The Technical Compliance Specialist/Coordinator will be responsible for responding to routine requests for information and completing compliance documentation, including DPIA, DSA, and cybersecurity questionnaires. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, understanding of risk management and controls and regulatory knowledge to ensure accurate and efficient completion of paperwork related to our services and infrastructure.
Initially, this role would be ideally fulfilled on an “on-demand” basis with capacity to ramp up or down in line with our business needs. As our business grows the role may move to part-time, then full-time, and may encompass additional responsibilities such as training, business risk management and integration of compliance tools or software that automate/streamline processes and in the long term lead to managing our business compliance with third-party audited standards (for example, SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO27001).
