Le coordonnateur de gestion de projet (PMC) relève du bureau de de gestion de projet (Project Management Office – PMO) et est responsable du cycle de vie de livraison des projets clients associés à l’automatisation et à la sécurité, à la fabrication intelligente, à l’Internet industriel des objets (IIoT) et à d’autres aspects des systèmes d’intégration. Toutes les équipes de livraison et d’ingénierie de Grantek occupent des postes en contact direct avec les clients et doivent utiliser leurs compétences en communication et leurs connaissances techniques pour concevoir des solutions, organiser les informations, collaborer entre les équipes et obtenir des résultats fructueux.

Responsabilités

• Assister les gestionnaires de projet et les directeurs de PMO dans le développement et le maintien de la continuité des plans de projet, la planification des ressources, le suivi financier et les rapports d’avancement.
• Gérer de petits projets sous la supervision d’un gestionnaire de projet principal.
• Peut servir de principal point de contact avec le client sur toutes les questions liées aux projets assignés.
• Capacité à coordonner les équipes de proposition entre nos équipes de vente, d’ingénierie et de gestion de projet.
• Coordination des ententes de service, de la portée des documents de travail et des contrats liés aux sous-traitants.
• Participer à l’examen des stratégies de dotation alternatives et communiquer les remaniements potentiels des ressources aux PM concernés.
• Tâches de gestion de projet sur site (coordination).
  • Coordination de la gestion des entrepreneurs.
  • Planification du projet entrepreneur/client, coordination des permis de travail et approbation.
  • Présence fréquente sur site requise.
• Participer à la gestion du changement de nos méthodologies et processus de gestion de projet, y compris l’amélioration continue des SOP et la création et la mise à jour des outils et programmes de formation associés.
• Aider les PM à combler activement tout écart financier de livraison.
• Soutenir les révisions et les audits de projets cers la conformité de nos politiques, meilleures pratiques et certifications de l’industrie.
• Être extrêmement organisé et communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les pairs et les gestionnaires de projets.
• Démontre une aptitude à l’analyse, à la prise de décision et à la résolution de problème.

The Project Management Coordinator (PMC) reports under the Project Management Office (PMO) and is assigned responsibilities to the delivery lifecycle of client projects associated with Automation and Safety, Smart Manufacturing, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and other aspects to the systems integration business. All of Grantek’s Delivery and Engineering Teams are in customer facing roles and are expected to use their communication skills and technical knowledge to architect solutions, organize information, collaborate amongst the teams, and deliver successful outcomes.

Deliverables

• Assist Project Managers and PMO Directors with development and on-going continuity of project plans, resource planning, financial monitoring, and progress reports.
• Manage small project work under the guidance of a Sr. project manager.

·       May serve as the primary point of contact with client on all project-related issues relating to projects assigned,

• Ability to co-ordinate the proposal teams between our Sales, Engineering, and Project Management
• Co-ordination of service agreements, scope of work documents, and contracts related to sub-contractors
• Assist with reviewing alternative staffing strategies and communicate potential resource shuffling with involved PMs.

·       On-site project management duties. (Coordination)

• • Contractor Management Coordination
  • Contractor/Client project scheduling, Work permit coordination and signoff’s
  • Frequent on-site presence required
• Be involved with change management of our Project Management methodologies and processes including continuous improvement of SOP’s and creation and updating of associated training tools and programs

·       Assist PM’s to actively close any Delivery financial gaps

• Support project reviews and audits towards compliance of our policies, best practices, and industry certifications.
• Be extremely organized and communicate effectively with customers, peers, and reporting managers.
• Demonstrates aptitude of analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Études postsecondaires en commerce, technologie ou ingénierie.

Job Description

The Sales Engineer (Smart Safety and Logistics) at Grantek will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Practice group.
