Nous recherchons notre assistant store manager H/F en CDI à temps completau sein de notre équipe du Salomon Store de Paris Beaugrenelle (15ème).

En tant que responsable adjoint H/F, vous soutenez le responsable de magasin dans les opérations quotidiennes du magasin et veillez à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et d'excellence opérationnelle.

Vous contribuez à apporter un haut niveau d'expérience client en partageant la vision de la marque et en supervisant le développement de l’équipe.

Missions principales :

Vous secondez le responsable de magasin dans la gestion quotidienne du magasin :

  • Mener, coacher, développer et inspirer votre équipe pour atteindre un excellent niveau de performance
  • Assurer que le magasin atteigne ses objectifs de ventes et de rentabilité et que les exigences de la marque soient bien respectées
  • Promouvoir et garantir avec l’équipe un excellent service client afin de toujours améliorer l’expérience de marque en magasin
  • Assurer que les normes de la marque sont bien exécutées 
  • Collaborer avec le responsable du magasin dans l'exécution d'événements qui soutiennent notre stratégie de marque, stimulent le trafic et augmentent l’engagement communautaire

Qualifications

Votre profil:

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire, ou de chef de rayon, idéalement dans le secteur du sport
  • Vous aimez le contact client et êtes désireux(se) d’offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients
  • Vous avez une expérience éprouvée en matière de fidélisation clientèle et d'activation communautaire
  • Vous parlez couramment anglais
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension de l'environnement de vente de détail
  • Vous êtes autonome et curieux d'apprendre
  • Vous  avez une bonne maîtrise de MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Come and join our Data team as a Data Product Manager W/M for an 8-month fixed-term contract. 

Reporting directly to the Head of Data and Analytics Manager, your main challenges will be to : 

  • Lead the data product roadmap, launch and improvement in line with the brand strategy, business objectives, market evolution, and internal consumer expectations.

  • Be the critical connection point between Data producers (engineers, scientists, analysts) & Data consumers (executives, business, marketing, IT, …), orchestrating end-to-end data projects while always ensuring to maximize the value brought to end users, and turning these projects into reasons to celebrate.

  • Own the BI product (BI) and be responsible for the quality and improvement over time.

Your missions :

  • Balance strategy, governance, and implementation of anything data-related, and facilitate the conversations between all impacted stakeholders- executives, engineers, analysts, other product teams, and external customers- who consume the data
  • Partner cross-functionally across the company through all aspects of the data product development lifecycle, including collecting ideas, problem definitions, roadmap building, research, solution design, development and iterations, on a global level
  • Act as an internal facilitator, defining & optimizing internal operation processes of the D&A team (process, instances, SLAs…)
  • Own, prioritize and steer the development of the Data product roadmap in an iterative approach by making sure it always fit with the business needs, while optimizing data velocity, with the ambition to build a single source of truth and maximize data impact & ROI
  • Provide direction, facilitate objective setting, create the conditions of success, deliver regular feedback and ensure engagement and development of the team to help them achieve their professional goals and business target
  • Become the single point of contacts for any BI need, keeping a holistic and strategic view of the different dashboards and their evolution
  • Guarantee that BI dashboards reflect the needs of business teams, and increase their adoption through training and support

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor to Masters’ degree in computer science, Product Management, Data, Digital, technology or related fields preferred.
  • Required Experiences
    • 6/8 years’ experience on product management, with a strong experience on data environment
    • Experience in a pure player preferred
    • E-Commerce/Retail experience mandatory
  • Language :English Fluent, French a plus 
  • Specific skills 
    • Expert in Agile methodology
    • Strong knowledge of Data lifecycle, with advanced notions of data pipeline, modern data stack architecture, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, AI
  • Transversal skills: 
    • Strong analytical capabilities, expertise in analyzing consumer behavior and driving sales KPIs
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, pro-activity, problem solving

Job Description

As our Trade Marketing Manager - Sportstyle, you will lead 360 joint marketing plans with assigned key accounts, and ensure the production, execution and tracking of trade marketing programs for our best partners in the Sportstyle category.

You will be responsible for:

  • Joint Marketing Plans: Take ownership of joint marketing plans, from creation to execution, for all Sportstyle Key Accounts in the US and Canada.
  • Seasonal Campaign Calendar: Manage the seasonal Sportstyle campaign calendar and asset toolkit, including aggregation and distribution of Sportstyle content, training materials, and campaign activation criteria from the Global Sportstyle team.
  • In-Store Consumer Experience: Strategize and execute the in-store consumer experience for the Sportstyle category in North America.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Category Managers: Work collaboratively with Sportstyle marketing and category managers each season to understand and implement category objectives across all Sportstyle accounts.
  • External Presentations: Present brand strategy, Sportstyle category objectives, and channel results to both internal stakeholders and external account partners during seasonal checkpoints.

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for tasks such as managing content deliveries, seeding programs, tracking initiatives, and maintaining go-to-market calendars.

Qualifications

Essential skills and competencies: 

You possess 5-10 years practical experience in marketing in the fashion, running, and/or outdoor footwear industry is preferred.

You possess a B.S. or B.A.  In Business, Marketing, Brand Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Essential competencies: 

  • Market knowledge : you understand Market trends and identify emerging customer groups as well as emerging competitors, their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Relationship building : you actively seek to build and cement relationships and foster proactive communication between stakeholders groups.
