Location:

  • Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. For team members residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility in choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs, and individual schedules.

What You’ll Do:   

  • Lead the expansion of our Risk Advisory practice by developing and executing an inclusive commercial strategy from scratch, focused on broadening sales, revenue streams, service offerings, and geographical reach.
  • Responsible for conference and event management, including: identifying relevant industry conferences and events to participate in or sponsor, managing conference logistics, nurturing leads and facilitating meaningful interactions post conference to advance sales opportunities and analyzing the ROI of conference participation.
  • Lead pursuit efforts on identified opportunities including scoping, pursuit strategy, negotiations and closing at existing and prospective clients. 
  • Design marketing materials with the Risk Advisory Practice Lead to support sales efforts. 
  • Execute a market research strategy to understand emerging regulations and market trends, how to position Clearsulting to react to these regulations and trends as well as develop thought leadership.
  • Collaborate internally with our Commercial, Marketing and Practice team members to introduce Risk Advisory services to Clearsulting accounts and generate new sales.  

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 10+ years in business development, sales, professional services or relevant professional experience 
  • Experience selling high-value, project-based, Internal Audit / Risk Advisory services, characterized by both large and small dollar transactions 
  • Experience crafting and executing strategic and tactical plans to close new business at prospective accounts 
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

      Responsibilities and Required Skills:

      • Oversee large portfolio of Kyriba projects, ensuring quality and implementing solutions as needed
      • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, addressing escalations autonomously and identifying additional opportunities within Treasury and/or Clearsulting

        As a Client Relationship Director, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. You will build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across our account base.

        • Generates new opportunities outside of Alliance Partners channels.
        • Requires significant collaboration with Practices and New Ventures including both Commercial and Delivery teams.
        • Demonstrates mastery of how to position Clearsulting offerings and maximize cross Practice sales.
        • Pulls through the right Commercial teams.
        • Gathers and builds on Clearsulting’s stories to enrich cycles.
        • Manages Salesforce proactively.
        • Identify opportunities to build pipeline and drive growth at the account level.
        • Meets and exceeds sales targets and key KPIs.
        • Be gritty and dedicated, willing to overcome roadblocks to beat targets.

        Qualifications and Desired Skills:

        • 8+ years of relevant experience in professional services, finance and accounting professional services, and sales focused experience highly preferred.
        • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field of study.
        • A self-starter motivated to make a real impact in a startup environment with minimal oversight and direction
        • Able to multi-task and balance multiple priorities at once.
        • Able to work independently without constant supervision or direction.
        • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work for our clients.
        • Curious, eager, and not afraid to ask questions.
        • Flexible and open to new experiences.

        As a  OneStream Solution Architect in the CPM practice, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong CPM/EPM consulting experience.           Responsibilities and Required Skills:

          • Execute full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment
          • Translate business requirements to technical solution designs
          • Design OneStream solutions based on leading practice system design principles that meet business requirements
          • Knowledge of the CPM/EPM landscape and technologies such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, etc.
          • Lead CPM/EPM system implementations across full SDLC lifecycle with robust documentation, meeting deadlines and budgets
          • Lead conversations with Finance leaders and CFOs regarding their strategic agenda for CPM/EPM and provide meaningful insights
          • Provide CPM/EPM subject matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, finance transformation, vendor selections, and implementations

          Qualifications and Desired Skills:

          • 4+ years of OneStream CPM/EPM implementation experience (consulting experience strongly preferred)
          • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field of study, information technology, or engineering; MBA or other Master’s Degree a plus
          • Experience with multiple full-lifecycle OneStream implementations
          • Technical knowledge across full OneStream functionality; financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, allocations, reconciliations, etc.
          • Deep technical knowledge of OneStream functionality, development, data integrations, and the like
          • Ability to lead teams through design sessions and lead technical design and build throughout an implementation
          • Ability to manage people, develop teams and coach more junior team members
          • Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
          • Ability to maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture – build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrate the Clearsulting Core Values each day
