ARHS Digital is looking for a Workday HCM implementation expert consultant for one of its clients a key player in the Finance Industry.

Context

  • The Workday Centre of Excellence team is an HR IS team within the Enterprise Services Planning Unit.
  • The core business of this team (mainly composed of 5 Business/functional analysts) is to implement, maintain and support Workday configuration.
  • Leveraging the agile methodology, the squad members can support almost all Workday aspects.

Role & responsibilities

  • Configuration of business process improvements (e.g.  Adjustment of comp and advanced comp configuration to support improvement of current Merit & Bonus process).
  • Build of learning campaign and follow-up report.
  • Build of ad hoc reporting on different modules.
  • Design and implement advanced skill reporting to support further adoption of Skill Cloud module across the company.
  • Configuration of Workday delivered integrations in learning, absence and recruiting, targeting more specifically:
  • Integration with Pluralsight (catalogue and completions)
  • Integration with MS 365 suite

Qualifications

Technical skills

  • Detailed knowledge of HCM Modules: Core HCM, Compensation/Advanced compensation, Learning, Employee experience and Workday everywhere. Understanding of other workday module such as absence, recruiting would be considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Workday reporting including Advanced, Matrix, Discovery board and Worksheet.
  • Configuration knowledge of Workday Integration across all HCM modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence and Learning.

Role & responsibilities

  • Reviewing and enhancing the Vendor Risk Management and the Business Continuity Management processes
  • Reviewing the current cloud and hybrid hosting strategies and recommending concrete BC best practices to the Business Continuity Management (BCM) team
  • Reviewing and enhancing the availability classification standard focusing on the availability controls applicable to the cloud providers
  • Defining BCP/recovery plan template for services in cloud mitigating the supply chain risk and supplier outage
  • Reviewing and enhancing the Time-Critical function classification process and recommending concrete BC best practices mitigating the Single Point Of Dependency risk
  • Reviewing and enhancing the guidelines for the Service Owners to determine their service recovery objectives (RTO, RPO, …)
