How will this role have an impact?

As a Recruiter, Network Management, you will locate, solicit, and recruit qualified providers to perform in-home health risk assessments for our client health plans. This position is responsible for developing relationships with clinicians by utilizing tools such as cold calling, database sources, internet searches, leads and referrals. The Recruiter builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified providers available for work nationwide.

This role will report to our Senior Director of Recruitment. 

What will you do?

  • Source healthcare providers, contact information and convert leads into working providers
  • Make outbound phone calls to providers and develop prospective business by building relationships, persuading and influencing them to consider Signify Health
  • Screen, qualify and determine viability of providers
  • Build an active pipeline, and continually identify and develop new healthcare provider prospects
  • Sell and negotiate throughout the recruitment process and act as a subject matter expert while taking a consultative approach with providers
  • Meet and exceed production goals and KPIs throughout a consultative sales cycle

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a healthcare recruiting environment
  • Intrinsically motivated and able to persevere through tough markets
  • Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects

The base salary hiring range for this position is $64,500 to $110,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

  • Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language.
  • Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews that are infused with industry/role specific probing questions as the conversation/interview dictates.
  • Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications to determine if the candidate is a match for the role.
  • Apply consideration for factors relative to candidate fit to team and cultural fit.
  • Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times.
  • Ensure candidates are kept fully up to date with their application, and appropriately prepared for their interviews.
  • Keep hiring manager up to date on any market changes that would impact the hiring process or talent community.
  • Articulate a job offer and drives for candidate acceptance.
  • Stakeholder management

Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in an Inhouse, RPO or agency setting
  • Strong skills in Boolean search techniques, x-ray for sourcing,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and previous experience using an ATS (e.g. workday / Taleo / SAP)
  • Previous experience working for multinational environment organization, ideally within healthcare/medical devices/pharma would be advantageous

    The Role

    We’re looking to grow our Recruiting team here at Modern Health. In this role, you will own full cycle recruiting and be responsible for partnering with leaders throughout the business to attract the best talent.     Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

    • Own the full-cycle recruitment process. Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
    • Manage candidates in process to provide them with the most delightful candidate experience
    • Partner with cross-functional teams including Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Executive Operations
    • Support and assist with HR tools day to day operations, implementations, and integrations

    Here’s what we're looking for:

    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally within a high-growth tech environment
    • Fluency in English
    • Proven experience sourcing and closing profiles at all levels
    • Experience working with Greenhouse, Gem, Slack, Linkedin Recruiter and G-Suite
    • Must be physically located and eligible to work in Turkiye
    • Experience building representative candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers create inclusive teams
    • Familiarity with funnel metrics - you can use your data to understand and predict candidates needed to achieve hiring targets
    • Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for engineering roles is a plus

    Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City.     The Role

    We’re looking to grow our Recruiting team here at Modern Health. In this role, you will own full cycle recruiting and be responsible for partnering with leaders throughout the business to attract the best talent. You will build a pipeline of amazing potential candidates for both business and technical positions across the company.

    We are looking for highly-motivated individuals to create a recruitment process that provides a meaningful, positive experience for potential teammates that instills our company values and brand.     What You’ll Do

    • Manage the full cycle recruitment process at a high volume, including sourcing, interview coordination, and delivering offers

    Who You Are

    • A track record of developing strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
    • Ability to generate a high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
    • Experience with recruiting metrics and using data to guide decisions and strategy

    Will have to represent us in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with Clients and Freelancers;
    Will have to serve as our strategic partner in maintaining long-lasting relationships;
