About the opportunity

We’re looking for a Director of Product Design who is passionate about supporting the growth of our design team and developing our platform to support our scaling portfolio of products. In this role, you will help set the strategy for our core UI (analytics offering, shared experiences, and design systems) and product platform (the services that connect and power our products). • As a manager, you will be responsible for helping to scale the Product Design team, its culture, and its operations through this exciting chapter of Lattice’s growth. You’ll also be expected to support, coach, and help grow the team’s members into the next generation of design leadership at Lattice.
  • As a design leader, you will be responsible for partnering with Research, Data, Product, and Engineering to establish a multi-year vision and strategy for building a platform that’s robust, cohesive, and reliable. You’ll also be expected to set new levels of excellence for craft and execution, and chart a course for your team to get there.
  • As a senior member of EPD, you will be expected to partner with Engineering and Product leadership across our organization to ensure we are developing our suite of products on common primitives with high degrees of product interoperability.

  • Ability to define and communicate clear expectations for excellence, then chart a course at the product and platform level.
  • Preferably, you have professional experience with multi-product, B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Preferably, you have professional experience leading a platform, design system, or foundations team, and can anticipate scaling challenges before they become a problem.
