About the Role:

Hims & Hers is looking for an experienced Senior Business Affairs Manager to join our Creative Production team, reporting to our Director, Business Affairs. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our producers in the creation of content across the Hims & Hers business.

You Will:

  • Review creative for any clearance or licensing issues and escalate to Hims & Hers counsel as necessary
  • Prepare casting specs for all productions with talent
  • Advise on all union (SAG-AFTRA, ACTRA, AFM, etc) rules and regulations
  • Support leadership when procuring celebrity talent 
  • Process talent payments for sessions and usage
  • Negotiate and license third party rights
  • Conduct preliminary trademark searches
  • Implement NDAs with production partners
  • Prepare all contracts related to production including production agreements, SOWs, music licensing agreements, talent releases, and liaise with Hims & Hers counsel on redlines as necessary
  • Complete wrap reports and track usage rights  for all projects
  • Additional duties as required

You Have:

  • 7+ years of Business Affairs and/or Production experience, preferably in an agency or brand setting
  • Thorough understanding of broadcast production
  • Strong knowledge of copyright, trademark, and advertising law
  • Expertise contracting talent and knowledge of SAG, AFTRA and AFM union contracts
  • Experience managing multiple projects/productions at one time
  • Familiar navigating common legal and clearance issues
  • Working knowledge of contract management platforms like Ironclad
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and agents
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to remain calm during stressful situations while managing urgent deadlines
  • BA/BS Degree preferred

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.

$100,000$160,000 USD

Afin de poursuivre la croissance de notre agence Aquitaine, nous recrutons un Ingénieur(e) d’Affaires, basé à Bordeaux, et vous confions le développement du portefeuille existant et de nouveaux comptes clients. 

Vous êtes chargé de porter et de commercialiser les offres Data et Digital au travers de vos relations avec les clients, prospects et partenaires.
A ce titre, vous adressez nos prestations de Conseil, expertise, projet, CDS, TMA autour d’enjeux Big data, IA, Data science, BI, Dataviz et CRM.

En tant qu'Ingénieur(e) d'Affaires, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes: 

  • Contribuer à la construction et au maintien du plan commercial,
  • Définir les plans de comptes et la stratégie commerciale sur votre portefeuille,
  • Animer la relation commerciale avec les clients, prospects,
  • Travailler en synergie avec les différents canaux de vente du groupe Orange,
  • Gérer les phases d’avant-vente en collaboration avec les équipes techniques,
  • Assurer la relation commerciale tout au long du processus d’avant-vente,
  • Elaborer les propositions commerciales, leur suivi et leur soutenance, en coordination avec nos experts techniques et nos partenaires,
  • Développer et dynamiser la relation avec nos partenaires éditeurs,
  • Assurer la gestion contractuelle et le suivi commercial des prestations en cours

Qualifications

Vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans le secteur des services informatiques.

  • Passionné et entreprenant, vous souhaitez participer à la croissance soutenue de l’activité en vous impliquant au quotidien dans une dynamique d’amélioration continue.
  • Orienté performance et doté d’un véritable sens du service et du conseil client, votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à développer un réseau font de vous un excellent communiquant et un professionnel reconnu et apprécié,
  • Créatif et innovant vous avez le goût du challenge et des résultats.
    Vous souhaitez vous investir auprès de clients que vous accompagnerez et conseillerez dans la durée sur des problématiques variées et travailler dans un environnement en perpétuel évolution,
  • Votre capacité d’analyse et votre rédactionnel sont des qualités que vous mettez en œuvre pour établir une stratégie de réponse, piloter la construction de celle-ci et rédiger les propositions commerciales.
  • L'anglais courant est un plus.
