As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will use AI to engage directly with customers, facilitating meaningful connections that lead to successful business relationships. Your role is crucial in building a robust pipeline through strategic engagement and innovative outreach strategies.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction and Meeting Booking: Engage potential clients using AI-driven insights to book meetings.
Pipeline Development: Maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic account mapping and engagement.
Lead Generation and Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
AI Collaboration: Work with AI technologies to optimize engagement processes.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
How we will measure performance:
Emails Sent: Number of personalized outreach emails sent to potential clients.
Meetings Booked: Number of meetings booked with potential clients.
Contacts and Companies Researched: Number of key personas across target accounts researched for strategic engagement.
Meetings to Pipeline Creation: Conversion rate of meetings booked to opportunities added to the sales pipeline.
Essential Skills:Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in leveraging technology for business engagement
Experience:Experience in sales, public relations, recruitment, or similar roles with a proven track record in achieving targets.
Qualifications:Formal qualifications are not required; we value talent, drive, and adaptability.

You will be responsible for new logo acquisition, upsells and cross-sells into your book of customers (land and expand). You will diagnose and solution across multiple use cases to ensure our customers achieve the outcomes they’re after and realize the value of our Workforce Intelligence platform. As we are building a new category we need builders who can thrive in a fast-paced environment that can create opportunity and quickly pivot on our quest for go-to-market fit.
