We are looking for a dynamic, high performing Enterprise Account Executive with experience specifically selling technology products and/or services into the nonprofit industry. The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of building solid relationships. The candidate must also have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery and selling to multiple decision makers including C-Suite Executives.  

What you’ll do:

  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of “smart” activity 
  • Prospect, follow up on leads, and respond to RFPs and help define a new segment for Classy
  • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline to include, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts presentations to senior management
  • Work hand-in-hand with our consulting partnerships to uncover new opportunities and foster ongoing relationships within the industry
  • Skillfully deliver web-based and in-person presentations, leveraging strong product knowledge and sales best practices
  • Be comfortable selling to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in complex orgs to create compelling events and secure buy-in
  • Work closely with a team of Sales Development Reps to provide strategic direction and feedback
  • Develop strong relationships within the market while actively marketing and promoting Classy’s brand and products through adept public relations
  • Consistently overachieve your quarterly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so

What you Bring (Required):

  • 5+ years experience in positioning and selling large, complex software solutions or 1+ years of being a full quota carrying rep at Classy 
  • Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative selling methodology
  • Experience selling/navigating a complex sale
  • Experience acquiring new business
  • Strong track record of achievement selling cloud solutions
  • Technically savvy and skilled in using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and other sales software tools
  • Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
  • Experience selling into the nonprofit space, specifically development offices a plus
  • Some travel required
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

 What would be awesome to have (Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge
  • Training on Sandler, MEDDICC, or other solutions based selling and forecasting methodologies
  • Experience selling into the non-profit sector
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to push deals over the finish line (ex: channel/partnerships, solutions engineers, deal desk, product marketing)
  • Experience using Salesloft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Chorus

The expected US salary range for this position is $105,000-$120,000 ($192,000 - $264,000 when potential target commissions are factored in) + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific OTE structure for this position during the hiring process.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product Compliance to join our Compliance Center of Excellence and take ownership over product compliance for your specified countries. As Head of Product Compliance your team stays on the pulse of legal changes, ensuring best practice sharing and enabling product by fostering a strong relationship with customer and product facing teams - being at the intersection between compliance and product. 

This position will need to be a true player/coach, working closely with the Compliance Experts as well as Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Growth, and Sales within Personio to drive success.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
  • Strategy and Business development:
    You will work closely with the Director of Product Compliance to design, hire and lead a growing team of Product Compliance Experts within our Product and Technology Function here at Personio
    Defining processes to identify requirements proactively and influencing our product teams roadmaps will be your responsibility. 

  • Compliance: 
    Enable your team to research new and existing local legal requirements in the HR & Payroll space and provide detailed information on the same to the relevant internal teams
    Be a player/coach if necessary to support your team members.
    You will be responsible to ensure our product remains compliant with the changing requirements of countries you are responsible for.

  • Product Enablement: 
    You will connect legal/compliance requirements to existing product features of Personio and benchmark those against the existing product roadmaps - ensuring end to end documentation which is standardized and accessible across all countries. In addition, you will also ensure best practices are researched and included in the documentation of requirements, keeping up to date with competitors.

  • Communication:
    As the Head of Product Compliance, you will design efficient processes to ensure communication between functions and lead by example enabling team members to collaborate efficiently. You will jointly develop the most effective ways of working between the impacted functions.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
  • At least 7 years of experience working in Payroll, HR or general legislative compliance, ideally working with product teams responsible for multiple countries and have a proven track record of 5+ years of leadership experience - ideally as a leader of leader.
  • You are an expert in ramping up teams and defining processes for efficient collaboration
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and the hightest standards for the quality of your work
  • You have experience working in a complex compliance-heavy area using analytical problem-solving skills to make decisions
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership; ability to work collaboratively in a result-oriented way
  • Experience in a SaaS environment of a B2B or B2C multi-product international company
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent minimum in English and in the local language of your country/market

The Role

You will be responsible for driving product development providing a great user experience and making investment decisions with P&L responsibility to enable successful go-to-market across several critical European markets.

In order to be a good fit for this role, you have spent 8+ years building exceptional user experiences for B2B or B2C platforms with diverse product offerings as a product manager. You are comfortable working with designers and engineers to identify and develop performant and scalable experiences that users love. You can drive collaboration on cross-platform initiatives with other product teams. In addition you have at least 3+ years experience in complementary roles such as management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance, where you drove investment decisions at the executive level.
What you need to succeed
Responsibilities:
  • Understand and build towards product market fit across several critical European markets to drive Personio’s global expansion, proactively identifying local product needs.
  • Define, plan, and execute a product roadmap across all of Personio’s product portfolio to ensure that SMEs across all of Europe view Personio as the market leader in HRM software.
  • Guide and influence all relevant product and go-to-market teams to deliver on Personio’s vision of becoming the European and Global market leader in HRM software.
  • Own country specific P&L for several core European markets and ensure the pace and direction of investment in product and go-to-market best serve Personio’s global strategy.
  • Be the point person for the C-level leadership team on the commercial and product performance for the markets you are owning, breaking down complex problems and providing clarity in spoken and written communication.
  • Create and execute a near-term strategy to win existing markets and a long-term strategy to scale expansion beyond current focus markets.
Experience:
  • At least 8 years of experience in product management in a B2B or B2C multi-product company building global customer-facing products.
  • At least 3 years of experience in roles driving company wide investment decisions (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance).
  • Work in a complex product area using analytical problem-solving skills to make decisions.
  • Have a technical and business background, a highly collaborative mindset, and direct experience implementing  best-in-class solutions  with design and engineering counterparts. 
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership; ability to work collaboratively in a result-oriented way and comfortable with cross functional complexity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
