We are looking for someone with:

  • 5-7 years of experience in quality engineering and testing work; specific experience in testing data engineering applications, pipelines, and microservices
  • 2-3 years of experience and Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Strong SQL experience is a must
  • Experience with at least one language (Java, C#, Python), understanding and coding YAML files

Diagnostic and preventive screenings address multiple care gaps and can be completed during an In-Home Health Evaluation. Our nationwide network of more than 11,000 licensed clinicians conduct spirometry, peripheral artery disease, and bone density tests, plus lab collections that include HBA1c, eGFR, uACR, microalbumin, and fecal occult blood tests. Together, these integrated services create a more comprehensive and convenient care experience.

The DPS Delivery team is responsible for launching new screening and lab products that drive better health outcomes, close more gaps in care, and improve HEDIS and Star Metrics for our clients.


About the Role:

As a Senior Program Manager of DPS Delivery, you will be responsible for managing strategic programs focused on new product development and service optimization initiatives. This role requires partnership with cross functional teams to define program scope and objectives, develop performance targets and KPIs, establish project plans, manage deliverables within set timelines, lead project team meetings, and manage status communications to executive leadership.

Cross functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential to success in this role. As a DPS Delivery Program Manager, you will report to the Director of DPS Delivery Operations and serve as a primary point of contact for Product, Operations, Finance and other business partners focused on the DPS service line.

Job Responsibilities:

What will you do?

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour placed by an automatic dialer system to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation with a provider. 
  • Follow 20+ approved scripts, ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms, and respond to rebuttals persuasively and with professional courtesy.
  • Present a positive, professional, and high energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
  • Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, etc.) in an office or remote environment.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.
  • Monitor performance results including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity using designated reporting systems.
  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience working in a metrics driven environment, with an auto dialer, and/or using scripts is preferred.
  • A desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment.
  • Persuasive with the ability to rebuttal while treating all health plan members with professional courtesy.
  • Good communication skills, friendly and conversational.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at the same time, while making calls.

  • Perform comprehensive, as well as, targeted review of clinical documentation in order to identify appropriate coaching opportunities with follow-up 1:1 coaching.

  • Identify and promptly escalate providers with potential compliance or continued quality concerns
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of actions and interventions in Salesforce.

Signify Health is hiring a Remote Clinical Network Lead - Eastern Region

How will this role have an impact?
The Clinical Network Lead is responsible for clinical and operational leadership and strategic oversight of Signify Health’s 1099 provider network (tenured) conducting virtual and in-home health risk evaluations. 

Location:
This is a remote position with regional travel requirements.
*Candidates must reside and be licensed in one of the states in Signify Health’s Eastern Region which includes the following:  CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, and WV.

Education & Licensing Requirements: 

  • Board-certified Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant, Board Certified, or Physician (MD/DO)
  • State license (unencumbered) required; no history of prior license actions or board-ordered restrictions that would prevent obtaining licensure in additional states upon request
  • Current credentialing with Signify Health or ability to obtain credentialing within one month of hire


What will you do?

  • Responsible for ownership and development of Signify/provider relationship for all 1099 providers within a designated region from Day 91 onward, throughout their tenured contracted affiliation with Signify Health.
  • Proactive clinical network engagement and recognition, as well as, targeted coaching and ongoing performance monitoring of 1099 Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants within a designated region.
  • Utilize assigned intervention target data provided by the Operational Association to perform small group and individual coaching to providers who are not performing to Signify Health standards with a goal to effectively facilitate positive change in performance.
  • Perform comprehensive, as well as, targeted review of clinical documentation in order to identify appropriate coaching opportunities with follow-up 1:1 coaching.  
  • Perform in-person and virtual ride-alongs with providers
  • Identify and promptly escalate providers with potential compliance or continued quality concerns
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of actions and interventions in Salesforce. 
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to address and ensure high-value services within the provider network.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a high quality provider experience
  • Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings as needed
  • Provide urgent or emergent support to field providers in real time
  • Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to programs offered
  • Actively participate in committees, webinars, and other special projects 
  • Complete reports/projects/tasks as requested by the Senior Regional Manager
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time including ad hoc travel as needed:
    • Complete a minimum of 2 full weeks of in-home evaluations for Signify Health annually in high need areas. 
    • Obtain additional state licenses as requested by Signify Health. 
    • Complete regional tours which includes consecutive days of in-field ride-alongs and hosting of office hours/dinner events within the assigned region; minimum travel requirements subject to change depending on business needs. 
  • Host Regional Provider focused events and give formal presentations to provider network
  • Required to complete minimum prescribed coaching interventions as defined by the business needs. The minimum requirements may fluctuate to accommodate business needs
  • Provide cross-regional and cross-discipline coverage assistance as needed
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as assigned


