Administrative Support Specialist, Resource Development
Position Purpose
The Administrative Support Specialist, Resource Development will establish and provide effective administrative support and project management within the Resource Development (RD) department of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). The Specialist manages a variety of position related responsibilities in primary support of the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and in managing similar duties for a department senior director including, but not limited to, calendar management, scheduling, travel and expense management, project management, creating, editing, and revising presentations, and other administrative needs.
This position will directly report to the Chief Development Officer (CDO) with a dotted line report of comparable responsibilities to the Senior Director, New Business Development and Corporate Engagement. The Administrative Support Specialist, Resource Development, will also deliver general administrative support to other department leads, as directed by the CDO.
The ideal candidate should bring bring extensive experience in general business operations (department or organization-wide), advanced administrative support, project management and advanced internal and external customer service delivery within resource development, marketing, communications, or similar department, preferably supporting multiple leaders.
Location: United States (100% Remote)

Position Purpose
The Director, Cause Marketing (D-CM) will be a direct report to the Senior Director, Cause Marketing and will have primary responsibility for leading and supporting activities associated with corporate cause marketing activities. The D-CM will be an active contributor to the fundraising efforts at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) and will provide the leadership and expertise required to grow the organization’s capabilities around cause marketing, both at the National and local Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBSA) Agency level.
BBBSA currently has a diverse and active portfolio of accounts, and this role aims to deepen and develop those partnerships while also continuing to prospect and launch new, innovative alliances. To do so, the D-CM will have four priority work areas: 1) Stewarding existing cause marketing and corporate development partnerships 2) Building out and executing fundraising concepts associated with new cause marketing partnerships 3) Supporting the overall growth goals for annual campaign revenue and 4) Ensuring all components of assigned partnerships are achieved, tracked, and maintained at best-in-class standards.

Position Purpose

Position Purpose
The Director, Creative and Content is a member of the Marketing Department at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). Position Purpose
Through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) Professional Fellowship Program* the Project Coordinator, Program Scale is a direct report of the Director, Program Development & Scale. They will support Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s (BBBSA) national office Program & Impact Team with excellent coordination and administration of program partnerships and development of playbooks to scale best practices. In this role the Project Coordinator will effectively manage timelines, lead the coordination of internal and external meetings, document lessons learned and provide recommendations that support scaling best practices. This work includes working collaboratively across all BBBSA departments to ensure the Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) network of 230+ agencies effectively manage- grants from corporate and private foundations.

Position Purpose
As a direct report of the Chief Development Officer, the Senior Director, Corporate Engagement will be responsible for leading the activation and account management of secured funders within corporate, foundation, and organizational structures funded through grants, mission-aligned partnerships, or sponsorship for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). The Senior Director will have accountability for new revenue generation individually and as a team and will bring and build upon a proven track record in achieving year-over-year retention, contract success, and deliverables success, while driving revenue growth and activation opportunities through various channels for a portfolio of $15-35M+ with personal accountability for key accounts and annual new revenue goals. The Senior Director, Corporate Engagement will model and actively demonstrate expertise in sophisticated program-based funding models, grant activation and restricted fundraising.

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in nonprofit management, business, marketing, communications (or related education) or equivalent relevant experience
Years of Related Work Experience: A minimum of ten (10) + years proven, successful resource development/fundraising, sales and/or account management experience; successful track record with planning, managing and initiating corporate relationships within the non-profit sector require; experience working with high level corporate representatives and volunteer board members is critical. Successful 6-figure partnership pitch to execution experience required with emphasis on mission-based investment models, grant funding, and restricted giving initiatives. Demonstrated successful experience in leading, supervising and developing staff is required.
