The Implementation Project Manager will be a critical member of the Customer Success team, serving as the lead on implementation projects for BetterUp’s new and existing customer launches. The Head of Events is responsible for all components of the company’s experiential and event strategy and execution to drive business impact, build community, and further develop our brand.   • 10 years of professional experience in B2B events, preference for substantial leadership roles overseeing events team and agencies.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager role contributes to the mission of BetterUp by ensuring that our customers and members receive the full value out of the BetterUp platform and experience. As our Senior Employee Relations and Compliance Specialist, you will act as a cornerstone for nurturing a fair and respectful work environment.     • Serve as primary HR owner for all Federal regulation and requirements as it relates to EEO reporting, AAP, and other Federal Contractor reporting requirements, as well as ensuring compliance with our Federal contractual obligations in partnership with the Legal team.
  • Champion Proactive and Effective Compliance Strategies:Stay ahead of employment laws and regulations, regularly updating our practices to ensure we're not just compliant, but leading the way in HR best practices. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure effective and relevant training.

The Government Customer Success Manager (CSM) role contributes to the mission of BetterUp by ensuring that our customers and members receive the full value of the BetterUp platform. You’ll work with partners across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian Agencies, and state and local governments to help accomplish their missions. The Government CSM leads the end-to-end partner lifecycle journey from design to value and outcome delivery. Our Customer Success Managers are our clients’ key strategists, consultants, and growth planners.   • Build rapport with and expand customer/executive sponsorship and champions, aligning internal BetterUp resources to further relationships and account health. 
  • Be a true champion of account health, taking action on early warning signals; escalating to leadership appropriately. Ensures best-in-class program engagement across all programs regardless of size, teeing Government partners up for expansions well ahead of the renewal period. 
  • Create thoughtful, value-based recommendations that help customers maximize value; make internal recommendations on customizations or ways to serve globally while balancing ROI, scale, and time to market. 
  • Drive problem-solving and risk mitigation strategies, engaging cross-functional partners to get results. Oversee customer-centric projects or customizations, as required.
  • Manage relationships with program sponsors and day-to-day partners while teaming with your account team to increase the breadth and depth of relationships. Become a true advocate of your customer’s best interest internally at BetterUp as well as with the customer’s of BetterUp.
  • Understand customer strategy and challenges; align BetterUp’s Human Transformation Platform with their internal narrative and desired outcomes to maximize insights and value.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our product & product functionality, product marketing, and internal and customer best practices 
  • Ability to travel for up to 10% of the time.

The Stock Administrator is a critical member of the finance team in leading and scaling BetterUp’s stock administration function as we grow globally. This role is responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration of BetterUp’s global equity plans. Finance/HR professionals with pre-IPO startup experience is required to quickly understand the holistic equity experience for our workforce. 

What you’ll do:

  • Administer the company’s global equity plans for all employees and third parties receiving grants. Manage exercise requests and be the main point of contact for equity at BetterUp. 
  • Partner with the company's external Legal team, Payroll, and HR. Act in close collaboration with recruiting to support equity conversations. 
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations to the Board of Directors related to the equity pool and proposed equity grants and modifications.
  •  Support employee education and awareness of equity awards and company programs and policies; provide live presentations for new and existing employees to fully understand equity offerings. 
  • Implement best practices with effective SOX controls, and assist with automation of routine work streams and manual processes to enable efficient, accurate and timely processing of equity award data.
  • Prepare recurring and custom reports and reconciliations to ensure complete and accurate tracking of equity transactions on a quarterly basis including but not limited to equity roll forward and grant slate. 
  • Maintain supporting documents for internal/external SOX and financial auditors and respond accurately, thoroughly and timely to requests for data.
  • Process leave of absence vesting suspensions and ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Prepare annual filings for international countries where BetterUp has employees with equity grants.

We are looking for a creative problem-solver in the role of Global Compensation Lead to support the advancement of our compensation programs.   • Leverage advanced statistical modeling (e.g., multiple and logistical regression) to conduct deep dive analyses to understand how coaching drives impact and creates value
  • Conceptualizes and implements standardized end-to-end processes to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Produces client-ready deliverables and presents findings back to partners in a simple and easy to understand way
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product) to leverage key findings from Value Management to influence future product strategy

  • Partner closely with data engineering and analytics engineering to design new data models that serve to provide routine data analysis and upload features on value analytics

If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is: 
$125,000 – $165,000 : New York City
$118,750 – $156,750 : Nassau, Newburgh
$112,500 – $148,500 : Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse

Responsibilities:

  • Navigate C-Level Executives within Fortune 2000: Cultivate an executive presence and adeptly build relationships with C-level executives within Fortune 2000 companies, strategically influencing their engagement and sponsorship.
  • Strategically Build High-Performing Teams:Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, recruit, and cultivate a team of top-performing sales professionals and leaders. Demonstrate a commitment to performance excellence by actively developing and optimizing the team's capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.
  • Act as a Strategic Business Partner: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and field leaders, operating as a strategic business partner. Demonstrate a willingness to travel and engage directly with customers
  • Operational Mindset: Utilize data and analytics in collaboration with Revenue Operations to make informed decisions, extracting insights to continuously optimize sales strategies.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience,  combined with a proven track record of success in a new business  environment managing and closing complex sales-cycles with Fortune 1000  accounts in North America. 
  • Inspirational sales leadership and management of growth through aggressively driving new business through the implementation of scalable, repeatable, structured systems and processes. 
  • Lead a culture of sales excellence; drive consistent implementation and adoption of sales processes and new business demand generation to increase conversion rate, linearity, average contract value, and team participation and attainment.  
  • Effectively manage sales team by considering each and all accounts collectively; establish accurate plans and forecasts to achieve short-term revenue goals  while holding a long-term perspective to help the business achieve our collective organizational goals 
  • SaaS and/or Human Capital Management experience preferred, not required
