Duties and Responsibilities

  • Produce the experience vision for the OffSec Learning Platform. Understanding how OffSec Learners want to interact with the platform and visualizing how the Platform can deliver the best learning experience to them.
  • Develop platform principles, standards, and experience guard rails to ensure a cohesive and purposeful end-to-end platform experience
  • Plan and implement new designs for our online learning platform, public-facing site, and collaterals
  • Build and manage a design system, in close collaboration with fellow senior and junior designers on the team
  • Optimize existing user interface designs
  • Communicate efficiently with stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Develop and refine the information architecture for the product, ensuring content and navigation are intuitive.
  • Design interactive elements and micro-interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Work with business stakeholders to create high-fidelity mockups for mobile device screens, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms.
  • Understand technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
  • Combine creativity with an awareness of design elements
  • Create prototypes for new product ideas
  • Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather user feedback for improvements.
  • Conduct ongoing user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and preferences of the target audience.
  • Collect and share user insights with stakeholders through personas, user journeys, and empathy mappings
  • Proactively seek and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members into design iterations.
  • Closely work with development teams to implement design requirements and maintain design system consistency
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the junior designer, offering support and opportunities for skill development.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation, style guides, and design systems to facilitate efficient development.

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience as a UI Designer or similar role
  • Knowledge of Figma and Adobe range of products including XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • UI design portfolio of select projects
  • Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to discuss and explain design options and articulate decisions

Veille et Analyse :

Reporting et Performance : 

  • Assurer le suivi de la performance des contenus publiés pour évaluer leur impact et être force de proposition pour améliorer nos stratégies. 

  • Réaliser des reportings réguliers sur les performances de nos différentes actions de communication, incluant les campagnes publicitaires payantes et les opérations de promotion spécifiques. 

  • Participer à la rédaction de newsletters régulières Marketing & Communication à destination de l'ensemble des équipes DON'T NOD, tout en contribuant aux rapports dédiés à nos jeux lors des temps forts de communication. 

  • Suivre l'e-réputation du studio et participer à la réalisation de sentiment reports pour soutenir l'équipe dans l'analyse des perceptions de notre marque et nos différents jeux. 

Qualifications

Compétences requises : 

  • Formé.e au marketing et à la communication digitale, vous avez une première base stratégique et opérationnelle dans la gestion des réseaux sociaux et la communication de marque. 

  • Vous possédez d’excellentes capacités de conception-rédaction et une orthographe parfaite.  

  • Un niveau d’anglais solide et professionnel est requis. 

  • Vous êtes familier.e des outils de bureautique type suite Office et si vous avez déjà travaillé avec des outils spécialisés de Community Management (programmation, listening et reporting) c’est un plus.

Education and Experience

The Marketing Events Leader provides tradeshow, conference & sponsorship support to the Marketing and Business Development Teams on projects that support and maximize value for Paul Davis Brand.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensure corporate brand presence at national and regional trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships
• Book booth space, register corporate attendees, order promo items, collateral and manage any purchases related to booth needs and advertising opportunities within strict deadlines
• Manage shipment of available marketing material to different initiatives
• Track & report marketing materials distributed to local offices by vertical
• Track and measure ROI from event collaborations with Business Development (Luxor)
• Efficiently communicate with franchisor and franchisee team members on specific event needs
• Consistently be proactive and efficiently support the marketing team and coordinate requests
• Use design software (Adobe InDesign, Canva, Photoshop) to update template content and assist with content curation for marketing materials
• Assist with compiling and organizing design files/photo library while distributing design content as needed
• Weekly Goal Setting & Review Sessions with direct supervisor
• Builds meaningful relationships across the franchise network, vendors and Paul Davis Restoration
• Contributes to weekly and monthly team calls
• Assists with all assigned duties at the annual Paul Davis Conference

What you’ll do

Main Responsibilities 

  • Lead StyleSeat’s social media and influencer efforts, developing and posting compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience across channels (FB/IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant social platforms). 
  • Work cross-functionally to develop the social media content calendar; engage our audience with compelling ongoing content series while supporting key business priorities (e.g., new product launches + education, community building + events, educational content, product support + education).
  • Curate and cultivate meaningful relationships with a spectrum of influencers, creators, managers & agents to amplify the StyleSeat brand message; Define and execute influencer and creator strategy, influencer contracts, incentives and asset delivery.
  • Own the StyleSeat social media accounts, including creation of the social calendar, scheduling, posting, and community management.
  • Build out actionable reporting; Monitor growth and engagement across platforms, hit growth/engagement targets, track progress against KPIs and adjust future content accordingly, reporting this data to the wider team weekly or monthly.
  • With our greater team, manage the community: respond to comments + messages across platforms, direct inquiries to the appropriate teams, engage customers + creators who are sharing our products on social, flag concerns to the broader team.
  • Stay up-to-date on social platform updates, best practices, and new trends to ensure StyleSeat’s organic marketing strategies are always evolving with new information. Suggest new/experimental trends and initiatives, as well as changes to existing practices.

Specific deliverables (90 Days) 

  • Build out channel strategy, prioritizing the top 3 channels to reach and engage our Pro audience within 30 days.
  • Set goals for follower growth, and develop a plan for achieving and tracking within 60 days.
  • Identify, develop, and launch 3-4 content pillars for the social channel within 90 days.

Who you are 

Successful candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds, yet here are some of the critical and nice-to-have experiences we’re looking for:

Must Have 

  • 5-7 years of experience in communications and social media with a proven track record of growing a brand following on social media platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of and 2-3 years of hands-on experience posting on social platforms – Meta (Instagram/FB), TikTok, YouTube - including both organic and paid distribution strategies, as well as how to build platform strategies against specific business opportunities. 
  • A demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into compelling content for the social media channel, with measurable results.
  • Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and building relationships with creators and influencers, focusing on brand-relevant talent and ROI-driven collaborations.

