The Role:

The Channel Partnerships Team is responsible for exploring new revenue and product opportunities for DailyPay. We partner with companies in a wide range of industries such as Human Capital Management, Workforce Management Solutions, Banks, Benefits, Brokers, and Talent Acquisition to list a few. The team focuses on developing opportunities to monetize our product and services in addition to generating lead opportunities for our sales team. The Partnerships team also focuses on integration opportunities for DailyPay. These integrations enhance the end company and user experience by reducing implementation friction and time to launch due to the direct product integrations we develop.

As an Associate of Channel Partnership Management, you will work closely with DailyPay’s partner managers to identify key strategic partnership opportunities that benefit DailyPay from a sales, product, and implementation standpoint. You will work with key leaders in HCM, Product, Marketing, and Sales to move these initiatives forward. You will drive demand generation, sales, and co-marketing opportunities.

Partner Managers engage our existing channel partner’s sales organization to drive sales opportunities for DailyPay. You will support all aspects of all of the ongoing relationship between DailyPay and our partner’s sales leadership and executive teams. You will ensure that the team is continuously trained and educated on how to speak about DailyPay as the market, competitive landscape, and product changes.

This position will include travel as necessary to manage the business

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management for your portfolio of partners
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities for onboarding new partners (project manage integrations, define processes and partnership roadmap)
  • Co-develop strategic initiatives with our partners including sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, webinars, etc
  • Analyze and review the performance of existing partners, including financial analysis for QBR sessions
  • Build relationships with key sales, marketing, and account management leaders
  • Support strategic enablement and sales initiatives with our partners and internal sales leadership
  • Represent DailyPay at trade conferences, partner conferences, and sales kick-offs (SKOs)

As aSenior Cloud  Support Engineer, your role is to delight our customers with your passion and knowledge of the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.  Customers will look to you for technical guidance and for advice in addressing their product usage and issue needs.  You will be the voice of the customer into Snowflake’s product and engineering teams for product feedback and improvements.  You will play an integral role in building knowledge within the team and be part of strategic initiatives for organizational and process improvements.  Ideally, you have worked in a 24x7 environment, handled all tiers of support issues, been on-call during weekends, and are familiar with Salesforce Service Cloud.

YOU WILL:

  • Provide email, web, and phone support to Snowflake customers and partners

Snowflake is seeking an Educational Services Coordinator (Japan) dedicated to supporting all aspects of technical training delivery and providing customer support primarily for our customers/partners/internal teams located in APAC, with a focus on the Japan region.

This position will be part of the Education Services Operations team and work closely with delivery, curriculum development, and other program teams to manage the day-to-day of a fast-paced customer training business. This role requires solid experience with LMS and eCommerce administration, coordination of virtual and onsite training events, public class management, customer support, and financial and analytical reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • LMS administration to create and support public and private training events in multiple timezones, regions, currencies, etc. as well as other training offerings like On-Demand Courses and Certification Exams. 
  • Provide support for the SnowPro Certification program including candidate inquiries, account management, exam registrations, badge issuance, and policy enforcement.
  • Manage regional public and private class schedules, instructor assignments, facility/classroom reservations, student registration, class rosters, post-class surveys, and instructor-led class logistics.
  • Provide eCommerce support and assist with customer payment issues, refunds, discounts, invoicing, and general inquiries.
  • Provide support as needed for global customers and internal teams which will require after/off-hours support. 
  • Accurately maintain monthly/quarterly revenue, expense, utilization, and enrollment data and reports.
  • Accurately maintain backlog reports and ensure customers are notified of unused purchases and expiration dates.
  • Create and maintain internal “How To” articles, process documentation, notification templates, etc.
  • Provide internal LMS system support by responding to inquiries regarding instructor assignments and system access.
  • Coordinate the distribution of training materials to customers via the LMS platform in accordance with Snowflake policies.
  • Manage the provision and distribution of student lab access as required.
  • Basic Salesforce knowledge of opportunities, quotes, accounts, contacts, etc., and the ability to build and maintain Salesforce reports.
  • Communicate with regional sales teams to provide public schedule updates, promotions, course updates/releases, and other announcements as needed.
  • Provide timezone-specific coverage for Japan as needed.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Customer support: Providing exceptional support to our current and potential customers and partners through cases, email, chat, documentation and FAQs.  
  • Customer Training Business Knowledge: Keen understanding of the business requirements to meet revenue and margin goals. Familiarity with technical training techniques and methodology that creates a highly effective end-user training experience.  
  • Provide excellent customer and instructor support for Japan deliveries along with general coverage for all global clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-category commercial and editorial team members to identify solutions to challenges and effectively execute campaigns.
  • Conduct monthly and weekly reporting, providing insights and performance analysis at the end of each campaign, and support the production of Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA).
  • Adapt copywriting to match each brand's unique tone, crafting engaging social posts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Support the execution of influencer marketing paid activations, including managing influencer whitelisting processes to optimise performance and alignment with campaign objectives, under the guidance of the Paid Social Manager.
  • Proficiently utilise key software including Monday.com, Google Analytics, Slack, and Google Apps (or equivalent).

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Deliver against your sales territory incoming orders budget and margin/pricing expectations by growing your assigned account list and capturing new business opportunities (i.e., from end users, OEMs and distributors).
