As a Senior ML Engineer on the Sales AI team, you will bring your passion for AI and machine learning to support our new Sales product line. You will design, build, and improve AI automation and augmentation to scale the most effective ecommerce conversational salesforce.

Our new Sales product drives revenue for merchants by connecting our sales team with potential customers. We are using AI to support the needs of different users of our product: sales associates, customers, sales managers, and the merchant.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager you will work with our largest, high growth customers to ensure they are successful and gain maximum value out of Postscript’s product offering.   • Build strong relationships and brand loyalty with our customers in general. Develop excellent advisory relationships with your assigned group of customers and ensure their continued growth with Postscript in line with performance targets

  • Run best-in-class marketing strategy sessions with your customers. Share best practices, strategize on new marketing strategies, and develop innovative, creative marketing ideas for SMS

What We’ll Love About You
