About the Role

As an experienced Billing Coordinator for pharmacy accounts, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team to support our clinic and operations team. 

This role will greatly emphasize customer relations- you must be comfortable interacting, communicating, and working directly with patients and pharmacy staff.

Pay range for this position: $20.00 - $26.00 depending on years of experience

Responsibilities

    • Daily communication with the pharmacy regarding patient demographic details and prescription orders
    • Work in conjunction with pharmacy to invoice patients and daily reconciliation of prescriptions
    • Entry of billable items into the practice management system
    • Handle patient intake phone calls and email inquiries, review light clinical information, and review in-network insurance information with the patient
    • Verify patient eligibility and benefits and provide details 
    • Review of orders with patients to include employer benefit coverage and out-of-pocket responsibilities
    • Respond to and complete internal communication flags of patients needing to be contacted or problems that need to be resolved.
    • Answer any incoming patient emails on financial matters, triaging any non-financial needs or questions
    • Maintains current knowledge in pharmacy billing requirements related to employer/third-party 
    • Effective communication abilities for phone contacts with insurance payers to resolve issues
    • Customer service skills for interacting with patients regarding medical claims and payments
    • Research and resolve any discrepancies, denials, appeals, collections
    • Set up patient payment plans and work collection accounts
    • Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information
    • Process claims and post payments.
    • Process insurance payments, including balance billing to secondary insurance and/or directly to patients.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on all unpaid claims utilizing monthly aging reports
    • Analyze rejected and outstanding claims, troubleshoot errors and rejection codes, and correct and re-submit all denied claims.
    • Properly note the system and maintain all documentation required for compliant claim submission.
    • Prepare and process refund requests.
    • Verify and post patient amounts.
    • Respond to a high volume of telephone inquiries in a positive and professional manner, and resolve and follow up on all issues within designated timeframes.
    • Meet positional metrics and benchmarks.
    • Maintain the highest degree of ethics when handling patient payments and bill processing
    • Follow all department standard operating procedures carefully and accurately
    • Other duties as assigned by the Director.

     

    General Administrative Duties

    • Manage inbound customer communication (phone, email & chat) and ensure all messages are answered in a timely fashion
    • Maintain clear communication with the clinics about overall clinic operations
    • Other duties and projects as assigned

 

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of healthcare experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, Fertility financial experience, and pharmacy a plus
  • A passion for women’s health, and fertility is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills & a team player
  • Willingness to be flexible, roll with the punches, multi-task, and troubleshoot problems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Exemplifies amazing customer service skills and professionalism
  • Experience in CPT and ICD-10 coding; familiarity with medical terminology

Scope of the role:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of products and parts e.g.
  • Creation of new codes in all systems
  • Updating of cost pricing in all systems
  • Updating codes as and when required e.g. pack size / description change
  • Inactivating codes in 2 stages – stop ordering & inactivation
  • Creation & maintenance of machine records
  • Alignment of codes across all systems – ensuring there is at least 1 field with linking information to cross – reference to another system
  • Recording & maintaining a database specific to allergens; nutritional information & product specifications 

Data Sourcing

  • Source; verify & retrieve up-to-date, accurate product data from Brandbank, suppliers & other relevant sources
  • Upload & transfer data into Selecta’s IT systems & databases

 Data Reviews & Reporting

  • Implementing regular cyclical reviews & proactive maintenance and updates of product data
  • Ensure product data is backed up to optimise emergency retrieval, if required
  • Developing & maintaining regular product data reporting e.g. monitoring new product code requests; deactivation of codes & replacement code information.

Cross-functional engagement

  • Liaising with & resolving colleagues queries relating to product data e.g. ensuring barcodes are updated & correct; resolving IT product data errors; providing product specification information via email.
  • Liaising with external suppliers where relevant to the management of product data within Selecta.

 Administration and Systems Management

  • To maintain accurate, clear, concise documentation and ensure all actions, logs and registers are complete and accurate with entries being made in a timely fashion.
  • Develop & maintain ‘how to’ guides & processes for all product data management processes.
  • General ad hoc support of all data management requirements across the business.

