Skyborne Airline Academy is hiring a Remote Courseware Developer

Job Description

The Courseware Developer is responsible for ensuring that the digital training content created meets all learning objectives in accordance with Skyborne Airline Academy standards and applicable aviation authority regulations.  Promoting continuous improvement of methodologies and innovation to all training requirements and objectives. The Courseware Developer shall lead by example with a strong focus on professional behaviour and attitude, accelerating learner competencies and demonstrating practical knowledge of their subjects.

The role consists of but is not limited to:

  • Designing of training programmes, managing multiple creation plans simultaneously.
  • Developing e-Courseware to support trainings and/or continuous improvements of current e-learnings.
  • Ensuring e-Courseware content meets all learning objectives.
  • Ensuring that all e-Courseware training is fit for purpose and meets the requirements of the business.
  • Preparing and maintaining Training Records.
  • Ensuring that his/her Theoretical Knowledge is ‘up to date’ with all current published learning objectives.
  • Conducting administrative and other duties that directly support the role of the CTKI.
  • Ensuring training policies and processes are followed.
  • Communicating/promoting policies, procedures and standards throughout the school.
  • Ensuring that e-Courseware is delivered to meet Skyborne Airline Academy’s objective of being the safest, highest quality and customer focused training school in the world.

Qualifications

  • Extensive ATPL Instruction Delivery.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and encourage staff, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts ranging from executive to administrative levels.
  • Proficient IT skills with a strong understanding of software and hardware systems.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies easily.
  • Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Readily accepts changes and adjusts accordingly.
  • Ability to maintain strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances.
  • The right to live and work within the United Kingdom - proof will be required prior to further processing.
