  • Ensure that certification forms are accurately structured to capture necessary details for subsidy payments.
  • Maintain a streamlined process for the issuance of certification forms, ensuring prompt delivery to both childcare providers and employees.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to incorporate any required updates or modifications to the certification forms to meet evolving program needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the submission and processing of certification forms to ensure timely and accurate payments to childcare providers.

 

Assist Employees and Providers with Completing Participant Applications:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and childcare providers throughout the application process for the Management and Operations Of Employer Sponsored Work/Life Universal Benefits Account (UBA) Programs.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of Work/Life Universal Benefit applications by reviewing required documentation, including the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) 1644 form.
  • Assist childcare providers in completing Section IV of the OPM 1644 form for electronic funds transfer requests, ensuring smooth processing of subsidy payments.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns raised by employees or providers regarding the application requirements or process, offering timely assistance and clarification.
