Description

Cobalt is seeking an Inbound Web Intern to join our team for an eight-week internship program. The intern will gain hands-on experience in Inbound Marketing and content creation while assisting with various tasks related to our corporate website. The intern will be responsible for executing a provided strategy.

Example tasks include implementing an internal links strategy to enhance SEO and navigation. They will also be involved in content editing or staging, ensuring that our website content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging. The position will also handle the updating of website images, ensuring they are properly compressed and named for optimal website performance. 

This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in website management and digital marketing, looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Assist in implementing SEO strategy onto Corporate website
  • Content editing or staging
  • Deploy or measure specific conversion rate optimization tasks 
  • Collaborating with the team to implement improvements for website performance and user experience

A strong candidate will have:

  • Availability to work for a minimum of 30 hours a week.  Please specify availability within your cover letter.

Pay Range Disclosure

Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for the Inbound Web Internship is $15 - $20 per hour (maximum of 30 hours/week). We’re on a mission to hire the very best! With growing demand for our technology and services, we are looking for an energetic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies, product positioning and messaging, marketing content for product launches, events and sales enablement and go-to-market plans for Cobalt offensive security solutions. You are passionate about understanding customer needs and ensuring we have the core product marketing resources to empower customer success. As a natural storyteller, you can easily translate that knowledge into compelling positioning and content. You’ll do this by delivering the right content at each stage of the customer lifecycle, by equipping Cobalt teams with the right stories and talking points, and by evolving the Cobalt brand through product and feature launches.

What You'll Do

  • Marketing strategy — create product marketing plans, quantify market opportunities, identity and lead GTM strategies
  • Market intelligence  —  understand and stay abreast of competitive landscape and industry news to best influence our marketing strategy, competitive positioning and sales enablement
  • Positioning and messaging — craft compelling, high-impact messaging and customer-centric narratives that define our portfolio, value proposition, and competitive differentiation
  • Thought leadership – partner with corporate marketing to develop narratives, create presentations and content (white papers, blogs, videos, etc) to drive awareness and demand for Cobalt 
  • Product launches —  lead successful product launches by owning the go-to-market strategy for new product introductions and feature releases including market research, positioning, messaging, packaging, demand generation, internal enablement, customer communications, etc.
  • Cross-functional alignment  —  partner with cross-functional teams to research, plan and implement go-to-market tactics that increase demand, revenue, and retention.
  • Enablement  —  work collaboratively with Product, Delivery and GTM teams to develop tools and materials that arm the sales, customer success and channel teams with sales plays and competitive intelligence that increases sales productivity and pipeline conversion

You Have

  • 3-5 years B2B cybersecurity product marketing experience
  • Bachelors degree, MBA a plus
  • Comfort working in a startup environment
  • Marketing experience within a SaaS or cloud based technology start-up is preferred
  • Proven background in owning customer research, market analysis, and segmentation
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels, departments, and geographically dispersed office locations
  • A can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help Cobalt's customers build successful security testing programs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a proactive mindset who can effectively engage with external and internal stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives. As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle from onboarding to renewal to ensure an optimal end-to-end customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own the overall relationship with assigned customers, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Develop, prepare and nurture customers for advocacy
  • Build successful security testing programs for our customers
  • Monitor day-to-day service execution and customer satisfaction
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their desired business outcomes
  • Manage the annual renewal process for customers to ensure uninterrupted product usage
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities, collaborating with your commercial team peers
  • Advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally
  • Provide ongoing training of our products and new features
  • Program manage account escalations and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Engage with external and internal stakeholders in roles ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives
  • Develop Success Plans for every assigned customer and hold Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders to measure progress and alignment on key objectives/goals

You Have

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in SaaS and cybersecurity