Salary Range

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The career level we are targeting for this role has a base pay between $111,500 and $130,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Work with the U.S. Digital Team to support long-term digital goals for US campaign work
  • Develop digital strategies and implement campaign plans to help 350 and partners to dismantle the pillars of support for the fossil fuel industry
  • Craft compelling emails, track metrics and data, produce organic social media content, design graphics and memes, and develop other online content to help achieve campaign goals, shift public narratives about climate change and climate justice, and shine a light on inspiring stories from the climate movement
  • Drive online audiences to take offline action and support 350.org’s mobilization efforts with strategic digital recruitment
  • Track and analyze digital metrics, including email and social media metrics, to measure success and identify key lessons from campaigns and projects — and use those metrics to share learnings and recommendations with digital and non-digital campaigners alike to help teams strengthen future work
  • Identify, cultivate relationships with, and/or collaborate with partner organizations and coalitions on projects and campaigns
  • Support webpage creation and campaign website upkeep
  • Continually identify and implement new digital tools and platforms, and/or innovative uses of existing tools, to strategically strengthen 350’s tech toolkit in order to help us continue to effectively build the climate movement and win campaigns
  • Consistently integrate a deep understanding of key  equity concepts into work projects
  • Provide on-the-ground digital coverage and amplification for key campaign actions or mobilizations. Some travel will be required for this coverage.
  • Internal collaboration: collaborate departmentally and interdepartmentally to develop alignment between 350.org’s global and regional digital strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 minimum years of experience as a digital campaigner and/or organizing grassroots movements
  • Experience with intersectional advocacy work on issues of race, class, and gender
  • Minimum 1 years experience using at least some of the key tools employed by the 350.org digital team, including ActionKit, Action Network, WordPress, mass and peer-to-peer SMS tools, social media platforms, and digital advertising — and willingness and ability to quickly learn how to use new tools and techniques
  • Basic literacy in HTML and CSS, ability to create simple website pages using Wordpress 
  • Experience managing or supporting advocacy email programs with large lists, and with using social media as the voice of an organization, candidate, or brand
  • Proven experience at the intersection of online and offline organizing, including using digital tools and communications to recruit volunteers to take on-the-ground action and sustaining supporters’ long-term engagement

Dans ce cadre, vous serez l’interface de nombreux services et fonctions (marketing, RH, communication interne, équipes métiers…), tant en France qu’avec les équipes internationales. Par ailleurs, vous serez amené(e) à collaborer avec divers prestataires (agences de communication, studio de production de vidéos, graphistes, freelance…).

Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Communication, vous intervenez sur les missions suivantes :

  • Participer au développement de la communication digitale de Mazars en France
  • Être le garant de l’image de marque et de l’identité visuelle
  • Gérer des projets et produire des contenus pertinents

En détails (les missions peuvent évoluer en fonction des actualités du département), les missions sont articulées autour de deux champs d’action :

Sujets 360 :

  • Accompagnement dans la compréhension de la marque et l’utilisation de la charte graphique en interne et en externe (formations collaborateurs, création de contenus dédiés…)
  • Gestion du planning stratégique (suivi des divers contenus et campagnes), notamment en lien avec l’équipe communication et marketing
  • Gestion de projet sur les campagnes de communication corporate et reporting d’activité
  • Veille et KPIs : réaliser les reporting des actions menées, veille digitale via des outils de social listening, veille des tendances de la communication et benchmark concurrents

 

Sujets digitaux :

  • Community management des réseaux sociaux corporate de Mazars en France : animation des comptes Twitter & LinkedIn, en s'assurant de faire respecter les chartes graphiques et éditoriales et les règles éthiques des communautés
  • Création de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux : rédaction des messages pour les posts, création de visuels sur Photoshop et de motion design sur After Effect, tournages vidéo (interviews, témoignages, etc.)
  • Déploiement de la stratégie d’employee advocacy : gestion de l’outil d’employee advocacy (création de contenus, planning…) et formation des collaborateurs
  • Participation aux projets digitaux transverses : suivi Salesforce, mise à jour des pages web corporate du site Mazars.fr, publication d’articles de blog…

 

Le poste requiert une grande adaptabilité et nécessite de travailler en collaboration quotidienne avec de nombreux services. Les missions proposées vous apporteront une vision à 360° de la communication dans un environnement BtoB.

Qualifications

Diplômée d’une école de commerce / école de communication ou d’une formation universitaire en Communication/Marketing, vous avez une première expérience sur un poste similaire.

Autonome et organisé(e), vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle en priorisant vos tâches et êtes force de proposition. Motivé(e) par les challenges, vous souhaitez apprendre aux côtés d’une équipe jeune et dynamique tous les aspects de la communication corporate, en particulier la communication digitale. A l’aise à l’oral et doté(e) d’un excellent sens relationnel, vous saurez faire preuve de flexibilité en travaillant en synergie avec de nombreuses parties prenantes. 

Vous connaissez les réseaux sociaux, les outils de social media monitoring et listening et vous êtes familier avec la Suite Adobe (notamment Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effect) ou souhaitez monter en compétences sur ces sujets. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (a minima le Pack Office), êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance rédactionnelle (votre orthographe est irréprochable) et avez un niveau d’anglais opérationnel.

Créatif, passionné(e) par les enjeux de la communication d’entreprise, vous êtes curieux(se) et vous tenez informé(e) des tendances du secteur.
