We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful technical sourcer to join our team and support our growing needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Integration Specialist Contractor is a critical player in a program that is key to our long-term success. We need someone who can coordinate the setup of direct connections between Podium and a client's customer management or order management system. We are open to remote or local. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • You will coordinate standard and custom integration projects for Podium and our clients while delivering a world-class customer experience for them. 
  • You will be comfortable configuring software settings and managing a work queue with a large number of requests.
  • You will support our clients and Customer Success Managers. The integrations you complete are key components in the overall success plan for the clients they manage.
  • You will solve integration issues. Technical and process issues may arise during the initial integration or as dependent platforms change. You will troubleshoot and solve these problems.
  • You will serve as an integrations expert across Podium and share customer needs for automations to continually improve the integrations we offer.
  • You will maintain high quality documentation of the integrations that we set up.

What you should have: 

  • Must be fluent in English
  • 1+ years of experience in integrations, product support, or similar field
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment
  • Experience working through API and FTP integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce or Tray.io (or similar) preferred
  • Demonstrated over-achievement managing a large work queue
  • Experience working directly with clients, comfortable explaining complex technical processes in a concise way to contacts in varying roles and technical aptitude at an organization

A Site Reliability Engineer borders the worlds of software engineering and systems engineering. At Podium, the SRE team drives our products to success by building a stable, scalable, sustainable, and slick system. We permanently sit and sup with the product engineering teams to address all of their needs, and work as an SRE guild to build a world-class platform for our products to run on. We're currently targeting a junior SRE to come in and deliver impact from day one.

About the team

The Design team is a multidisciplinary team made up of product designers and brand designers, and is a crucial organization in the pursuit of delivering high-quality experiences that help local businesses grow their customer base. About the role

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of pages and features for Podium.com to build a high-quality and responsive experience that leads to a high conversion and performant website for prospective and current Podium customers. In this role, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment and partnering closely with the Brand Creative Director, the Director of Website Strategy and the Website Engineering team.

What you will do

  • Lead the design and development of lead acquisition tools, launch new product and vertical pages that express our brand creatively and implement new brand identity throughout our web assets features for Podium.com across mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Research and discover new opportunities for improving the user experience of our website, tools, and funnels ultimately leading to more marketing qualified leads, and higher converting experiences.
  • Continuously improve our website performance, technical tools and process for building and maintaining our website.
  • Develop, maintain, evolve, and design within style standards (spanning desktop and mobile), with an eye towards efficiency and a consistent user experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering partners representing design at Podium, providing and seeking feedback, and participating in feature prioritization and planning.
  • Articulate and represent Podium’s brand through interactive design and development through best practices and standards while challenging existing design norms.

About you

  • You have experience designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences.
  • You have experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, etc)
  • You have experience building responsive user interfaces
  • You have a portfolio showcasing strong design foundations, such as typography, interaction design, or visual design.
  • You have experience working in a technical, UX, or design organization working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting collections efforts for Podium's USA based customers.

Job Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in connecting our diverse array of systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced operational efficiency. The Role

As a Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) security analyst, you will hold a pivotal and respected position within our organization. Your primary responsibility is to support our security initiatives and enhance our overall security stance. You'll play a crucial part in aligning our security strategy with both existing and emerging information systems. This means you'll need to grasp the intricacies of our legacy systems as well as stay abreast of new technologies and requirements.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a strong technical background and a minimum of five years of experience in security, compliance, or risk management. You'll be overseeing our compliance with various standards and regulations, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Working closely with our security leadership, you'll continuously evaluate and validate the effectiveness of our security program. Graphic Designer - Contractor

Location: Remote

We are looking for a temporary Graphic Designer to join our Brand Team with potential for this position to stay on part-time. At Podium, our mission is to help local businesses win. From digital and print, to event collateral and company apparel, we prioritize standout design in everything we do. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support design for digital, paid social, event collateral, print, ebooks, animations, company apparel, brand illustration and other brand/marketing initiatives. 
  • Assist with the design of brand and product illustration, internal materials/invites/signage, and other similar brand-centric projects
  • Understand Podium’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels
  • Assist the team in developing core brand assets
  • Strategize with internal stakeholders and brand leads to determine projects and priorities
  • Proactively work to reduce friction and contribute to a positive working environment

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diverse portfolio showcasing a breadth of work in brand design, digital and print design.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, preference working in in agency or tech
  • Experience and knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suite necessary
  • A good understanding for typography, layout, hierarchy, and trends
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a humble, constructive way
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, ownership, and focus

About the team

The Product Design team is a crucial organization in the pursuit of delivering high-quality tools that help local businesses grow their customer base. About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build and ship creative solutions and experiences to customers running small businesses all over the world. You’ll design workflows, interactions, prototypes, and visuals that are thoughtful and practical, leading to a direct impact on Podium, our customers, and their businesses.

What you will do

  • Lead the design of end-to-end features for various product areas leading to business impact for Podium and our customers. This includes working across many of our product areas such as automations and integrations, leads and reviews, mobile, messaging, and more.
  • Develop, maintain, evolve, and design within style standards (spanning desktop and mobile), with an eye towards efficiency and a consistent user experience.
  • Conduct user research to understand our customers and their needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering partners representing design at Podium, providing and seeking feedback, and participating in feature prioritization and planning.
  • Seek out feedback from peers and customers and apply what you learn to elevate your design solutions.
  • Participate in recruiting and interviewing of design candidates to help build a high-functioning Product Design team.

About you

  • You have an excellent portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in typography, interaction design, and visual design.
  • You have case studies that demonstrate your ability to design solutions across mobile, web, and desktop applications that meet user needs, product requirements, and drive business impact.
  • You have experience in product design organizations and working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to develop strategy and rationale for new features and product directions.
  • You're an excellent facilitator and are comfortable leading teams through ideation, research, and the natural ambiguity that occurs when defining new features.
  • You have excellent written and verbal skills. You clearly explain design decisions and rationale grounded in design and usability principles, even to team members who don't share your background.
  • You have a solid design process, but also know how to balance process against impact including understanding of technical constraints and effectively balance quality and speed.

We are looking for a consultative and creative sales recruiter to grow and scale our teams.   • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
  • Help initiate and implement creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience and to close top talent

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience

What you will do:

Role/Team Description

As a Senior Android Engineer at Podium, you'll play a vital role in our close-knit, agile Android team, driving the evolution of our app. You'll join a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continual growth. What you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications with a focus on VoIP functionality.

  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues related to VoIP, video, and telephony platforms.
  • Experience troubleshooting telecommunications networks, VoIP, SIP, RTP, RTCP, parsing call records, sip traces, MOS Score, jitter, and delay is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and experience with Jetpack Compose for building modern UIs.
  • Extensive knowledge of Android SDK, architecture components, and best practices.
  • Experience with audio and video processing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
