About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a Full Stack Engineer II to contribute to our rapid growth in this venture-backed startup. This position provides a unique opportunity to play a significant role in disrupting the $10.5 trillion real estate sector. Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building elegant and user-friendly UIs.

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of discreet full-stack engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
  • Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Solid front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with knowledge of React, Vue, Webpack, and NPM.
  • Experience scaling systems in production, particularly with cloud-based technologies like AWS.
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments, large software systems, and/or security software development.
  • Willingness and ability to learn additional coding languages as required.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.

Bonus Points for:

  • Knowledge of programming frameworks like Flask and/or Django.
  • Experience and knowledge working with AWS.

A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role’s listed level is currently $110k - $160k but may vary based on local market data by region. Role levels and salary ranges take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, interview performance, skills, experience, knowledge, training and education, certifications and licenses, market data and other business needs.

This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.

Compensation and Benefits

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. About the Temporary Global Digital Campaigner

The Global Digital Campaigner will help 350.org’s global and regional teams meet our goals of growing, engaging and inspiring our network and supporters. They will use digital tools, platforms and tactics, to create supporter journeys and content, to help recruit and motivate people to take action for the climate. They will lead the development and rollout of online campaigns, test tools and tactics to optimise results, and support 350.org’s global and regional teams in their work to build the fair transition to 100% renewable energy for all. 

The exact project and tasks will be defined together with the successful candidate, but might include the following: a focus on decentralised and distributed digital campaigns and organising; work on testing and rolling out our distributed petitions platform; supporting the development and strategy for using WhatsApp for organising and engagement; a focus on email-based campaigns and optimisation; designing and testing effective engagement strategies and tactics, and improving how we use data as part of digital campaign planning.

A person who will thrive in this role is someone who has experience in designing and delivering campaigns for change, including strategies that deepen the engagement of supporters and create lasting change using digital channels, tools and tactics. They will understand how digital technology helps movements to build our collective power. They are confident testing and iterating on tools and products, analysing data and troubleshooting. They are highly flexible, a problem-solver, have good time and workload management. They can manage projects with multiple stakeholders and stick to deadlines. TechnicAtome recrute pour le site de Cadarache un Responsable Corps d’Etat (RCE) Electricité sur le chantier RJH, en mise à disposition du CEA et intégré à l’Equipe Projet RJH.

Rattaché au Métier « Réalisation, Chantier, Essais », vous interviendrez à pied d'ouvrage du chantier RJH, sous le pilotage opérationnel du responsable de la Direction Sécurité-Chantier.

Le RCE a en charge :

  • De préparer et de piloter les travaux de montage et de raccordement des équipements Electriques de l’installation.
  • De coordonner les travaux de terrain des superviseurs qui lui sont rattachés (dont il fait partie),
  • De piloter des sous-traitants sur chantier suivant les séquences de montage définies par l’OPC (Cellule Ordonnancement Pilotage Coordination),
  • Il est le correspondant direct des Chefs de chantier des titulaires / sous-traitants

Avant l'exécution de tous travaux vous serez en charge de :

  • vérifier/valider les documents des entreprises (procédures de montage, documents d’exécution, métrés, documents de contrôle et d’épreuve…), avec le soutien de l’équipe Supervision Sécurité Chantier (SSC), de la cellule OPC et du Superviseur Propreté,
  • assurer le relai de l’OPC pour recueillir toutes les informations auprès des titulaires nécessaires à l’élaboration des séquences de montage (zones de stockage, zones de pré-montage, cinématiques d’introduction des gros composants, moyens de manutention utilisés, …),
  • rédiger les comptes rendus de réunions d’enclenchement de travaux pour les lots dont vous aurez la charge, les réunions étant animées par la Direction Sécurité-Chantier

Pendant l’exécution des travaux vous serez en charge de :

  • participer à la surveillance HSE et propreté des titulaires. A ce titre, vous remonterez aux équipes Sécurité-Chantier concernées les constats faits sur le chantier
  • piloter le titulaire pour lui faire respecter les jalons plannings intégrants les séquences OPC. En cas de retard du titulaire, vous attirerez immédiatement l’attention de l’entreprise défaillante et demanderez la mise en œuvre de moyens permettant de le résorber
  • mettre en place les outils de pilotage et reporting pour le suivi des activités de montage
  • centraliser les problèmes de montage et les données d’interfaces techniques, mène les actions auprès des services du Projets RJH (CSS, BE, …) pour débloquer la situation, et transmettre ces informations à la cellule OPC pour évaluer les impacts planning sur les titulaires en interface
  • noter les arrêts de chantier,
  • vérifier mensuellement les situations d’avancement de travaux (SAT) établies par les entreprises ; les SAT sont validées par la Direction Sécurité-Chantier et le Responsable de Lot (RL)
  • En concertation avec les RL et l’OPC, il prépare les mises à disposition des fournitures du titulaire dont il assure le suivi vers un autre titulaire,
  • occuper la mission de chargé de consignation au sein du bureau consignation
  • réaliser, par sondage, les constats d’état lors des entrées / sorties des Titulaires dans les locaux,
  • contrôler les relevés hebdomadaires de main d’œuvre remis par les entreprises,
  • transmettre à la Direction Sécurité-Chantier et au RL les problèmes soulevés par les entreprises titulaires et les inspecteurs
  • procéder à des examens réguliers des travaux pour s’assurer du suivi planning, contractuel et qualité des prestations
  • piloter la levée du reste à faire des lots dont vous aurez la charge en vue du transfert des installations vers les essais
  • effectuer les opérations préalables à la réception des travaux
  • piloter les réunions hebdomadaires de suivi de travaux chantier des lots de travaux dont vous aurez la charge
  • valider les FDAI avec la Direction Sécurité-Chantier en relation avec les RL, la CSS,
  • participer aux réunions hebdomadaires de coordination de zones animées par la cellule OPC
  • mutualiser le REX au travers de votre expérience et des activités que vous gérerez avec les autres RCE du chantier, notamment lors des réunion mensuelles RCE pilotées par le responsable pilotage des réalisations.

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur titulaire d'un Bac +5 possédant entre 3 à 5 ans d’expérience ou un Technicien ayant au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans une activité de pilotage et/ou coordination de travaux, idéalement sur des parties électriques d'installations complexes.

En charge des consignations, ce poste nécessite des habilitations électriques B2V BR BC.

Vous disposez de compétences en suivi de chantier et pilotage de travaux, ainsi que des connaissances en électricité, contrôle commande et installation générale.

Doté d'un bon relationnel et ayant un goût pour le travail en équipe, vous êtes notamment reconnu pour votre organisation, votre rigueur d’analyse et votre esprit de synthèse.

Vous disposez par ailleurs de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.
