A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role’s listed level is currently $110k - $160k but may vary based on local market data by region. About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Engineer for our Client Identity & Access Management team. Your team will propose and build solutions for implementing secure authentication features along with authorization features for a household account. In Client Identity & Access Management Engineering, we are scaling our authentication system to provide a seamless authentication experience. We are also looking at expanding our customer base with a household account feature that will help drive features  and payments and discounts across multiple accounts. As a Principal Engineer, you will help shape the future of Stitch Fix’s Authentication & User Accounts systems. You will also be responsible for planning, building, and maintaining features and software in support of that future.

About the Temporary Global Digital Campaigner

The Global Digital Campaigner will help 350.org’s global and regional teams meet our goals of growing, engaging and inspiring our network and supporters. They will use digital tools, platforms and tactics, to create supporter journeys and content, to help recruit and motivate people to take action for the climate. They will lead the development and rollout of online campaigns, test tools and tactics to optimise results, and support 350.org’s global and regional teams in their work to build the fair transition to 100% renewable energy for all. 

The exact project and tasks will be defined together with the successful candidate, but might include the following: a focus on decentralised and distributed digital campaigns and organising; work on testing and rolling out our distributed petitions platform; supporting the development and strategy for using WhatsApp for organising and engagement; a focus on email-based campaigns and optimisation; designing and testing effective engagement strategies and tactics, and improving how we use data as part of digital campaign planning.

A person who will thrive in this role is someone who has experience in designing and delivering campaigns for change, including strategies that deepen the engagement of supporters and create lasting change using digital channels, tools and tactics. They will understand how digital technology helps movements to build our collective power. They are confident testing and iterating on tools and products, analysing data and troubleshooting. • Proven relevant experience, including in developing and implementing digital campaigns for change, such as petitions, social media actions, mobilisations, or creative online disruption tactics, and managing supporter communities (such as large mailing lists, online groups, subscribers, social media followers, online activist spaces) in a non-profit or political context.
• Experience in managing projects and coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of and ease in using digital campaigning or organising software, such as mass mailers, CRMs, databases, campaigning tools, in particular experience in collaborating with technical staff and developers on testing and optimising tech for its given purpose.
• Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and easy to understand way, and solid content writing skills.

What You’ll Do

• Build out beautiful and easy to use interfaces to deliver an industry-leading ML and AI cloud
• Bring the best models, tooling, workflows, etc from the AI space to our platform
• Own features end-to-end, from design to deployment to monitoring

You

• Have frontend web app development experience – Minimum of 6 years building product-grade “responsive” frontend software using:
• Typescript
• React (or equivalent strong experience in Vue or Svelte)
• HTML and modern CSS
• Vite
• Have backend web app development experience– Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing business critical services, from initial conception to successful launch using:
• Python, Unix/Command line
• Django or FastAPI
• Relational database like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Have CI/CD experience – Automation around testing and deployment to create a smooth developer experience
• Have reliability & observability experience– Building highly available systems and SRE work including observability, alerting, and logging
• Have experience with Cloud Native Services – Strong understanding of public cloud features like Cloudflare, Okta, AWS, etc.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Kubernetes
• IaC (Terraform, Atlantis, Crossplane,  etc)
• Worked with event-based or serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Kinesis, etc)

Salary Range Information 

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $169,000-$243,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect with significant developer experience to join our team and support the ongoing design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow. The person selected for this role will have a unique opportunity as customer zero to provide feedback and enhancements directly to the Tanium product team. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating, and testing custom applications and integrations, and providing technical guidance and best practices to system administrators. What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices and standards.
• Mentor administrators and provide technical oversight and direction.

We’re looking for someone with

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform tools and technologies, such as Employee Center, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scripting, REST APIs, etc.
• Proficient in web development languages and frameworks, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, etc.

What you’ll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 to $330,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training and experience.