Working Conditions Include: 

  • Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Signify Health normal business hours of M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST; additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines as needed
  • Occasional evening and weekend calls
  • Occasional lifting requirements of 20 pounds unassisted
  • Frequent air travel
  • Frequent overnight hotel stays 
  • Driver’s license must be in good standing with the ability to travel by vehicle

Basic Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of experience conducting health risk evaluations
  • 2 or more years of clinical experience pertinent to the member population(s) in which oversight is provided
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience with remote employees
  • Demonstrated clinical and documentation skills
  • Fluently speak, read, and write in English

Preferred Requirements:
Prior knowledge or experience with oversight of 1099 contractors
Previous public speaking, training and presentation experience preferred


Compensation:
The base salary hiring range for this position is $97,000 to $161,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

How will this role have an impact?

The Sr. Manager, Strategic Operations contributes to the overall success of our organization by supporting operations, process improvement efforts, and pilot projects across the Accountable Care division. This position requires a highly resourceful, proactive individual with strong operational, process improvement, project management, and communication skills. Strategic Operations is a centralized team that focuses on execution of initiatives and support services, allowing regional/client facing teams to focus on client results.

This role will report to VP, Strategic Operations and will support the development of the program management office, as well as:

  • Development of scalable processes and tools to enhance the ACO operating model
  • Support enablement services, which is the development and delivery of resources, tools, and strategies to regional teams
  • Implementation of new pilots and services
  • Drive process improvement across the Value-Based Care Services organization
  • Supporting chief of staff in Operations division governance

 

What will you do?

  • Identify process improvement opportunities across enablement services by mapping and streamlining workflows. Many of the core strategic operations and enablement services require a process improvement lens.
  • Manage cross functional teams in the execution of core strategic operations and enablement services that support ACO Services, this can include: o Building communication plans and strategies to ensure cross functional alignment around new strategies/solutions o Developing content and client-facing materials for strategic meetings
  • Interfacing with legal and regulatory to manage contracts and CMS applications
  • Supporting Enablement Associates with execution of enablement services 
  • Supporting regional teams with tactical action planning to drive client performance 
  • Enable targeted performance improvement and implementation of future new solutions
  • Implement and activate new services and solutions for ACO, which can include:

o Partnering with Product teams in development of the pilot/new service o Coordinating internal operations to ensure execution of key implementation deliverables o Supporting client and internal discussions

 o Monitoring timelines and manage risks to execution o Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships to manage scope, schedule and expectations of client implementation projects. Track completion of work in order to implement new clients and new lines of business for existing clients.

 o Manage ongoing operational support and performance monitoring

  • Manage highly visible and complex project assignments; distill project status and progress for audiences at multiple levels including clients, sales and senior management
  • Work across internal teams to solve complex business and workflow issues identified during implementation
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify problems and opportunities within existing processes
  • Support continuous improvement of personal work approach and deliverables along with those of the team

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA or MHA strongly preferred
  • 4-5 years of experience in healthcare and operations-related field 
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with cross management across multiple stakeholder groups (Product, Analytics and Clinical Operations teams) including strong listening skills to gather requirements and understand the technical and non-technical barriers to project completion
  • Experience with project and product management frameworks
  • Experience in program design and implementation 
  • Ability to manage a high performing team and develop talent
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to internal and external executive leadership teams including excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
