WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Education team is the epicenter of our company. We have a vision to deliver the best and most trusted early education and care for children and families across America. Our Education team plays a major role in allowing us to deliver on that vision. As a key member of the team reporting to the Education Program Manager, the Education Services Coordinator partners cross-collaboratively within the Support Center and with vendors to create clear and concise communication and practical resources to support schools in implementing Balanced Learning®.

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Education Support system (i.e., Zendesk), ensuring timely responses to tickets, analyze common themes, and provide recommendations to better support programs and program adoption in schools 
  • Responds timely and accurately to Zendesk tickets, partnering with others when necessary. 
  • Ensure that all Education-related items are available, accurate, and posted to Primrose Intranet and digital platform systems according to School Planning Calendar
  • Conduct quality control inspections of materials available to schools
  • Notice and problem solve for gaps or inaccuracies using available resources, guides, program knowledge, and technical abilities
  • Lead ongoing document updates process for Education department across all avenues
  • Manage timeline, project plan, and key deliverables for intradepartmental projects
  • Organize virtual and in-person events for internal team, school leadership team members and Franchise Owners 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally internally and with vendors to provide clear and concise support to schools regarding FF&E, assessments, etc. 
  • Draft relevant content for various internal and external communications channels to support the implementation and maintenance of Education related programs

·       Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to multiple groups, both up and down/ internal and external.
·       Proven ability to stay organized and detail-oriented, while being self-directed and self-motivated.
·       Proven collaborator with the ability to rally multiple resources to accomplish goals.
·       Adept in navigating digital, cloud-based platforms

The Acquisitions Director will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining industry relationships with stakeholders, principals and brokers. Additionally, the she/he will provide oversight and input to acquisition team members throughout the due diligence process from introduction to close.  To fulfill this requirement, the Acquisitions Director will coordinate with Vice President, School Development and other members of the school development team regarding the execution of acquisition strategies specific to the region.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 
  • Develop extraordinary knowledge of assigned markets within the defined region.
  • Perform overview of potential acquisition opportunity to present to Vice President, School Development and Primrose Leadership Team.
  • Work closely with the Director, Mergers & Acquisitions on the financial analysis of potential acquisitions.
  • Work closely with School Excellence and Campus Design teams to prepare investment summary to present to VP/Leadership Team.
  • Contribute to strategy and investment reviews for business opportunities.
  • Plan, implement, and lead negotiation strategies with stakeholders.
  • Remain active with industry groups and events.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationship with key industry contacts, brokers and school owners.
  • Identify and source acquisition opportunities through the brokerage community.
  • Research and identify off-market opportunities by establishing relationships with school owners through regular market visits.
  • Negotiation of LOIs and Purchase Sale Agreements.
  • Act as primary point of contact to the seller.
  • Ensure key dates and deliverables are met.
  • Perform or assist with special projects as directed by the Vice President, School Development or other members of the Leadership Team.
  • Maintain detailed notes and communication in Hubspot (CRM) for brokers and owners.
  • Maintain Deal Pipeline and Database.

Position Description:
 
As a Program Manager, Recruitment Marketing, you will play a crucial role in building and increasing employment brand awareness resulting in increased applicant volume to attract the best candidates to schools. Reporting to the Director, Brand Management, School Excellence, you will partner with internal channel leads, external partners and more to build repeatable and adaptable strategies and campaigns that result in attracting talent to Primrose locations across the country.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Strategy Development:Leads the strategy to build brand awareness and drive qualified applicants to Primrose career websites and job postings
·       Refines & Optimizes: Determines appropriate channels to recruit qualified applicants, using data and analysis to optimize channel and advertising spend
·       Employee Value Proposition (EVP):Creates, refines and brings to life a compelling EVP to attract top talent. 
·       Content Management:Oversees the development [KZ1] of compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including job descriptions, blog posts, videos, and more. Ensures careers pages are consistently updated with compelling content.
·       Campaigns: In partnership with channel leads and external partners, oversees the creation and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, job boards, and events.
·       Documentation and Communication: Creates and owns documentation and communications regarding processes and updates, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed. Owns and manages the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used by the schools to optimize the candidate experience and seek operational effectiveness. WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Senior Analyst, FP&A will support the evaluation of real estate investments aligned to a strategic, company-wide initiative. Using data driven insights, this individual will present financial models that either support or oppose investments on behalf of Primrose Schools. In addition, she/he will support the execution of our annual budgeting process including gathering relevant data to create financial models, forecasts and cash flow projections across the organization.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Analyze potential acquisition opportunities, including valuations, financial return analyses, etc.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial plans (operational and strategic), cash flow projections, and business forecasts
  • Develop, update, and maintain advanced financial models to budget, forecast, analyze, and report financial data
  • Develop and perform monthly detailed financial analysis including monitoring business results and impact to annual budgets
  • Drives the provision of timely, accurate, and reliable financial management information and the running and enhancement of reporting systems which facilitate the production of this management information
  • Completes regular and ad-hoc reporting and business reviews as well as the preparation of key presentations and special projects as required
  • Prepares and presents financial analysis to influence management decisions
