iDesign is hiring a Remote Lead Project Manager

What You'll Do

As the Lead Project Manager, you will work closely with the project management team and key stakeholders to support and guide the project management aspects of the design, development, and production of innovative online courses. You will work in a highly matrixed organization, focusing on project management within our integrated services teams. Your primary focus will be on improving and streamlining processes, managing and monitoring team resource allocation and capacity management, developing and streamlining team and project workflows, and coordinating with other Project Managers within the PMO on a myriad of projects.

The successful candidate will work remotely on a contract basis, with at least 30 hours per week of dedicated availability during normal business hours.

This is a part-time, hourly, 1099 contract position.

You will:

  • Collaborate with the project management team in support of all project management activities across the organization
  • Work with project sponsors and project team members to lead project delivery
  • Actively work in project management software and other connected technologies to manage the project work and workflow, such as Asana and Smartsheet
  • Collaborate extensively with all iDesign teams and team members to ensure the quality and consistency of our project management processes
  • Look for opportunities to innovate and create efficiencies in project management processes and workflows

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Advanced degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Business, or related field
  • A PMP certification
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across complex organizational structures
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences in a variety of mediums
  • Honed leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of experts to deliver upon stated goals
  • Demonstrated expert-level use of project management tools (ideally Asana and/or Smartsheet) and other technology tools for team productivity
  • Experience working with Instructional Design projects, preferably in higher education
  • Proven leadership in project management, characterized by innovation in the use of project methods
  • Demonstrated flexibility in the use of a variety of project management methods and approaches to match project needs

iDesign is hiring a Remote Learning Technologist

What You'll Do

As the Learning Technologist, you will work closely with several team members including Learning Architects, other Learning Technologists, Quality Reviewers, Multimedia Editors, and Graphic Designers to ensure that the design and development of online learning support the vision of the partner and subject matter experts.

You will be responsible for working with the Learning Architect (LA) to build and set up the course within the learning management system (LMS) using HTML and CSS when applicable and depending on the assigned project. Some projects require strict adherence to a provided style guide. The Learning Architect collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to adapt content for online instruction, while you, the Learning Technologist, focus on the build process.

Further, you will be responsible for building discussion boards, assignments, tests, and quizzes in the LMS, as well as making sure the course display is consistent throughout. You will also ensure all aspects of the coursework properly (hyperlinks, videos, 3rd party integrations). You will monitor new apps and technologies to see how they can be incorporated into the LMS.

This is a part-time, hourly, 1099 contract position.

You will:

  • Collaborate with Learning Architects to build superior online courses that are supported by research-based best practices in online learning.
  • Work with Learning Architects to ensure alignment of learning outcomes, content, and assessment during the build of courses in the LMS.
  • Actively manage the Learning Architect relationship and obtain Learning Architect approval throughout the course development process.
  • Work with Learning Architect/Project Managers to ensure all deadline dates are met throughout the design and development process.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Current, in-depth knowledge of instructional design and learning theory
  • Experience in online course development, in higher education, preferred
  • Demonstrated HTML coding skills with additional skills in CSS preferred
  • Proven leadership in developing courses characterized by innovation in instructional design

  • Experience with ADA and copyright compliance
  • Experience with existing quality standards for course design

    iDesign is hiring a Remote Clinical Placement Administrator

    What You'll Do

    As the Clinical Placement Administrator, you will work with graduate and post-graduate nursing students across multiple school partners and degrees. You will assist the clinical placement team with the student’s fieldwork placement lifecycle as part of their Master’s and Doctorate curricula. Your focus will be to help the team manage the administrative and student/site data across the different programs with the goal of getting all students placed and ready to start their rotations every semester. You will also assist a team of Placement Advisors in data entry, site and preceptor management, collection of clinical site clearance and onboarding information, and assist with student clearances as needed by the team.

    The successful candidate will work remotely on a 1099 contract basis. A minimum of 20 hours a week of daytime availability is required.

    You will:

    • Manage all aspects of data entry related to clinical placement operations, including utilizing Google Sheets and the placement portal to maintain appropriate records. (20%)
    • Enter the new site and preceptor information in the placement database system and update and maintain existing data. (35%)
    • Conduct clinical site development and outreach in support of various school accounts and program disciplines. (20%)
    • Organize clinical facility networks, including data cleanup, creation of correct contacts for clinical facilities, and updating contact information as needed. (20%)
    • Assist the Placement Team/Contracts coordinator (typically during cohort start dates) to ensure that required affiliation agreement contracts have been received from sites and timely uploaded in the placement portal. (5%)
    • Client and student-facing interactions as needed.

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree with studies in business, psychology, or health science preferred