The role requires an experienced data entry administrator with an excellent eye for accuracy & detail.

Job Title: Maintenance - All Craft

Position Summary This position is responsible for general and preventive maintenance of all sites as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory authorities related to buildings, properties, equipment, vehicles and life safety code.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs preventive maintenance inspections of all sites, vehicles and designated equipment as specified and ensures all deficiencies are corrected. Ensures facilities, properties, equipment and vehicles are safe and well maintained.

  • Completes lawn maintenance, landscaping and snow plowing for designated sites.

  • Adheres to the agency policies and acts as a role model in adherence to these policies.
  • Performs all other essential duties as assigned.

Bona-fide Occupationally Required Competencies and Credentials:

  • Must have a High school diploma or GED, with at least 3 years of general maintenance experience.
  • Display ability to perform general maintenance tasks including outlet wiring (no service box work), repairs, environmental modifications and adaptations, operation of equipment and tools.
  • Displays knowledge of regulations related to safety and building maintenance, including local and state requirements.
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License, good driving record, and carry the proper liability insurance amounts required by the SHC.

Our team of public health professionals, scientists, and engineers integrate technical expertise across multiple fields to inform science-based energy policy. Our mission is to generate science-based energy and climate solutions that protect public health and the environment.

POSITION

We are seeking one or more full-time Air Quality Data Scientists to join our passionate team of scientists, engineers, and data analysts at PSE Healthy Energy (PSE). We study cutting-edge solutions-oriented climate and energy problems in the hope to protect public health and the environment. Our research doesn’t end at publication—we embrace the scientist as a spokesperson role and level with the public through press releases/briefings and active engagement with diverse stakeholders and policymakers. We host a suite of in-house, research-grade trace gas analysis capabilities that have been deployed all over the world to better understand the climate and health pollutant emissions from gas-fired residential appliances, commercial kitchens, direct air capture facilities, and more.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, willing to adapt to the inevitable unforeseen challenges of primary scientific research, never afraid to bring new ideas to the table, and excited to work in a high-impact setting where there is always more to learn. The Data Scientist will be responsible for analysis and data management across a range of projects and will require collaborating with multiple team members, and responding quickly to changing research needs and priorities. The position requires the ability to work with scientific data to identify patterns and trends, establish processes to ensure data quality, and provide custom outputs for use in peer reviewed scientific publications. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in one or more of the following areas: methane, air quality (indoor and/or outdoor), and environmental monitoring/modeling with a keen interest in the policy interface.

It is not expected that a single candidate will have expertise across all these areas—we’re seeking candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas and have some interest and capabilities in others.


ROLES
andRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Management:
    • Manage large datasets including data extraction, organization, quality control / quality assurance (QA/QC) and compliance with data privacy policies.
    • Help develop and maintain data and code management systems that can be applied across projects
  • Data Analysis:
    • Collaborate with the fieldwork team to design studies and collect data used to assess environmental conditions including greenhouse gas emissions, methane sources, health-damaging co-pollutants, and associated health risks both within the United States and internationally.
    • Analyze data to answer questions in climate, methane, air quality, and health topics, focusing on their interconnections and implications for environmental policies.
    • Utilize advanced scientific methods and technologies to analyze data, model scenarios, and evaluate the effectiveness of different policy interventions.
    • Awareness of personal data/information privacy protection, local and international data protection law/policy. Collect, handle, process, store data and information in a lawful, respectful manner.
  • Scientific communication:
    • Contribute to the communication of research findings through comprehensive reports, presentations and scientific publications that target both scientific and policy-oriented audiences as well as impacted communities.
    • Provide scientific expertise and support in the development and implementation of environmental policies, regulations, and standards related to climate, methane, air quality, and health.
  • Scientific collaboration :
    • Collaborate with national and international NGOs, governmental agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to foster partnerships, exchange knowledge, and contribute to multi-scaled efforts to address environmental challenges.
    • Provide scientific and statistical / analysis mentorship for team members.

