What this job can offer you

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Sales Systems Administrator, joining our Revenue Operations, Processes & Systems team.

What you bring

  • At least 5 years of experience customizing on the Salesforce platform including creation of scalable solutions using custom objects and fields, custom metadata, advanced Flows, Slack integrations, reports, dashboards, validation rules, etc.
  • At least 2 years of experience playing a technical lead role in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or Business Systems team or projects.
  • Strong experience with some enterprise API tools such DataLoader and Workbench.
  • Experience in the gathering of user requirements and translation into technical requirements
  • Highly desirable to have experience with HubSpot, Drift, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Zendesk.
  • Hands on, proactive, blame-free style of working
  • Experience owning and driving a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
  • Jump in and own short range Sales efficiency projects, having real impact on Sales performance.
  • Process change and improvement action plans
  • You are a team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

Key Responsibilities 

  • Communicate, ensure adoption and enforce best practices, procedures, and security protocols
  • Document current processes and controls, new system requirements and the creation of applicable testing scenarios for enhancements and system updates
  • Gather internal team requirements and work with external partners and vendors on Salesforce implementation.
  • Maintain and administer sales systems
  • Build enhancements with Salesforce.com configuration such as workflow rules, validation rules, process builder and lightning components.
  • Interpret and analyse business requirements submitted on change requests for processing and ensure proper requirements have been detailed for the change and that business review and approval is captured
  • Support user training, by collaborating with Sales Enablement, to ensure all functional users understand the application capabilities and how they are expected to perform their roles

The base salary range for this full-time position is $ 40,850 USD - $137,800 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

Overview 

As a Salesforce Administrator at Electric, you will assist with the ongoing development of our Salesforce organization.The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with various departments, including but not limited to Sales, Operations, Customer Success, to identify, develop and deploy new business processes as well as support, maintenance, and improve our CRM platform.You should be comfortable with assembling business requirements, documenting workflows, hands-on configuration, and troubleshooting issues.

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations teams to accelerate revenue growth and teamwide productivity leveraging our Salesforce Platform. You will be the expert in how Skechers operates, leverages, and reports on the Salesforce platform and other service-based technology tools to eliminate inefficiency and champion productivity across the Service team and wider company. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive sales & service operational support, including but not limited to user headcount and capacity management, account and opportunity management, and Salesforce rules of engagement decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity and upkeep, managing Salesforce records with multiple data sources and implementing processes to cleanse records and provide high-value data for the sales & service team
  • Develop and maintain sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the rhythm of the business through weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Work with large data sets, along with the sales tools and systems, to build actionable reports and insights to drive pipeline.
  • Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of service and sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Operate as a nexus point between departments, collaborating and fostering relationships cross-organizationally. Working with service/sales/marketing/product/data ops/finance/legal teams to execute requirements and implement integrations.
  • Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting around pipeline health, deal management, attainment, etc. The goal is to promote visibility.
  • Work with the Sales System Ops team & Global Customer Care to help design new and improve current workflows/automation for Service Automation and Efficiency.
  • Partner with senior Ops members to manage territories and provide enablement to the sales team.
  • Administrating sales toolsets, and training new sales reps in their function and application
  • Partner and execute with the revenue operations manager on special projects and requests from sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years' experience as Senior Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud with hands-on operations role working with a global contact center.
  • 4-5 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing and system management of Salesforce (experience on Service Cloud is required)

Certification Required:

    • Advanced Administrator (Required)
    • Amazon Connect (Preferred)
    • Platform App Builder (Preferred)
    • Service Cloud Voice (Accreditation) (Preferred)

  • Hands on proven experience in managing and configuring features and functionalities:
  • Omni Channel Exp
  • Chat-Bot
  • Service Cloud Voice
  • Amazon Connect (Telephony)
  • Dashboard and Reports 
  • Einstein and Configuring Knowledge (NBA)
  • Org Management (Storage & Performance Health) 
  • Technical Expertise with Integration and Middleware
  • Strong experience doing customization with APEX
  • Experience on SFDC business workflow
  • Background in Salesforce development including Salesforce Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, Lightning, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and migration tools
  • Experience with at least one of the CPQ systems such as BMI, Steel brick or Apttus (Preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce Administration including use of custom and standard fields and objects, workflow rules, data validation rules, and page layout changes.
  • Experience in Salesforce Lightning development, SDLC, and Salesforce Service & Experience Cloud
  • Experience working cross-departmentally within an organization.
  • Hands on Experience in running UAT and Production Deployments
  • Writing technical documentations and business requirements using tools like (Confluence, Jira and Lucid Charts) 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to multitask, hit deadlines, and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience with receiving, analyzing, and interpreting results from large data sets.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Dataloader.io, and other data tools with high degree of confidence handling and analyzing large data sets.

JOB-RELATED EDUCATION

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
