Reporting into the Organizational Development Lead, you will help us with projects related to employee development, performance management, competency frameworks, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll get direction and input from the Organizational Development Lead, who oversees learning and development, performance management, and employee experience surveys. With this guidance, you’ll develop and deliver programs that enhance the development, engagement, and retention of Xplor’s people. Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating effective training sessions.
  • Creating engaging follow-up opportunities to reinforce learning.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders on performance management discussions and supporting the design and delivery of performance reviews.
  • Promoting employee growth by implementing effective processes that align development plans with e-learning courses and on-the-job experiences.
  • Supporting the engagement survey process by assisting with assessing trends, identifying gaps, analyzing outcomes, and creating recommendations for action plans.
  • Assisting with compensation programs, including merit, bonuses, and rewards & recognition. 

- This is a fixed-term contract position for approximately 6-9 months.

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour

Our Security Engineers (CTR) are the front line for the security of our platforms and applications. The role prepares for, and responds to, security events and incidents across our systems.

  • Preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our information so that it can be safely shared and used to drive our growth and innovation - enabling information confidence

Required qualifications for this role:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in Security Operations
  • Ability to manage Security Incidents through the Incident Handling process.
  • Basic level understanding of ATP, EDR, API Security, Identity Management.
  • Security Incident Response and triage and able to do root cause analysis. Sound understanding of different log sources and event co-relations.
  • Security use-case development and fine-tuning based on the requirements (hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel/Kusto Query language preferred).
  • Developing and improving incident response plans and working with team to contain identified threats.
  • Tuning threat detection to minimize noise and amplify a signal.
  • Input to new SOC workflows/metrics, reports, dashboards and processes to improve SOC scalability and efficiency.
  • Maintaining proficiency by following the latest trends and developments in cyber security.
  • Perform security automation to solve security use cases within the organization & continually improve threat detection capability and accuracy.

  • Experience working with a selection of SIEM, TIP, malware analysis, and multiple sources of threat intelligence to properly categorize suspicious behavior.
  • The ability to communicate complicated technical issues and the risks they pose to developers, network engineers, system administrators, and management.

  • Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Clearent by Xplor’s electronic  applications
  • Educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry
  • Maintain regular communication with your sales leadership
  • Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements
  • Compensation will be based on commissions

Required qualifications for this role:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Must exhibit a hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
