Le secteur affaires recherche actuellement une personne qui définira et supportera les services de télécommunication pour le secteur affaires. L’analyste principal.e réseau et services gérés  partagera son temps entre le maintien des solutions et les projets (nouveaux produits, nouvelles architectures, amélioration continue, etc.) tout en ayant en tête un souci d'automatisation lorsque possible. Il ou elle travaillera en collaboration avec les autres fonctions de l'équipe de technologie (TI, système, produit, vente et développement logiciel) afin de livrer les produits de nouvelles générations.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Être responsable de la Planification et de la normalisation de tous les équipements et de toutes les infrastructures des solutions services gérées au sein du secteur affaires;
  • Participer à la mise en place de l’architecture des nouveaux services ainsi que de l'architecture des mises à niveau;
  • Soutenir les besoins constants en croissance des infrastructures et des équipements réseaux en normalisant et en déployant la capacité et les systèmes nécessaires;
  • Optimiser la disponibilité et la fiabilité de tous les services gérés;
  • Collaborer avec les manufacturiers et les partenaires pour l’implantation des nouvelles technologies et des nouvelles manières de faire;
  • Développer et normaliser de nouveaux produits et de nouvelles fonctionnalités au sein des solutions gérés du secteur affaires;
  • Accompagner les spécialistes des services gérés dans la résolution des problèmes techniques les plus complexes;
  • Faire partie de la rotation pour le support de niveau 3 des solutions services gérés, sur une base 24/7;
  • Accompagner les Conseillers.ères solutions entreprises et les spécialistes des services gérés dans l'élaboration et la validation des cas les plus complexes et dans les réponses aux appels d’offres;
  • Établir des standards techniques, bâtir les méthodes ainsi que le matériel pédagogique pour les spécialistes et le support des services gérés;
  • S’assurer que les équipes de spécialistes et de support adhèrent aux standards techniques établis;
  • Participer aux efforts d’automatisation des services gérés.

Qualifications

  • BAC en génie électrique ou en informatique avec spécialisation en télécommunication;
  • 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
  • Expérience avec les technologies suivantes : Juniper (switch EX/QFX, JunOS), Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, etc.), BGP, , IPv4/v6, HA, MPLS, , GRE, IPsec, SSL VPN, SD-WAN, ZTNA, Sécurité (IPS, Av, SSL inspection);
  • Expérience éprouvée dans la résolution des "bugs" complexes sur les équipements de télécommunication et de sécurité. De l’identification du "bug" (et de son déclencheur) jusqu’à la résolution de celui-ci;
  • Expérience dans un environnement de fournisseur de services de connectivité ou de services gérés,
  • Expérience (base de donnée, Graphana, etc);
  • Expérience avec les solutions de cloud publique et privé (AWS, Azure, etc.);
  • Expérience avec les systèmes de collaboration de documentation et gestion de projet (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais);
  • Certifications du MEF, de fournisseur de Cloud public et de manufacturier (Fortinet, Juniper, etc.) (un atout);
  • Expérience en automatisation réseau (Ansible, Tower / AWX, , Python) (un atout);

Job Description

We are looking for Data Engineers to join our talented data analytics team. As a Data Engineer, you will work closely with many teams across our company on complex, advanced analytical projects to perform data sourcing, data profiling, and other data manipulation functions.  

You will be directly responsible for the solutions we build for our clients, addressing their business needs through requirements gathering and collaborating on solution reviews. We are looking for self-starters with the skills necessary to empathize with the clients’ needs, translate technical complexities, develop appropriate solutions, and contribute to the growth of our technology and data-driven company. 

Here’s what a typical day for you might look like: 

  • Work closely with the solution leads, project managers, data architects, and data scientists on solution design, architecture, and implementation 
  • Perform extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using various data engineering tools and methods. 
  • Query and process large data sets and perform data profiling and data quality assessments. 
  • Design and implement data solutions for integration across systems that are both secure and operational. 
  • Assist in creating database models and architecture design and documentation 
  • Conduct research and development as well as contribute to the long-term positioning of and emerging technologies related to data sourcing, cleansing, and integration 
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. 
  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. 
  • Participate in client-facing project activities such as requirements gathering, solution reviews, and explaining technical complexities and business benefits in layperson terms. 

Qualifications

Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting include the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field is required (Master’s a plus) 
  • 2+ years of data engineering, software engineering, or similar experience 
  • 2+ hands-on industry experience working with SQL on various relational databases/platforms (SQL Server, Snowflake, Synapse, Postgres, Databricks, etc). NoSQL a plus
  • 2+ experience implementing data pipelines/ETL solutions with tools like Data Factory, dbt, Matillion, etc. 
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with object-oriented programming in Python (preferred) or similar such as Go, Rust, C#, etc. 
  • 2+ years of data modeling experience 
  • Strong verbal and communication skills 
  • Collaborative team player who is detailed oriented, focused on solution quality and execution 
  • Comfortable working across a wide range of project sizes and industries 
  • Familiarity or experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP a plus 
  • Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration a plus

The Sr. HHS Consultant will be expected to bring expertise delivering technology projects within domains such as public health, Medicaid, home and community based services (HCBS), behavioral health, care coordination, disease control, health equity, aging, child welfare, etc.  

As a Sr. HHS Consultant, you will be responsible for soliciting client requirements, developing thoughtful recommendations around solution design, decomposing functional requirements into technical delivery tasks, and engaging with delivery teams as the voice of the customer to ensure successful solution delivery. This will include creation of discovery plans; facilitating discovery sessions with client, 3rd parties, and internal stakeholders; review of documentation; capturing detailed process flows, documenting functional and technical requirements; generating functional and technical deliverables; and leveraging project management tools like Jira to manage technical execution. About this team and role:

Mozilla’s Release SRE Team is looking for a Staff SRE to help us build and maintain infrastructure that supports Mozilla products. You will combine skills from DevOps/SRE, systems administration, and software development to influence product architecture and evolution by crafting reliable cloud-based infrastructure for internal and external services.

As a Staff SRE you will work closely with Mozilla’s engineering and product teams and participate in significant engineering projects across the company. You will collaborate with hardworking engineers across different levels of experience and backgrounds. Most of your work will involve improving existing systems, building new infrastructure, evaluating tools and eliminating toil.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage infrastructure in AWS and GCP
  • Write, maintain, and expand automation scripts, metrics and monitoring tooling, and orchestration recipes
  • Lead otherSREs and software development teams to deliver products with an eye on reliability and automation
  • Demonstrate accountability in the delivery of work
  • Spot and raise potential issues to the team
  • Be on-call for production services and infrastructure
  • Be trusted to resolve unclear but urgent tasks
What you’ll bring:
  • Degree and 6 years of experience related to either backend software development or cloud operations or experience related DevOps/SRE
  • Experience programming in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, C/C++, Go, Node.js or Rust. 
  • Involvement in running services in the cloud
  • Kubernetes administration and optimization
  • Proven understanding of database systems (SQL and/or non-relational databases)
  • Infrastructure As Code and Configuration as Code tooling (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt, Terraform, Amazon Cloudformation or Google Cloud Deployment Manager)
