Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a growing Coding Audit team that performs both prepayment and post payment reviews of medical records and claims.
  • Set and monitor performance and production metrics for the team to help achieve organizational vitals
  • Provide insights and direction into operational processes and opportunities to improve efficiencies 
  • Supervise and support the quality review process to evaluate coder effectiveness
  • Perform complex reviews of medical records and claims on both a prepayment and post payment basis to determine accuracy of claims submitted to Oscar.
  • Document findings including sources used to support decision-making and in a way that can be easily understood by non clinicians or coders.
  • Participate in meetings by articulating findings to providers.

Qualifications

Pay Transparency: 

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $113,600 - $149,100 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $102,240 - $134,190 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrations  requirements with cross-functional teams; ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. 
  • Build technical specifications, field mappings, and process designs to support integrations landscape and process life-cycle.
  •  Design and develop Workday integrations  using standard integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and landscape diagrams. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integrations issues in a timely manner; complete root cause analysis and develop plans to mitigate risks in the future, 
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of integrations.
  • Responsible for integration audit documentation and support.
  • Stay up to date with new Workday integration features and best practices.
  • Partner with the People Systems team to design, document, and execute Workday reporting requests/needs.
  • Work cross functionally and with project teams to enhance efficiency across Workday landscape through validations, document generation, etc.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations development.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
  • Experience with integrations with Greenhouse, Fidelity, Cigna etc.
  • Proficient in Report Writing and Calculated fields (BIRT experience is a plus).
  • Experience with Web Services and APIs: (WSDL (Web Service Description Language), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), REST (Representational State Transfer) and WS (Web Services) standards.
  • Knowledge in Integration security (ISU, PGP Key, MFA).
  • The candidate must be a hands-on coder doing active development and collaborate with other engineers in the team.
  • Strong understanding of Workday data architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

About the role:

Pay Transparency:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide live video virtual check in and check out support for patients
  • Provide live phone and messaging support for patients
  • Provide support for your Care Team, including virtual physicians, APPs and RNs
  • Plan for each patient's medical needs from initial outreach, care coordination, to resolution
  • Assist with the order process, including sending requisition forms and coordinating referrals
  • Close the loop with providers after referrals are made, including collecting patient notes from providers
  • Schedule appointments with patients for follow up care
  • Call providers and facilities to clarify information and help solve complex cases
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure patients needs are met (Laboratories, Imaging Facilities, Pharmacies, Vendors)

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a primary care, urgent care or multi-specialty clinic
  • Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma
