About the Job

You will be a primary quota carrier and a member of our elite-performing North America (NA) strategic sales team, responsible for accounts across NA.  NA is one of OffSec’s top-performing and fast-growing markets.  This mature territory has over-achieved performance in the last several years and requires a smart, high-energy, and hyper-driven sales professional.

This includes working with and creating new partnerships and direct sales motions, including following up on inbound sales leads, up-selling existing customers, and developing new opportunities.  We are a fast-paced environment, working in high-velocity sales opportunities.  Our products are HIGHLY DIFFERENTIATED; there is nothing like them in the market.

Duties and responsibilities

  • You will establish a vision and plan to guide your short--, mid-, and long-term approach to your accounts.
  • You will consistently deliver ARR targets while providing a fantastic experience to our customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with your assigned accounts.
  • Explore the full spectrum of relationships and business possibilities across the client’s entire information technology organization, focusing on cybersecurity professionals.
  • Become a thought leader of OffSec's products.
  • Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across more diverse business stakeholders.
  • Holistically embrace, access, and utilize partner and alliance relationships to identify and open new opportunities.
  • Work as a team to ensure the most efficient use and deployment of resources. Provide timely and insightful input to other internal departments.
  • Position OffSec as a partner that helps strengthen the client's overall security posture with target stakeholders.
  • Champion OffSec to prospective clients and partners during sales presentations, events, and product demonstrations.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is required.  We also use Gong, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as sales tools.  
  • Maintain an accurate monthly sales forecast.
  • Bring your strategies, learnings, and ideas to advance OffSec's values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
  • Territory includes large enterprise and strategic partner accounts across the US and Canada.  

Qualifications

  • You have 7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience selling B2B enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions to Fortune 100 - 1000 clientele.
  • You have 4+ years selling cybersecurity solutions  
  • You have previous experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota.
  • You have a measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in successfully selling during the market creation phase.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing six-figure B2B SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions to prospects and customers in the Fortune 100 - 1000 space.
  • Experience in the “C” suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDIC, Challenger, or Win by Design methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus or equivalent experience.

  • Is comfortable with virtualization using both public and private cloud infrastructure technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon EC2, Google Cloud, etc.
  • Is comfortable designing, authoring, testing, and debugging code in a popular systems language such as Python, Go, Java, or Ruby
  • Has a working understanding of related infrastructure concepts such as IP networking, block, and file storage, load-balancers, etc.
  • Has a working understanding of related internet protocols such as DNS, LDAP, NTP, SMTP, HTTP, etc.

  • Has experience working with Agile software development methodologies (Previous SPRINT/SCRUM experience)
  • Has integrity, and honesty and can uphold ServiceNow’s values

While these are not ‘musts’, they are undoubtedly nice-to-have:

  • Full time software development experience
  • Public cloud experience running production services at scale: (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
  • Public cloud experience with on-prem to Hybrid or full Public Cloud native migrations which include: Scoping/planning performance characteristics in the migration to Public Cloud infrastructures (IaaS or IaC)
  • Extensive experience with performance monitoring, performance troubleshooting, and performance reporting of Public Cloud services & infrastructure
  • Public cloud performance bottleneck troubleshooting, debug experience with control plane issues related to the performance of services or infrastructure running in the Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
  • Relevant Azure, AWS or GCP certifications

Team

The Hardware Reliability Engineering team is hyper-focused on the reliability and maintenance of the hardware powering the ServiceNow Enterprise Cloud. Our team works hard in a fast-paced and ever-growing environment, but we have fun doing it.

Role

The Hardware Vulnerability Engineer will be an integral part of the Cloud Hardware Organization and closely partner with other Cloud and Security teams. This role will require a deep technical understanding of security and the ability to understand ServiceNow architecture with a focus on the remediation of hardware specific vulnerabilities for server and storage devices.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Work with Security and Cloud teams to review, monitor, triage, and remediate vulnerabilities with a focus on server and storage hardware, along with PDU and other out-of-band devices

  • Experience with vulnerability management tools, a strong technical understanding and experience assessing vulnerabilities for server hardware, storage devices, and out-of-band management devices

Fastly’s Observability team is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer who is passionate about building, scaling, and automating our internal platforms to provide global visibility to the health and performance of our networks. You will be working alongside other engineering and support teams, to provide insights and recommendations on how we make our services and software stacks more observable. Your focus in logging, metrics, distributed tracing and monitoring will be vital in this role to help Fastly grow our observability platforms.

  • Focus on improving and scaling our logging pipelines, telemetry collection, and monitoring systems
  • Improve the performance and reliability of the observability platform infrastructure
  • Create and instrument critical business metrics for insights and transparency
  • Collaborate with other Fastly engineers to implement solutions that deliver value for our internal customer teams
  • You’ll participate in incident reviews to build improved alerts for detection and potential proactive mitigations

What We're Looking For: 

  • Extensive experience scaling out Prometheus architecture i.e. you are not just a user of Prometheus but have actually built the underlying infrastructure
  • Comfortable working with tools like OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and Mimir
  • Extensive experience working with Linux operating systems focusing on metric collection and instrumentation
  • Implementing and scaling observability pipelines using self-managed, on premises, and open source software
  • Experience developing automation, orchestrations, and writing infrastructure as code for platform management
  • Comfortable working with scripting and interpreted languages, and test driven development
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as a high degree of emotional intelligence

We’ll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these: 

  • Deep understanding of challenges with high cardinality, churn, data volumes to anticipate capacity needs 
  • A track record of working across multiple cloud platforms and physical environments to provide global visibility
  • Experience working with Clickhouse for time series data
  • Development of metrics exporters for the Prometheus ecosystem

Work Hours:
