In your day to day, you will:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor customer support performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
  • Maintain Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Board reporting standards 
  • Work closely with Experience leaders and customer support teams to understand data requirements and deliver meaningful insights that drive performance improvement 
  • Facilitate data-driven discussions and decision-making processes to enhance customer support strategies and operations

About This Role:

As a Data Analyst at Hazel Health, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by helping field and answer questions from across the organization and our customers. You will help our organization continuously learn about the trends impacting our business while identifying opportunities for us to enhance our data marts and data products. You will be communicating with people at all levels across the organization and will need to be confident in your technical skills to surface answers and to be able to explain how you arrived at your answer in a way that speaks to our stakeholders. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer ambiguous questions and generate accurate insights using our data marts and data products 
  • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Hazel's core data model and data marts. Understand Hazel's business model and how it is reflected in our data.
  • Explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth or improvement, and data caveats for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive (including forecasting), and prescriptive data analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain deep understanding of business needs and questions we need to use data to answer 
  • Identify ways to improve our data products (like reports, dashboards, and other tools) for internal and external customers to increase access to information
  • Support innovative initiatives to expand the scope of our data -- e.g., primary research efforts, school district data integration, and partnership with other tech companies 
  • Document your work and suggestions for improvements to our data products and data marts using Notion and Jira

What Excites Us:

  • 2-4 years of business analytics experience
  • Experience working with operational teams within a service-based organization to optimize and understand operational performance. Healthcare preferred. 
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills

Job Description

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and adherence to standards of the data within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to interrogate data sources, assess data quality, and implement measures to enhance and maintain high data standards. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, vendors, quality assurance analysts, and other stakeholders to proactively identify and rectify data quality issues, ensuring that our organization makes informed decisions based on reliable and trustworthy data. 

  

You Will: 

  • Evaluate and interrogate various data sources to assess the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the data 

  • Develop and implement data quality assurance processes and standards to ensure consistent and reliable data across the organization 

  • Create and maintain documentation outlining data quality procedures and guidelines 

  • Utilize data profiling tools and techniques to analyze data structures, patterns, and anomalies 

  • Identify and investigate data inconsistencies, outliers, and errors 

  • Proactively identify data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to address and rectify them 

  • Work closely with data engineers to implement data cleansing and enrichment processes 

  • Design and execute data validation and testing procedures to verify the accuracy and reliability of data transformations and integrations 

  • Collaborate with development teams during testing phases to ensure data quality standards are met 

  • Communicate effectively with data owners, suppliers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and address quality concerns 

  • Provide training and support to teams on best practices for maintaining data quality 

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality metrics, seeking opportunities for improvement 

  • Propose and implement enhancements to data quality processes and tools 

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Pricing or revenue management experience preferred
  • Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst or similar role
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles, data profiling techniques, and data management best practices
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel and experience using tableau.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with external data suppliers and internal teams.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or any other related quantitative course

    About this role 

    The Senior Workforce Management Analyst will play a critical role on the Workforce Management (WFM) team supporting our operational partners by driving staffing strategy and executing through volume forecasting, modeling, capacity planning, scheduling, real time management, and reporting and analytics.

    Team

    The ServiceNow Platform Administration team works closely with application developers, product owners and PMO to maintain ServiceNow internal instances. 

    Role

    We are seeking an engineer for the day-to-day execution of Application Administration/Development responsibilities of Service Now IT Applications. The primary objectives of this position are troubleshooting, code fix, developing automation, maintenance, code deployment and performance tuning for multiple ServiceNow applications, including Production and other sub-prod environments. 

    What you get to do in this role:

    • Manage lifecycle of production/sub-production environments - necessary configurations, code promotion and integrations, application admin activities (operational, migrations, and upgrades)
    • Incident/defect management - identify application / system issues and possible solutions in a timely and accurate manner
    • Troubleshooting performance issues and working toward optimizing the system further.
    • Automation is priority for our team – always looking for opportunity to automate the monotonous and tedious work.
    • Documentation - Maintain system documents for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues
    • Collaboration - Work closely with other teams to support delivery of related tasks successfully
    • Excellency - Come-up with best practices for Admin operations and enhancements based on lessons learnt
    • Off Hours Support - during business critical, go-live and escalation/outage issue

    Qualifications

    In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 4+ years of information technology industry experience, with 2+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform and technologies.
    • Must have good knowledge of JavaScript libraries, add advantage if work on Java, MySQL, LINUX & Splunk
    • Good understanding and work experience in Web services, SOAP, REST etc.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Confident and able to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
    • Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes.  ITIL Foundation & ServiceNow Administration certification good to have