REQUIRED SKILLSandEXPERIENCE

  • A doctoral degree OR a master's degree with 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Environmental Science, Atmospheric Science, Climate Science, Public Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Strong background with demonstrated experience compiling and working with, cleaning, managing and interpreting large datasets and conducting statistical analysis

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The Air Quality Data Scientist is a full-time, exempt position. The anticipated salary range is $72,000-$95,000+, though the successful candidate could be hired above or below this range depending on qualifications and geographic location. Benefits are competitive and include health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, 15 days of vacation, paid sick leave and 11+ paid holidays.

Description du poste

Au sein de notre site TRIADE ELECTRONIQUE (recyclage de produits électriques et /ou électroniques) de Verrières-en-Anjou, en tant qu'Ingénieur d'études recyclage plastique H/F en alternance, vos missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Prise en main des outils de mesure de qualité des flux plastiques en mélange, et notamment d’un nouvel équipement d’analyse
  • Réalisation des tests nécessaires à la qualification de cet équipement :
    • Réalisation de protocoles pour tester cet équipement d’analyse et comprendre ses limites de fonctionnement (notamment précision d'analyse, impact granulométrie et plastiques noirs), évaluer sa fiabilité et la répétabilité de ses résultats.
    • traiter les données, et formaliser les rapports des tests effectués
    • faire des recommandations d’utilisation en fonction des résultats de ces tests
    • rédiger les modes opératoires d’utilisation
  • Caractérisation croisée polymères-densité de flux plastiques divers, en particulier du flux GEM Froid de TRIADE ANGERS, dans le but de déterminer un optimum de densité pour les bains de flottaison, et des valeurs limites d’alertes haute et basse, de façon à optimiser le fonctionnement de la ligne.
  • Participer aux projets de la Direction de la Valorisation des Flux impliquant des caractérisations et mesures de performance sur équipements de tri des plastiques et métaux.

Qualifications

Nous recherchons un profil ingénieur(e) plasturgiste ou équivalent avec : 

  • des connaissances préalables (ou prévues dans son cursus) sur les plastiques (polymères), leur identification, leurs contraintes d'utilisation et de mises en forme; 
  • des compétences scientifiques en recherche de documentation fiable,
  • des compétences informatiques (suite google ou Pack Office),  
  • des compétences analytiques synthétiques et rédactionnels 
  • des connaissances linguistique en anglais (écrit)

Rattaché à la Directrice du Contrôle Financier, de la Consolidation et du Contrôle des Projets du Groupe SARP INDUSTRIES, vous aurez pour principales missions :

1 - Reporting financier
- Coordonner, centraliser et fiabiliser les informations remontées par les filiales pour les différentes phases (réel mensuel, Estimé, Budget, Budget Mensuel)
- Contribution à l'élaboration des reportings mensuels/trimestriels à destination du Groupe VEOLIA (Revue Mensuelle, Business Review...) et de la Direction Générale
- Réaliser des analyses ponctuelles en réponse aux demandes spécifiques,

2 - Analyse de la Performance
- Faire l'analyse et la synthèse des performances des différentes activités/pôles du groupe SARPI (hors effets de change et périmètre) : CA, EBITDA, EBIT, Résultat Net, Capex, Cash Flow, variation du BFR, versus Budget et N-1
- Expliquer les écarts et proposer des pistes d'optimisation

3 - Pédagogie Financière
- Assurer la pédagogie financière auprès des Directions financières et opérationnelles de pôles
- Assister les régions / filiales sur des opérations financières ponctuelles
- Participer au développement du contrôle de gestion opérationnel du Groupe SARPI

Qualifications

Vous voulez nous aider à développer notre activité́ pour protéger l’environnement ? Vous êtes curieux, fédérateur et faite preuve d'esprit de synthèse et critique.
De formation supérieure type Ecole de Commerce, DESCF, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussi de 10 ans en audit/contrôle financier dans un contexte de clôture mensuelle.
Une maîtrise des normes IFRS et de la consolidation est indispensable.
