About this team and role:

Firefox’s Product Management team is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our mobile product strategy and deliver a great mobile browsing experience. This role will work across our product teams to drive a portfolio approach to our mobile product investments across growth, browser essentials, AI and more. You will work with our teams to help identify and build features for existing products as well as help identify new product strategies to help differentiate.

What you’ll do:

  • Define mobile product strategy for Firefox Mobile and Firefox Focus on iOS and Android
  • Clearly set the product/backlog prioritization with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment in various platforms.
  • Work across several teams to sure we have the right mobile product investments and that they’ll accrue to a great mobile browsing experience.
  • Be a product evangelist and partner closely with business team members and engineering leaders.
  • Effectively communicate strategies and trade-offs up to a range of senior leaders and down to development teams.
  • Synthesize market changes and technology improvements into concrete advancements for our products.

What you'll bring: 

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including impactful leadership roles on major products
  • Product experience with highly trafficked native-mobile products with millions of users.

As a Lead Product Manager in our IAM (Identity and Access Management) team, you will develop the strategy, set the roadmap, and determine the requirements — in collaboration with design, engineering, and analytics — to create a shared platform for the security and reliability of the Tide application. 

Your primary focus will be to ensure a secure user experience to our members throughout their journey with Tide by implementing controls to prevent, detect and investigate threats and fraud. Our IAM team serves all Tide products and services, so you’ll work with stakeholders across our product teams, such as FinCrime, Security Operations and Ongoing Monitoring. You'll also work with engineering to build best in class threat detection and prevention tools, solve new challenges as our platform grows, and ensure all of our services are scalable and available.

Our IAM team keeps our members at the heart of everything we do, so you’ll ensure that we deliver the best user journeys while always maintaining the highest security standards when accessing our app.  

You will engage with the broader product and engineering community, establishing a collaborative way of working to fully understand the actual and desired outcomes for each product area, to gather requirements and to determine current and future use cases for Identity and Access Management.

You will then identify, evaluate and select appropriate solutions that best meet the regulations, the needs of our members and lead the planning, development and delivery of these capabilities across Tide.

As a Lead Product Manager you’ll be:

  • Define the roadmap for the security and reliability of the Tide application for different users and markets in a flexible and scalable way.
  • Discover new ways of preventing and investigating fraud, using cutting edge technologies in order to minimise friction and maximise security. 
  • Lead full-stack development teams (iOS, Android, Web, Back-end) to deliver Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities
  • Capture the requirements and coordinate the development of all security and reliability solutions across the different product and business areas.
  • Lead by example: you will be hands-on, take ownership for metrics and product KPIs and play a pivotal role in bringing all stakeholders on board
  • Play a meaningful role in Tide’s Product Community of Practice. Participate to Industry forums about cyber security

What makes you a great fit:

  • You have 9+ years of experience in Product Management with Proven experience working with agile/scrum delivery teams.
  • Strong experience in the e-commerce domain across global geographies.
  • General Knowledge of UK, India or Europe regulations and fraud landscape such as APP Fraud (Authorised Push Payment Fraud) 
  • No compliance and security expertise is required, but you can demonstrate familiarity with compliance and security process implementation and familiarity with onboarding member experiences through your past work experience.
  • General understanding of payment and authentication rules & wider regulations in global markets and can articulate risk implications of payment acceptance products.
  • You’re a product evangelist: obsessed with the end user, well-versed in best in class product research and development practices and are willing to share your knowledge with other product owners
  • Leadership acumen and a desire to mentor and manage fellow PMs
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and pioneering new processes.
  • You have Technical knowledge and experience with API-based products.
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude, adept at multitasking and achieving results.

This hands-on security engineering position will be part of StockX's Information Security Cloud & Application Engineering  team, leading efforts to enhance security of software development practices. What you’ll do

  • Assist software developers with secure coding and architecture practices
  • Assist with metric collection and application methodologies for internal information risk management efforts
  • Consult with teams to ensure data is properly handled throughout our environment
  • Collaborate with business, technology, project management, architecture and information security teams to deliver secure solutions that support our business
  • Serve as a liaison between the business, product, and engineering for technical security projects
  • Stay current on information security practices
  • Perform threat modeling, security reviews, and pen testing
  • Manage and monitor bug bounty program
  • Work with information security analysts to ensure visibility and security controls are implemented and maintained
  • Enhance technologies and processes for information security analysts
  • Mentor other information security team members
  • Participation in one or more of the following:
    • Maintaining organization’s security information tools (AlienVault, Snyk, GitGuardian, HackerOne, etc)
    • Conducting code reviews and assisting with remediations across multiple apps and services (PHP, React, iOS, Android, NodeJS, etc)
    • Help drive the shift left movement within StockX by implementing tooling within our CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
    • Driving best practices for AWS Cloud Security in greenfield projects, reviewing current practices, and auditing current policies/infrastructure
    • Serving as a liaison between Compliance and Engineering to ensure we are meeting our regulatory requirements

About you

  • 6 years of application security experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • GIAC, GSEC, CISSP, OSCP or other security certifications preferred
  • Experience with web application security, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
  • Familiarity with SecDevOps and CI/CD best practices
  • Knowledge of cloud security, including AWS
  • Knowledge of container security, including Docker or Kubernetes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and get up to speed quickly.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. Ability to say No.
  • Experience and ability to mentor senior and junior engineers in the team for best outcomes.
