Position Purpose
As a direct report of the Senior Director, Product Development, the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is primarily responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, and leading Salesforce initiatives to drive business growth and success for our network of 200+ agencies and the National office. You will work closely with the Senior Director, Product Development as a member of the Salesforce development and administration team within the Information Technology department of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) to ensure solutions meet the needs of the organization. BSAs are supporting the life cycle of the solution implementations. The ideal candidate will have an advanced background in Salesforce, business analysis, and project management. The candidate will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Education Level: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration, or equivalent combined work experience
Years of Related Work Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator and 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
Skills and Knowledge:3+ Years of Experience in Salesforce; Salesforce Certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator; Salesforce Certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; Advanced understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices; Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and other standard and custom Salesforce functionalities; Experience in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM itself as well as with different systems; Experience with agile development methodologies; Active belief and practice in documentation; Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization; Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion; Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development; Ability to use project management tools to manage work.

Position Purpose
The Creative Specialist is responsible for the production and implementation of creative and content assets across multiple platforms within Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). Reporting directly to the Director of Creative and Content, the Creative Specialist will play a key role in developing innovative creative design and content to enhance brand awareness and further the mission of BBBSA. They will oversee relationships with external creative vendors and manage the BBBSA digital asset management platform as well as the production of specific content.

Position Purpose
As a direct report of the Senior Director, Corporate Engagement, the Director, Corporate Engagement will be an active contributor to the fundraising efforts for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA), with key focus on the corporate engagement, brand partnerships, and strategic alliances supporting the organization. Position Purpose
As a direct report of the Chief Development Officer, the Senior Director, Corporate Engagement will be responsible for leading the activation and account management of secured funders within corporate, foundation, and organizational structures funded through grants, mission-aligned partnerships, or sponsorship for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). Successful 6-figure partnership pitch to execution experience required with emphasis on mission-based investment models, grant funding, and restricted giving initiatives.
