, account-based marketing for cross sell, partner marketing planning and co-funding, digital marketing, events, social media activity, advertising
  • Collaborate and work with our demand gen center of excellence for team for regional campaign components 
  • Ensure lead follow up in region and align with BDR team
  • Measure marketing programs at all levels of detail. Analyze outcomes, provide insights and present results to facilitate sound decision-making 
  • Sales Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates and takes inputs as a member of the region’s senior management team
  • Attend Sales QBRs; prepare and present marketing plans, supporting tactics and performance metrics
  • Is accountable for the marketing budget for North America and ensuring the spend is aligned to the regional objectives

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

  • Business/Marketing IT degree (preferred) but equivalent experience will also be considered in place of the education
  • People management experience
  • Extensive experience in field marketing 
  • Proven experience of channel partner programs and co-marketing activities
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce.com, 6Sense and Eloqua

Who You Are:

In this role, you will be working with our customers to ensure the successful renewal and retention of existing client contracts. On a typical day of the job you will:
  • Engage in conversations that result in successful renewals, up-sells, win-backs, cross-sells, and referrals as well as identify and transfer new business leads to account management teams
  • Reconcile orders against contract parameters ensuring proper license configurations and pricing
  • Prepare quotes and book orders of diverse complexity to ensure proper invoicing
  • Manage pipeline by tracking all customer activity, from prospect to deal closure
  • Maintain an updated sales forecast in SalesForce.com
  • Handle customer inquiries through to resolution while building up our customers’ awareness and understanding of the product attributes, elements, upgrades, add-ons, etc.
  • Partner with Sales, Tech Support, Finance, and product teams to address challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you should be/have:
  • Proficiency in English; any other European language is a plus
  • Very good command of Excel with the ability to easily interpret mathematical information
  • Results-driven, with a customer-first mentality and eager to learn
  • Strong communication, consultative, and influencing skills
  • Proven team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet evolving business requirements

Who You Are: 

We're looking for someone with: 

  • Strong experience in software development using Ruby or Python.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD software such as Buildkite or Jenkins.
  • Proactive troubleshooting skills for build failures.
  • Proficiency in bash scripting.
  • Knowledge of Linux system internals.
  • Comfort with cloud-based platforms and tools like Terraform and Docker. Kubernetes experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing AWS or Azure environments.
  • An independent self-starter with a passion for learning through experimentation and research.
