ROLE BRIEF
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our Commercial team in the rapidly evolving Healthtech sector. If you have two plus years of experience in Business Development, this role will give you a unique opportunity to support the Founder/ Executive Chairman and VP Commercial in identifying, prioritising, and executing International Partnership opportunities. You will be engaging with some of the biggest health insurers and providers globally and play a key supporting role in scaling the business beyond our leadership position in the UK & Ireland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Research
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential clients in the digital health and health insurance sectors.
• Analyse market data to make informed decisions and recommendations for international Go to Market strategy.
Lead Generation
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking events and industry conferences.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
Proposal Development
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Technology teams to create compelling and customized proposals/demonstrations for clients, showcasing our tech and digital health propositions.
Partnership Development
• Identify and engage potential strategic partners for collaborative ventures in the digital health space.
Reporting and Analysis
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and market insights.
• Analyse the success of different approaches and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years in high-growth, start-up or scale-up environment, with a focus on business development/sales/strategy, preferably within Enterprise SaaS, Insurtech, or Digital Health sectors.
• Proven record of achieving goals under set targets, timelines, and budgets.
• Highly curious, motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a sometimes-ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and present to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

The role of the EAP Advice line Counsellor is suited to fully qualified Psychotherapists / Counsellors. This role will require evaluating the needs of our clients, conducting screening assessments, assessing for any immediate risk, performing crisis containment, and signposting to any helpful resources.

The EAP service offers employees and their family’s access to a team of qualified and experienced mental health professionals, who work with the presenting individual using short term models of therapeutic intervention to help alleviate distress. The service provides a confidential, one to one support mechanism for employees.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in digital and service delivery projects to join our growing digital health company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing healthcare projects and possess expertise in Agile and Prince2 methodologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of various healthcare projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting the highest quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage healthcare projects focused on digital and service delivery solutions from inception to completion, ensuring they meet defined objectives, deliverables, and adhere to quality standards
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements; ensure all project activities are aligned with company strategies and goals
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Clinical, Operations, and Commercial to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of desired outcomes
• Implement Agile and Prince2 methodologies to effectively manage projects, optimize delivery processes, and drive continuous improvement

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing healthcare projects, with a focus on digital and service delivery solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working in Private Health Insurance preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Prince2 project management methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ACP, Prince2 Practitioner) are highly desirable
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare industry trends, digital health technologies, regulations, and best practices
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across various organizational levels
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities that enable effective risk management and resolution of complex issues
