As the Director of Sales – East Region for our Emtek and Schaubbrand of products, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and programs to achieve sales, profit, and obtain market share goals for our eastern US wholesale distribution/direct-to dealer business. You will oversee a large team of external sales representatives and will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and training to ensure a comprehensive understanding and effective promotion of our luxury products.

This position can be remotely based in the eastern United States with a preference for candidates in large metropolitan areas due to the travel necessity of this role. The salary range is anywhere from a base of $120K- $150K annually plus bonus* based on territory performance and other factors.

We are investing in IT & technology and assembling a team of experts to help achieve our vision. The Data & Analytics team is building a data, ML, and analytical platform that uses modern technologies such as the Cloud and Data Vault. We need a Data Architect to join us in designing and developing a more scalable, capable data platform that will meet our current data and analytical needs in the coming years. This role will be a technical expert and key resource around our Digital Transformation efforts. The key areas of this role will revolve around Oracle (RDBMS, EBS and Fusion; continuing to engineer solutions to make the transfer of data from EBS to Fusion more seamless as we become more Cloud-based), along with either of both Master Data Management experience (Informatica will be a plus, but simple knowledge and ability to work closely with our MDM team will suffice) and Data Vault (our Data & Analytics leaders are spearheading efforts to bring a larger Data Vault knowledge and presence to our infrastructure.
This is a hybrid role where you will be working primarily from home with the flexible option of coming into work at our North Olmstead, OH, or Deerfield, IL, office for deeper engagement with the team and stakeholders on a needed basis.
Our Stack
Infrastructure: Hybrid is a mix of on-premise infrastructure and public cloud, primarily Azure and Oracle cloud infrastructure (OCI).
Transactional data systems: Oracle ERP and EPM systems, including Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion, and SAP.
Data systems: Snowflake and a few legacy data warehouses.
Platform infrastructure and DevOps: Azure Pipelines, GitHub, Kubernetes, IaC.
Data pipeline: dbt, Azure Data Factory, Talend, and python.

Define the vision and strategy of our data solutions for the company that satisfy the key business use cases by carefully balancing pragmatism, standardization, and meeting the requirements.
Solve business problems by working with our internal and external customers to understand with their needs, and finally deliver data solutions that have and empathize with them, and finally deliver data solutions that have a measurable impact on the company.
Analyze our current data models and collaborate with our data modelers to build data models that are flexible and extensible to provide a consistent data architecture to meet the demands of our business.
Help evaluate new technology stack and tools.
Work with our technical contributors and leads to implement data architecture and models as data solutions/products and help drive delivery to meet our key initiatives.
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to empathize with the customers, gather the business requirements, understand the constraints, and deliver solutions.
Define and enforce best practices and standards for the Data & Analytics team.
Salary: The salary for this role will range from $140K-$165K depending on experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, science, engineering; or equivalent years of experience in IT, software engineering, or a relevant field.
7+ years of experience in enterprise data management and IT, IT consulting, or software product development
7+ years of hands-on experience in building, integrating, or driving enterprise-level data architecture with Oracle data products, including Oracle OCI, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Fusion.
3+ years of experience in SQL and Python (or an equivalent programming language).
Experience in system architecture, including standard data system design patterns, basic UNIX/network fundamentals, and designing/building data systems in the Cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Good understanding of developing and managing SDLC workflow, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Self-driven with the ability to work in an ambiguous, multi-stakeholder.
Good analytical & problem-solving skills and the ability to incorporate multiple perspectives and constraints.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate at different levels of technical knowledge to match the audience.
Preferred Qualifications
