As a Principal HRIS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platforms with a primary focus on UKG. This position requires a deep understanding of HR systems, integrations, and payroll processes. You will collaborate closely with our IT department and other stakeholders to enhance system capabilities and ensure seamless functionality across our corporate systems.

What you will be responsible for:

System Management and Optimization:

    • Lead the management and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS systems, primarily UKG, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Evaluate and implement system upgrades and feature enhancements working with UKG and internal IT resources.
    • Develop and modify system processes to increase efficiency and user satisfaction, including configuration of custom fields, workflows and processes.
    • Leads the delivery of complex data reports, dashboards and/or summaries to support business decisions.

Integration and Development:

    • Work closely with IT specialists to design and implement robust integrations between UKG and other corporate systems such as payroll, benefits, and finance platforms.
    • Develop custom reports and interfaces according to the operational needs of the HR department and compliance requirements.
    • Ensure data integrity and security across all HRIS platforms and integrations.

Project Management:

    • Lead HRIS projects from conception through implementation, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, overseeing development, and deploying systems.
    • Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure project success.

Training and Support:

    • Provide training, technical support and troubleshooting to HRIS users across the organization, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the systems effectively.
    • Documents and tests system upgrades, enhancements, or integration with systems to ensure adequate information security, data integrity, and continued functionality.
    • Develop user manuals and training materials as needed.

Compliance and Best Practices:

    • Ensures HRIS compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations and completes Federal and State mandate reporting requirements within the required deadlines.
    • Manages system data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in HR technology to propose and implement innovative solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in HRIS roles with a strong focus on UKG platforms.
  • Proven experience in integrating HRIS systems with other business management software such as PlanSource and Cloudpay.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead projects independently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with BI preferred.
  • HR Service Delivery (UKG People Assist) experience preferred.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Discover and understand the technologies, solutions, constraints, and challenges for a cloud security, application security, and vulnerability management program
  • Match Veracode solutions to customer's technical, security, and business needs.
  • Assist and advise on the effective use of Veracode security products and their alignment with a customer's environment
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on designated accounts through customer onboarding to ensure a successful customer launch
  • Demonstrate and integrate Veracode products across the entire software development toolchain
  • Present Veracode and Longbow’s vision, strategy and product roadmaps to executives and technical management.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum five years’ experience in the information security or software development industry.
  • Customer facing experience with strong listening and business relationship skills

  • Public cloud and cloud security fundamentals (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud infrastructure security, container security)

Additional experience that will help you be successful

  • Secure SDLC and DevOps mindset and familiarity with Agile Frameworks (SAFE, Lean SD, etc.)
  • Network security experience

The Senior Security Researcher will understand a wide variety of security vulnerabilities, across various environments and languages, and be able to integrate findings into a report as part of the Applied Research team.  The researcher will act across various domains, capable of understanding and scoring CVE/CVSS across a wide range of languages and environments, including native application, web applications, containers and in services within the cloud.  

Key aspects of the Role: 

  • Integrate security findings from various areas into reports for a CISO or other interested parties. 
  • Configure and deploy automated application and cloud security testing solutions including SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC, and container scanning. 
  • Triage and correlate CWEs, CVEs, and other common security defects, score them, and relay essential information to stakeholders. 
  • Provide input and guidance into development of functional requirements for the Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) product. 
  • Perform security assessment and research of containers, infrastructure as code, low- and no-code environments. 
  • Provide independent research for product features. 
  • Conduct independent research for the larger security community. 

What you’ll need: 

  • Expert understanding of fundamental security concepts with a focus on application security in particular. 
  • Able to investigate, understand, and contextualize a wide array of vulnerabilities and be able to explain them at a technical depth appropriate to audience. 
  • The skills to reverse engineer or otherwise assess a CVE, reproduce the vulnerability, and pinpoint the affected source code. 
  • Familiarity with modern SDLC practices, cloud-based architecture, and deployment patterns including technologies such as git, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab), Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, etc. 
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to discern what’s important as well as the ability to present those findings. 
  • Prototyping tools for analysis and software hacking problems.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Help transition from manual to automated testing.
  • Implement, maintain, and evolve the test automation framework for both the frontend UI and the backend platform.
  • Develop modular and reusable automated tests and educate developers on expanding the catalog of tests as new features are developed.

  • Hands on with cloud security solutions (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Palo Alto Prisma) 
  • Scripting (Perl, Python, etc.), Java, .NET (C# and ASP,.Net) knowledge

This individual will be responsible for the full sales cycle including outbound prospecting, building pipeline and closing business. Experience in the wider Cybersecurity domain and Application Security in particular will be considered a plus. Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and operate a solid sales plan to expand Veracode business in the region
  • Target, manage and sell multi-year services contracts to top Strategic organizations or expand existing customer engagement
  • Hunt and aggressively prospect for new logo business directly or leveraging the regional partner ecosystem
  • Orchestrate demand generation effort with regional Marketing, Business Development and Channel
  • Manage the entire sales cycle effectively orchestrating the involvement of the different sales support functions
  • Create and deliver accurate sales forecast
  • Travel into territory to generate pipeline, accelerate sales with prospects and customers, cultivate partner relationships and support regional events - Up to 25% travel expected

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 8 years of Sales experience selling Security solutions (familiarity with on-demand/SaaS and DevOps is a plus)
  • Proven track record of selling to technical audiences like Security, DevSecOps and IT Operations, leaders (CIO, CTO, CISO, VP of Engineering, VP of AppDev, etc.)
  • Team player attitude and ambition to build
  • A proven history of quota over-achievement
  • Proven DACH region experience
  • Fluent German speaker strongly preferred

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to productize our packaging tool for submitting iOS applications for Static Application Security Testing (SAST) scans. Role Overview

What you’ll be doing:

  • Enhancing and maintaining Veracode's open-source packaging tool for native iOS applications developed with Objective-C and Swift.
  • Constructing an automated regression test suite with a broad range of iOS test applications.
  • Defining a versioned release and open-source distribution process.
  • Training and assisting customer facing teams of product support engineers and application security consultants.
  • Working collaboratively with multiple engineering teams, the Applied Security Research team, and Product Management team on evolving the functionality and usability of Veracode's application packaging tools.
  • Support the adoption of engineering best practices around testing, CI/CD, architecture, and automation. Guide best practices and approaches and help to shape the engineering culture.
  • Communicate and collaborate within the team and across functional boundaries.

What we’re looking for:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science with 5+ years’ experience required.
